일시적이고 수동적으로 진행되던 청소년 환경교육이 최근 새로운 변화를 맞고 있다. 사이버 환경교육이 바로 그것. 인터넷의 활용으로 체계적인 환경교육이 가능해지면서 학생들의 능동적 참여도 늘고 있으며 이에 따라 인터넷 매체의 특성을 살린 각종 교육 아이템도 속속 개발되고 있다. 이러한 온라인 상의 청소년 대상 환경 교육 사이트들이 어떻게 운영되고 어떤 서비스를 하고 있는지 살펴보았다.

The purpose of this study is to change the perspective of reading culture promotion and future-oriented through analysis of readers' reading behavior that evolved by changing reading media such as e-books and various media, providing access to reading in 5G-enabled daily life, and communicating in various ways. The task of promoting reading culture was presented as follows. (1) Accurate research on readers and non-readers should be conducted. (2) In addition to accurate recognition of reading media, a multi-faceted model for reading behavior should be prepared. (3) It is necessary to quickly understand the trend of readers' reading behavior. (4) Finally, it is urgent to develop 'reading' related applications in the public domain.

유해물질의 거동에 대한 이해를 돕기 위해서 대도시지역을 대상으로 하여 fugacity를 이용한 level-III 다매체환경거동모형이 개발되었다. 이 모형에 의한 거동의 예측결과에 민감한 영향을 주는 입력과정과 변수들을 찾아내기 위하여 체계적으로 민감도분석을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 기법을 개발하고 사례연구로서 서울지역과 2, 3, 7, 8-TCDD을 대상으로 그 기법을 적용하였다. Sensitivity index에 의한 평가한 결과, 일정한 배출속도조건에서는 대기중의 바람속도, 그리고 대기에서 수체나 토양으로 전이되는 건식 및 습식 침적과정이 다매체거동에서 전체적으로 가장 중요한 과정인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이들 거동과정 자체에 영향을 미치는 변수들에 대한 민감도 분석의 결과 건식침적의 경우 중력에 의한 입자들의 침강속도가, 습식침적의 경우 평균 강우속도가 대단히 중요한 변수임이 파악되었다. 물질의 물리화학적 특성 가운데에서는 z-값에 직접 영향을 주는 변수들, 즉, 헨리상수와 옥타놀-물 분배계수 등이 결과에 민감한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 사례연구는 본 연구에서 개발된 민감도분석기법이 유해물질의 다매체 거동모형을 개선하고 좀더 중요한 거동과정에 대한 이해를 넓히는데 효율적으로 사용될 수 있다는 것을 보여주고 있다.

논문이나 문서를 작성하다 보면 주로 자신이 사용하는 개인용 컴퓨터(PC)에서 작업한다. 다른 PC에서 문서 작업을 하게 되면, 자신이 사용하던 PC의 자료나 작업 환경이 틀리기 때문에 불편함을 겪게 된다. 다른 PC에서 작업해야 하는 경우에 워드프로세서 등의 기존에 작성된 문서 프로그램을 일일이 설치해야 한다. 그리고 모아둔 문서 자료 또한 번번이 이동 저장 매체 등으로 자료 이동 작업을 해야만 한다. 이 외에도 아주 사소한 문제들이 자신의 PC 이외의 환경에서 문서 작업을 힘들게 한다. 요즘은 인터넷이 발달해 있기 때문에, 인터넷의 특정한 공간에 자신의 자료를 저장하는 방식으로 해결하려 한다. 하지만 인터넷이 대중화된 아직까지도 인터넷 장애는 빈번히 일어나거나, 뜻하지 않는 일로 인터넷 연결을 보장 할 수가 없으므로 이러한 방법에도 한계가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 모든 작업 환경을 맞춰주지는 못하지만, 자신이 수집한 자료와 문서 작업이 동시에 한 시스템에서 이루어지도록 하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 본 시스템은 이동형 저장 매체에 자리 잡고 있어서 이를 휴대하기만 하면 웹브라우저가 있는 다른 PC에서 자신의 작업을 그대로 이어갈 수 있는 그러한 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

