Uzbekistan, one of the top five cotton-producing countries in the world, primarily focuses its textile and fashion industry on raw cotton exports and the sewing industry. For Uzbekistan to achieve high added value, it is essential for the textile and fashion industry, which is currently at the CMT(cut, make, and trim) stage, to upgrade to OEM (original equipment manufacturing), ODM (original design manufacturing), and OBM (original brand manufacturing). South Korea recognizes Uzbekistan as a potential manufacturing base and trading partner and has invested Official Development Assistance (ODA) funds for the development of Uzbekistan's textiles and apparel sector. This study aims to evaluate Uzbekistan's fashion higher education in the context of global competitiveness and measure the need and prospects for education ODA from the Korean government in this field. Comprehensive investigations, including surveys of academics, industry experts, and government officials, in-depth interviews, and focus group interviews, were conducted to understand Uzbekistan's current fashion education environment. According to the research results, despite the textile and fashion sectors playing a pivotal role in the Uzbek economy, there is room for improvement in the curricula and teaching and learning methods of the fashion higher education programs. This study holds significance as foundational data for establishing education ODA strategies.

본 연구의 목적은 유방절제수술을 받은 여성들을 위해 개발한 다섯 종류의 브래지어와 두 종류의 보정물 유형에 따른 착용감과 쾌적성을 검토하기 위한 것이다. 피험자로는 유방절제시술기간이 3년 이상이며 브래지어 사이즈 85에 컵사이즈 A컵인 여성 세 명을 선정하였다. 실험방법은 보정물을 삽입한 브래지어를 하루에 최소 15시간 이상 연속착용하도록 하고 실험복을 착용한 상태에서 피험자들의 일상과 그에 소요된 시간을 기록하도록 하였으며 이 때 착용한 브래지어와 보정물에 대한 느낌을 5점 척도로 표시하게 하였다. 실험기간은 다섯 종류의 브래지어를 하루에 한 가지씩 정해진 순서대로, 처음 5일은 옥보정물과 함께 착용하도록 하고 그 후 5일은 스펀지 보정물과 함께 착용하도록 하였으며 이러한 순서를 두 번 반복하게 하여 총 20일이 소요되었다. 각각의 피험자들에 대해서는 실험이 진행되는 동안 반복적인 면접을 통하여 진행상황을 기록하였으며 아울러 실험복에 대한 제언을 수렴하여 보다 나은 제품개발을 위한 기본 자료화하였다. 실험결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 브래지어에 있어서는 세 명의 피험자가 일치된 결과를 나타내어 일반적인 브래지어 형태와 가장 유사하면서 어깨 끈과 하변밴드 폭만 약간 넓혀준 실험복이 착용감에서 가장 높은 점수를 받았다. 착용자의 편의를 고려하여 앞트임으로 제작한 실험복의 경우에는 앞으로 구부렸을 때 밴드부분이 꺾이는 현상이 생겼으며 피험자들이 모두 뒤트임에 익숙하여 앞트임 브래지어 착용에 불편함을 나타내었다. 브래지어 착장평가에 있어서는 피험자들의 일상적인 행동이나 보정물의 종류가 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다 2. 보정물 평가에 있어서는 모든 피험자가 옥가루 재질의 보정물만으로는 수술부위를 자극하는 느낌이 든다고 하였으나 3mm 두께의 스펀지와 함께 삽입했을 때는 아무런 문제가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 보정물의 무게 조절이 가능하므로 실리콘재질의 보정물에서 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있는 무게에 대한 문제를 제기한 피험자는 없었다. 그러나 스펀지로 제작된 보정물에 대해서는 무게가 너무 가벼워 모든 피험자들이 양 쪽 가슴의 균형이 잘 맞지 않는다고 답하였으며 특히, 운동을 즐기고 활동이 많은 피험자의 경우 스펀지로 제작된 보정물에 대해 큰불만을 표시하였다.

The main purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the types of environmental awareness as an eco-friendly/non-eco consumer among Korean University students. The data of research were collected by a survey questionnaire with face-to-face interviews in South Korea. The questionnaire was consisted of fifty-six variables with five questions of demographic factors. The variables employed in the survey were drawn from the literature review and suggested by the focus group to make the questionnaire influential in studying the trends of eco-friendly consumers. Descriptive statistics and binary logistic regression modeling were used by two groups of the student consumers to find the significance of each factors; practice, habit, recognition, concern, and insistence. Environment-friendly consumers show significant difference with non eco-friendly consumers including practice, habit, and concern toward environmental issues.

