우리는 터키를 형제의 나라라고 한다. 터키도 우리나라를 형제의 나라라고 반가워 한다. 멀고도 가까운 나라, 터키는 6.25전쟁이 터지고 유엔에서 파병을 결정했을 때 14,936명이 자원 지원하여 우정의 피를 나눈 국가, 미국을 제외하면 724명의 가장 많은 전사자는 이름도 모르는 극동의 작은 나라를 위해 자원하여 피를 나누었던 혈맹의 국가이다.

In these days we can often see examples of suicide. Nowaday suicide becomes a serious social problem in Korean Society. Suicide rate is rapidly increasing. The number of suicides increase continuously from 3,157 in 1990 to 10,688 in 2006. And the annual suicide rate rapidly went up in 1996 and hit the highest in 2005. Furthermore the level of ssuicide which is of ten leading causes of death is rising steadily. In 2006, suicide rate becomes the 2nd level among all ccountries in OECD.

In this paper, we investigate the causes and the characteristics of transformations of mathematics education in modern China, focusing on the contents of mathematics education in the Ming and Qing dynasties. In this process, mathematics education was investigated from the overall educational view of each dynasty, so the educational situation of each dynasty was also considered.

우리나라의 자동차 대수는 이미 1.300만대를 넘어섰고, 국민 4명당 1대의 비율로 우리나라도 이제 자동차 대중화시대에 접어들었다. 작년 한해동안 교통사고는 290,481건이 발생하여 10,236명이 사망하였고, 426,984명이 부상당하였다. OECD가입국 중에서 인구대비 자동차사고의 사망비율이 1위이며, 음주운전으로 인한 사망자 수는 인구 10만 명당 24.84명으로 OECD가입국 중에서 2위를 차지하였다(도로교통안전관리공단, 200l).(중략)

The number of suicides increased continuously from 3,157 in 1990 to 10,688 in 2006. The suicide rate per 100,000 person increased progressively from 9.1 in 1991 to 26.1 in 2005 and hit the highest level in 2005. In 2006, The suicide rate decreased after the lapse of 6 years. However, It is still high actual condition with 23.0.

When the Yongle Emperor of the Ming Dynasty seized the power as the emperor of China, he issued a royal order to Hokwang and others, to publish a book entitled "Sambudaejeon," in the name of following the death-bed instruction of Taizu. The book was completed no less then 10 months after the order was issued in September 1415(Yongle 13). With the first copy imported from the Ming Dynasty as the original script, Sambudaejeon was engraved on wood by going sharing with 3 provinces including Gyeongsang-do, Jeonlla-do, and Gangwon-do, during the period of 1427~1428(Sejong 9~10). The result of surveying and analysing the distribution of the Ming Dynasty was imported to Chosun, shows that the engraving copy of the original script from the Ming was published more then 18 times in Chosun, among which only 50 types are identified to exist currently. As a result of analyzing these 50 existing types, This status of publication suggests that the books were intensively published and distributed in Gyeonggi and Gyeongsang provinces where the demands for the books were urgent, to meet the needs when the books were rapidly lost during the period of Japanese invasion.

국립보건원 자료에 의하면, 1999년 9월말 현재 확인된 우리나라의 HIV 총 감염자수는 1,014명(여자 132명)인 것으로 나타났다. 1999년 1월부터 9월말까지 138명의 HIV감염자가 추가로 확인되었으며 이 기간 동안 27명의 감염자가 환자로 전환되었고 33명이 사망하였다. 최근 감염자 증가율이 높아진 것은 과거에 비해 개인건강관리차원의 자진 검사사례가 크게 늘어남에 따라 HIV감염자의 발견이 증가였기 때문으로 분석된다.
