디지털 방송 서비스가 보편화되면서 MPEG-2, DVB 및 ATSC Transport Stream의 사용이 확산되고 있다. 수신된 방송 Transport Stream(TS)은 TS 그대로 이용하거나 Program Stream(PS)로 변환한 후 저장하여 이용한다. DVD같은 디지털 저장매체에는 PS가 사용되므로 디지털 방송을 수신하여 이를 DVD나 DVD-RAM과 같은 저장 매체에 저장하려면 TS를 저장용 Stream인 PS로 변환하여 저장하여야 DVD Player와 같은 매체 재생기에서 이를 이용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 TS를 PS로 변환하고 변환된 TS와 PS를 분석하여 얻어진 변환 및 변환 후의 여러 결과들을 비교 분석하여 보여준다.

As mentioned on the paper, this study does not tackle the issue of contention about different media mix. It rather analyzes the capability and intensity of new media created through the correlation of different media, and researches the intermediality relationship among media to create new type of fine quality media. Along with the development of digital technology, the intermediality relationship among painting, video media such as movie and animation has become active. Also, as the study examined, the mix of 'painting and movie', 'movie, animation, game' has blurred the boundary, and formed a mutual inevitable relationship. Thus, this study examined the transfer of media and correlation based on intermediality relationship insisted by Rajewski and Deleuze's theory. Deleuze's theory explains the relationship of being which analyzed the variation of media. As for the intermediality relationship of media, the study examined process of media combining and converting based on 3 types of category of Rajewski, "media combination, media conversion, intermedial relationship matching".

본 논문에서는 대역폭이 보장되지 않는 네트워크 상에서 비디오 서비스를 제공하기 위한 매체변환 방법 중 비디오 프레임 크기를 변환시켜 비트율을 효율적으로 제어하는 방법을 제안한다. H.263으로 부호화된 스트림을 DCT 공간에서 크기를 변환시킴으로써 완전 복호화 후 다시 부호화하는 과정에서 생기는 계산량을 대폭 감소시켜 보다 효율적인 방법으로 비트율을 제어할 수 있다. 움직임 정보뿐만 아니라 이전 프레임과의 차이값을 다시 사용하기 위해 크기변환 후 H.263 표준의 향상된 예측 모드 (Advanced Prediction Mode)를 사용하여 화질열화도 최소화한다. 실험결과 화질면에서는 블록화 현상(Block Artifact)이 크게 감소하였고, 프레임이 진행됨에 따라 PSNR은 낮아졌지만, 매체변환은 기존의 방법에 비해 라론 속도로 이루어 질 수 있었다.

University libraries have developed digital information resources for digital services and have tried to preserve valuable digital information. Because digital preservation raises challenges of a fundamentally different nature which we added to the problems to preserving traditional format materials, it is necessary that preserving digital resources must be discussed and researched actively. This study conducts risk management for exploring preserving technologies and assessing tools. It is found that most university libraries have used format conversion frequently and do not use the emulation technology. It is also found that medium refreshing has the lowest risk probability and isk impact, but information migration and emulation technology have the highest in the risk probability and in the risk impact individually and the absence of full-time professional staff causes high risk.

Arthur Miller's play has been reproduced for a long time, and has been made into a film several times. Director Asghar Farhadi made a film set in Iran in the 21st century, showing the film (2017), which excludes "Death" from the original title. is not just a movie of . In , the play is summoned in the form of performing a play. There are many movies in this form, but is an exquisite fabrication so that the reality outside the play and the content in the play harmonize with each other. The play depicts the tragedy of the head of the family who falls at the end of the American dream. The movie transforms this tragedy into a conflict between a young couple living in Iran in the 21st century. In addition, is completed as an independent work that not only rearranged the space and characters of the original work, but also reinterpreted the meaning of death, creating the effect of media conversion such as theater and film.

The video coding for very low bit-rate has recently received considerable attention, but the conventional coding schemes with block based transform suffer from the blocky effect for the constraints of limited bit-rate. In this paper, we present a video coding system based on wavelet transform and multiresolution motion estimation/compensation for very low bit-rate video. The proposed scheme uses the wavelet transform which is flexible to represent non-stationary image signals and adaptable to the human visual characteristics. The wavelet transformed coefficients are coded by various coding modes in accordance with the sum of absolute error after motion estimation/compensation in wavelet decomposed domain. And simple buffer control technique is applied to handle constant image quality. It is shown that the presented scheme has more acceptable image quality without blocky effects than conventional block based transform video coding.

모바일 기술의 발전으로 인쇄 매체가 아닌 온라인 매체로 만화 콘텐츠를 제공받는 수요층이 늘어나고 있고, 모바일 단말기의 작은 화면 위에 기존 오프라인 만화를 브라우징하기 위한 새로운 기술에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 큰 만화 콘텐츠를 영상의 의미 정보(배경이 아닌 모든 부분: 사람, 중요한 오브젝트, 문자)의 손실을 최소화하여, 기존의 오프라인 만화 콘텐츠를 모바일 단말기에 맞게 자동 변환 시스템 (Automatic Comics Conversion System: ACCS)을 제안한다. ACCS는 기존 만화 콘텐츠 영상의 각 페이지를 프레임 단위로 자르고 잘라진 프레임을 분할, 확대, 축소 등을 통해 모바일 단말기 화면 크기에 맞게 자동으로 변환한다.

The major role of school librarians in Korea has been providing reading guidance and library user education with paper resources. However, digital users have become more ubiquitous and demand more information with the images and digital materials. Therefore, school libraries need to collect more images and digital materials. At the same time, school librarians have to equip themselves with the ability to cope with this transformation. The qualified school librarians not only should have a teaching certificate but also know about techniques to transform various library materials into digital formats. Teachers and students could use these materials for their Web site homepages and Powerpoint presentations.