This study looked at the validity of assessments of academic giftedness in young children, details of assessment procedures and tasks related to them. It has shown that academic giftedness in young children can be reliably observed and reported by parents and teachers through similar characteristics to older gifted children. But for young preschool children since the potentiality rather than the current performance level is more important to detect and children's abilities are not fully differentiated, more systematic and comprehensive assessments are needed. Parents'and/or teachers' referrals, behavior checklists for the gifted, tests for creativity, short or group forms of standardized tests and finally individualized tests can be used as a comprehensive battery but these methods can be used stepwise for the sake of efficiency and economy. Especially the variability of performance in young children during the rapid developmental phase as well as their vulnerability by situational factors ask for the repeated assessments as regular bases. In this study different measures for gifted young children, specialists' qualification, and procedural guidance were reviewed and the necessity for various screening tools for different programs for the gifted was discussed. Finally it was emphasized that early assessment and following educational arrangement are needed for gifted young children for their optimal development.

In this research, a study on a shopping web site design for elderly users is performed in order for them to purchase silver products easily. Issues discussed in this study are the menu design in the product-searching stage, the method of image placement and the method of instruction offering in the product-selecting stage, and the way of payment in the purchasing stage of products. Firstly, the present conditions of domestic shopping web sites for silver products were investigated and the evaluation models were designed and developed. With these developed models, a test group of 61 elderly users were given a task of searching for and purchasing a blood pressure gauge (sphygmomanameter). Afterwards, a comprehensive survey and an in-depth interview on their preferences concerning the web site design proposed. Based on the results of the preference study, a convenient and comfortable shopping web site design for elderly users is proposed when they purchase silver products through internet.

A technology transfer from public research centers or national universities to a company is an increasing phenomenon. The purpose of this study is thus to identify the major evaluation criteria of technology transfer from a company viewpoint and establish the importance weights of criteria through 2 level AHP analysis. First, 12 critical elements are extracted from previous studies and professional interview and these elements are tied into 4 factors; technological factor, organizational factor, environmental factor, and strategic factor. The results of AHP analysis show that strategic factor is more important and 'the growth of the technology' in the strategic factor is the most important element. This study will be used usefully when researchers in public research centers or national universities try to develop a technology considering a technology transfer to the other company.

The study was conducted to set up the criteria of judgement that could be utilized for cultivated wild ginseng, easy and well-defined for consumers to understand. For the purpose, the study examined consumers' perception and valuation on each attribute of cultivated wild ginseng that was related to the product quality through a choice experiment. Attributes used in the experiment were based on exterior characteristics of cultivated wild ginseng including ages, planting methods, external dimension, length of fibrous roots, and hue and color. Residents in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were interviewed and a total of 173 questionnaires were acquired for the analysis. According to the result, respondents valued the highest score on ginseng grown by direct sowing, while they valued rather lower scores on ginseng's external dimension. In general, the hypothetical model was shown to exist within the stable range.

The purpose of this study was to analyse the textbooks of counseling skills and techniques to understand what contents are included and to identify differences of contents between psychological counseling textbooks and career counseling textbooks. 5 psychological counseling textbooks and 4 career counseling textbooks were to analyse. First of all, each textbook contains various contents from the author's viewpoint. Therefore, educators need to understand the characteristics of the textbooks, when they choose the textbook among them. Secondly, there are common contents and different contents between psychological counseling textbooks and career counseling textbooks. The common contents are 'skills based on counseling theory', 'counseling relationship', interview and counseling process skills', 'client assessment and understanding', 'multicultural counseling'. 'Response skills' are regarded as the most important content in psychological counseling textbooks, while 'client assessment and understanding' being the most important in career counseling textbooks.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the integrated support program for children with ADHD tendencies and their social support system. The program, including individual art therapy, group life skills programs, culture experiences, individual counseling programs and regular network meetings between parents and teachers were carried out to children with ADHD tendencies in order to build environmental support systems. As results, the psychological and emotional behaviors of children with ADHD tendencies have changed. This study, also, was able to verify the possibility of positive changes for the children with ADHD. Based on these results, the practical guidelines for building the support systems of children with ADHD tendencies were suggested.

After the North-South Korean summit and PyeongChang Winter Olympics, it is recently expected that the North-South economic cooperation plan will be discussed in earnest. And it will be growing interest of the major infrastructure facilities such as roads and railways, and so on North-South Korean. Moreover, most of North Korean facilities have problems related to the safety and functionality of them such as aging, deterioration, and poor maintenance. This study asserts the necessity and importance of infrastructure maintenance in the Korean Peninsula. Therefore, Results of this study, it is appeared that very vulnerable to road, railroad, power/communication, water sewage and needed urgently for improvement. Accordingly, The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status for the whole facilities including the main infrastructure of the North Korean and to evaluate on the maintenance level of infrastructure based on face to face interview refugees of North Korean.
