A Study on Current Ripple Reduction Due to Offset Error and Dead-time Effect of Single-phase Grid-connected Inverters Based on PR Controller (비례공진 제어기를 이용한 단상 계통연계형 인버터의 데드타임 영향과 옵셋 오차로 인한 전류맥동 저감에 관한 연구)

  • 단상 계통연계형 인버터에서 전류센서를 통한 상전류 측정시 옵셋 오차는 전류센서와 측정 경로상에 위치한 아날로그 소자의 전압 불균형 및 비선형성으로 인하여 발생하게 된다. 또한 데드타임은 전력용 반도체 스위치를 제어하기 위한 PWM 신호 출력시 필연적으로 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 데드타임으로 인하여 왜곡된 상전류에 포함된 옵셋 오차에 의한 영향을 분석하고 동기좌표계 dq축 전류에 포함된 특정 고조파 성분을 제거하기 위하여 PR 제어기를 사용한 알고리즘이 제안되었다. 데드타임 및 옵셋 오차로 인해 발생된 전류맥동 보상을 위한 기준신호로는 동기좌표계 dq축 전류를 사용하였다. 제안된 알고리즘의 타당성을 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여 증명하였다.

  • The clutch is a subcomponent of the transmission that is designed to engage and disengage power flow between the engine and the transmission. Recently, the engine power of automobile has been continuously increased because of customer's demand for the bigger one. As the engine power is increased, the vibration transmitted to the hydraulic clutch operating system has been increased. Therefore the demand for the reduction of clutch pedal vibration during the operation of the clutch system has been increased. This paper describes the pressure pulsation reduction characteristics of the damper cylinder which is applied to the hydraulic clutch operating system. And the purpose of this study is to confirm the availability of a simulation model and investigating the test results of hydraulic clutch operating system. The test results are compared with the simulation results. Therefore it may be concluded that the simulation model and test results will be very useful f3r the design of hydraulic clutch damper cylinder.

  • Power steering oil pump is generally used to support the power to steering system of most kinds of vehicle. The noise caused by power steering ell pump make passenger to be uncomfortable, because its frequency is higher than that is produced by engine. In this paper, the field test of real car was carried out to analyze the phenomenon of the pump noise, and the lab test was also performed to survey the dynamic characteristics of pump assembly. The results of the series of tests show that frequency range of 600-800㎐ should be dealt with to reduce the pump noise. After four cases of design changes were carried out to actually reduce the noise and tested in condition of partial assembly. Some improvement can be gotten from a certain design change.

  • Development of 3 cylinder turbo charger engine is increasing due to engine down-sizing, cost reduction and emission regulations. However, 3 cylinder engine makes higher Exhaust manifold gas pressure(P3) pulsation than 4 cylinder engine and it generate boosting air with high pulsation. The mechanical waste-gate turbocharger just controlled by the boosting air has higher movement because of this high pulsation boosting air. This causes high vibrations to wasted gate and accelerate wear of the linkage system. So we need to understand out of the exhaust gas pressure pulsation changed by turbocharger compressor pressure(P2) Pulsation. In this study, we discuss how to prevent to abnormal movement of the turbo actuator by stabilized P2 Pulsation.

  • For permanent magnet brushless DC motors used for high speed fuel pumps, torque ripple is an important origin of vibration, acoustic noise and speed fluctuation. In this paper, the output torque profile of a PM motor with one phase energized is decomposed into the commutation torque, the reluctance torque and the armature reaction torque according to their source origins. It verifies that the output torque profile is qualitatively equivalent to the BEMF profile for low reluctance motors. This paper discusses the effect of magnet pole shaping and magnet arc length on the output torque and torque ripple. A magnet edge shaping is proposed to design a trapezoidal BEMF motor without torque ripple, with minimal sacrifice of the maximum output torque.

  • 본 논문은 슬립 주파수형 벡터제어에 기초하여 인버터 구동 교류 서보전동기 속도제어 시스템을 구성하고 광범위한 속도제어 방법에 대하여 나타내었다. 구동 시스템은 16비트 CPU(V50)을 이용한 디지털 제어기와 전동기 구동 전원으로 순시전류 추종방식 인버터(Current Source Inverter)로 구성된다. 실제 300[W] 유도전동기의 저속에서 속도 변동(진동)이 발생하는 원인을 해석하기 위해서 회로 동작을 소프트웨어와 하드웨어적으로 조사한다. 시뮬레이션을 하여 저속에서 속도변동 원인을 구명하고 그 대책에 대하여 나타내었다.

  • 태양광 발전용 AC-모듈에서 발생하는 전력 디커플링을 위해 사용되는 대용량 전해 커패시터는 시스템의 신뢰성을 감소시키므로 최근 보조회로를 이용한 디커플링 기법이 연구되고 있다. 하지만 디커플링 회로의 제어기 오차와 시스템의 효율이 고려될 경우, 태양광 패널에 전력 맥동이 존재하게 되고 이는 인버터 출력 전류를 왜곡시키는 원인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 제어기 오차와 시스템 효율을 고려하여 발생하는 전력 맥동에 대해 분석하고, 이를 저감시키기 위한 전류 왜곡 보상 기법을 제안하였다. 이를 PSIM 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • Noise reduction for hydraulic pump is strongly demanded in the market with its efficiency and durability. In order to meet this demand, it is necessary to reveal mechanism for noise and relationship between the important factors. In this paper, mathematical model for cylinder pressure which is primary reason of pulsation and sound noise were established, and examined its pressure profile by simulation. Also, the valve plate of three kind types are manufactured and tested for piston pressure, pressure pulsation, and sound power level based on the tentative standard which is officially recognized.

  • 본 논문에서는 3상 2-병렬 PWM 컨버터의 단일 스위치 개방 고장 시 고장 허용 제어 방법과 그에 따라 발생하는 순환전류를 저감하는 연구를 진행 하였다. PWM 컨버터의 스위치 개방 고장은 DC단 전압 맥동과 계통 측 전류의 왜곡을 유발하며 이는 고장허용제어를 통해 개선 가능하다. 하지만 고장허용제어를 병렬형 PWM 컨버터에 적용하는 경우에는 컨버터의 비동기적인 스위칭으로 발생된 순환 전류 때문에 기존의 방법을 적용 할 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 2-병렬 PWM 컨버터의 스위치 개방 고장 허용제어에 따른 순환전류 저감에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 연구한 내용은 시뮬레이션을 통해 확인하였다.

  • Recently, the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor as low noise, high speed and high thrust force transportation system has been proposed but this motor causes an increase of material cost because of its characteristic arranging the armature on the full length of transportation lines when this system is applied to the long distance transportation system. Therefore, we suggested discontinuous arrangement method of the armature to solve this problem. However, Detent force which causes thrust force ripple generating noise, vibration and decline of performance is generated when a mover pass between the armatures. Thus, in this paper, we examined characteristic of detent force to reduce the end edge effect according to the end edge teeth's height and auxiliary teeth and suggested the shape that can the most reduce the detent force.
