This paper is to propose an efficient and reliable control procedure of Base Station Controller of mobile communication system for bulk input messages which was delivered instantaneously. We divided the input messages that are processed by the base station controller of the mobile communication system into two things ; they are messages related to call connection and o&m(operation and maintenance). In addition, we analyzed the properties of the input messages and then performed computer simulation on each input message by using M/M/1/K queueing model in term of the following viewpoints : the loss probability of input messages, the average queue length, the utilization of process controller(server),the average waiting time in queue. And we compared the performance of the two input messages in the overload controlling which was caused by the congested input messages.

The effects of message framing have been major research themes in marketing and advertising field and several studies on these effects have been conducted. The purpose of this study is to examine the direct effects of public service Advertising message framing and moderating role of temporal distance. The results indicate that message types have a significant effect on message reliability and acceptance intention. In addition, temporal distance plays a significant moderating role between the message types and the dependent variable. The results of this study suggest various implications in the public service advertising area.

본 논문에서는 대규모 병렬컴퓨터의 구현에 적합한 위상구조인 교차메쉬구조에서, 균등한 메시지분포를 갖고 메시지의 경쟁이 있는 실제적 상황에서 상호접속망내의 메시지의 경로를 선정하기 위한 방법들을 제안하고, 이의 성능을 검증하기 위해 우회 경로설정 알고리즘을 이용하여 시뮬레이션을 하였다. 교차메쉬의 특성상 최적경로의 수가 다른 구조들에 비해 다양하다는 특징을 이용하여 최적경로의 수를 우선순위에 반영한 우회조건 및 대각방향의 링크를 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 링크선정방법에 따를 교차메쉬의 최대지연(maximum delay), 평균지연(average delay) 및 메시지처리율(throughput)을 구하고 이를 비교 고찰하였다. 메시지 전송시 최적인 경로상의 링크에 경합이 생길 경우 최적 경로의 수가 적은 메시지가 높은 우선순위를 가지며 만약 같은 조건이라면 우회한 횟수가 많은 메시지가 높은 우선순위를 갖는 우회조건 LD를 사용하며 이 우선순위에 따라 경로를 선정할 차례가 된 메시지가 선택할 수 있는 최적경로의 수가 많을 경우 대각방향의 링크로 우선적으로 전송할 경우, 오래된 메시지가 높은 우선순위를 갖는 우회조건 A에 의한 방법에 비해 최대지연, 평균지연 및 메시지처리율에 있어서 각각 이상값에 대한 개선목표치의 약58%, 70% 및 31%의 성능개선이 있었다.

메시지로깅을 이용한 기존의 메시지 로깅기법에서는 모든 메시지에 대한 처리를 동일하게 수행하였다. 반면 이 논문에서는 통신 패턴에 대한 연구를 바탕으로 통신시에 발생하는 중요한 성질인 통신 국부성을 발견하였다. 이를 기반으로 프로세서의 통신 집합을 유도록 함으로써 결함 발생 후 모든 프로세서에게 도움을 요청하는 메시지를 보는 것이 아니라 오직 자신과 통신을 수행했던 프로세서에게만 메시지를 보내는 기법을 제안한다.

전자상거래(Electronic Commerce)를 광범위하게 활용하기 위해서는 시큐리티 확 보 방안이 먼저 마련되어야 한다. 전자상거래와 관련된 시큐리티 문제에는 통상적인 정보보 안 이외에 메시지 발신자의 신원을 증명하는 신원 인증과, 메시지 내용의 완전성 및 정확성 을 보장하는 메시지의 완전성 보장, 그리고 메시지의 송·수신을 증명하는 부인방지 등이 있 다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래의 시큐리티 문제를 해결하는데 필요한 메시지 인증과 디지털 서명에 대해 소개하고, 또한 메시지 인증과 디지털 서명의 핵심적인 요소인 해쉬함수를 분 석한다.

In this paper, I present a programming idiom for extending message protocols incrementally in C++, where effectiveness of message transmission is regarded as static binding. Our techniques analyze message protocols with a message handler that examines message types, parameters, and effectiveness dynamically. The result of this analysis is not only to cope with incremental extension of message protocols effectively but also to simulate all essential elements of the object-oriented programming. This result also makes it possible to write high level of procedure like message transmission to object groups.

본 논문에서는 분산시스템을 위한 메시지 전달 기능이 있는 실시간 운영체제에 대한 설계 및 개발에 대한 내용을 다루고 있다. 개발된 실시간 운영체제의 메시지 전달 기능은 네트워크로 연결되어 있는 각 프로세서 내부 태스크의 물리적 위치에 대하여 투과성을 보장함으로써 응용층에서는 메시지를 전송받는 태스크가 원격인 경우에 대해서도 내부 태스크에 대하여 메시지를 전송하는 처리와 동일하게 운영할 수 있다. 또한 실시간 운영체제의 특징인 이벤트 전달 기능을 통해서 수신 태스크는 메시지가 수신되었을 때 메시지 수신 이벤트를 받으며 이에 대한 실시간 처리가 가능하다. 개발된 실시간 운영체제는 CAN(Controller Area Network) 기반의 네트워크 환경에서 마이크로 컨트롤러와 같은 비교적 저성능의 프로세서를 대상으로 개발되었으며, 서로 다른 프로세서로 이루어진 분산 시스템에서 동일한 인터페이스를 통해서 메시지의 실시간 전달 및 응답이 가능하므로 시스템의 통합 및 확장이 용이하다.

In traditional message ferrying schemes, only message ferries carry messages between partitioned networks. In this paper, we propose a new approach to make both finite-buffered c ferries and mobile nodes carry messages so that we reduce message delivery delay and increase throughput in delay tolerant networks. We evaluate our scheme against conventional message ferrying in terms of message delivery delay and throughput.

본 논문에서는 트리기반 대화 인터페이스에서 대화 메시지의 효율적인 프레젠테이션 방법을 제안한다. 대화 인터페이스는 교육, 오락, 비즈니스 등에서 유용한 도구로서 활용이 되고 있지만, 형식적인 대화를 지원하기 위한 방법이 아직 미흡한 편이다. 기존 트리기반 대화 인터페이스는 응답 관계를 체계적으로 나타낼 수는 있지만 메시지가 수신될 때마다 메시지의 창의 이동이 발생하며, 또한 다양한 메시지의 주제에 따라 다중으로 수신되는 메시지의 프레젠테이션으로 인한 메시지 뷰의 이동으로 대화 내용의 파악이 어렵다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 트리기반 대화 인터페이스에서 대화 메시지에 해당하는 노드의 폴딩(folding)을 이용하여 효율적인 프레젠테이션을 위한 방법을 제안한다. 응용 분야로는 게임, 협업, 원격교육 등이다.

MQTT 프로토콜은 저전력 대비 고성능으로 모바일 디바이스의 실시간 메시지 전송 시스템에 사용한다. 실시간 메시지 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 신뢰적인 메시지 전송과 메시지간 순서 보장이 반드시 이루어져야 한다. 기존 연구에서는 MQTT 프로토콜의 QoS 2 레벨을 이용하여 메시지 순서를 보장하는 신뢰적인 메시지 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였으나, QoS 1 레벨보다 성능이 낮아진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 MQTT 프로토콜의 QoS 1 레벨을 사용하고, Publish Queue를 이용하여 순서 보장과 함께 성능 향상을 고려한 메시지 전송 기법을 제안한다.