공인인증서의 사용은 꾸준히 증가하고 있으나 증가하는 사용량에 비례하여 하드디스크에 저장된 공인인증서 해킹으로 인한 피해 사례가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 정부는 하드디스크 내 공인인증서 저장을 금지하고 이동형 저장매체에 저장하도록 하는 방침을 내놓았다. 또한 모바일 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 중앙의 스토리지에 데이터가 저장되기 때문에 공인인증서를 중앙 스토리지에 저장하는 것은 매우 위험한 일이다. 이러한 방침으로 인해 앞으로 USB 메모리 및 스마트폰과 같은 이동형 저장매체에 대한 중요성이 높아질 것이며, 분실 위험이 높은 USB 메모리 및 스마트폰의 특징에 따라 인증서가 저장된 저장매체 없이도 인증서를 사용할 수 있는 방안이 필요하게 될 것이다. 본 논문은 일회용 인증서에 대한 요구사항 분석 및 형식을 설계하고, PKI 인증서를 기반으로 경량화된 일회용 인증서를 발급받아 인증서를 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 모바일 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 일회용 인증서를 이용한 권한 관리 기술을 제안하여 안전성과 효율성을 제공하도록 하였다.

Media convergence is prevalent all over the world, and is expected to change our lives dramatically in near future. Chaos theory is a new emerging theoretical approach to various social phenomena including organization management, economic system, stock market fluctuation, and so on. This thesis is intended to explain media convergence phenomena centered on internet media using basic concepts of chaos theory such as self-organization, co-evolution, and feedback loop. The implications of this tentative study are that we can apply chaos theory to media convergence as other social or natural phenomena, and that maintaining chaos state of media system is useful for accelerating creativities, and that developing media system as an organic system to cooperate with other relevant systems is helpful for promoting life qualities, and that establishing moral order or root value is desirable for implementing communicatopia.

In this study, consumer to use digital media is investigated on media engagement, Brand Attachment, Brand Relations Affect and Brand Loyalty of relation. also analyzing the mediating effect of brand relations affect and brand influence in the relationship between media engagement and brand attachment step has its purpose. Data analysis result showed that media engagement is significant effect on Brand Relations Affect and Brand Attachment, Brand relations Affect and Brand Attachment is significantly effected on the brand loyalty. And mediating Effect of brand Relation Affect was investigated by adjusting role between media engagement and brand attachment. Media engagement and brand relations, the influence of the brand attachment, brand relations affect has a greater effect.

Despite widespread availability of communication media supported ICT(Information & Communication Technology), the influence factors and its role to the communication interaction is not clear. The main objective of this research is to examine the factors that affect to the efficient and effective means of communication interaction. The investigation focuses on the effect of four different factors such as ICT communication media characteristics, personal innovativeness, and ICT media attitude. The hypotheses have been tested with the survey of 159 smart phone users. The research summarized in this paper decomposes the influence of the characteristics of ICT media, IT personal innovativeness, and the attitude of ICT usage to the efficient and effective communication interaction.

This study is a literature study that analyzes empirical case study of Flipped learning application which has emerged as a method of future university education in Korea. The purpose of the study is to explore the use of digital media by learners in the Flipped learning applied courses in domestic universities considering current digital-based media environment. For this purpose, we analyzed the measurement variables and statistical significance of the preceding studies and analyzed the media utilization. The most important measurement variables were 'learning achievement' and 'class satisfaction', which were measures of effectiveness on the Flipped learning classes. All studies analyzed used media, but most studies focused on verifying the effectiveness of classroom classes, resulting in separate media utilization measurements in one study and statistically meaningful results for the 'video learning recognition' variable. The qualitative measurement related to the use of media for each study was presented as a separate analysis result. In the future, in order for effective follow-up studies on application of Flipped learning and digital media utilization, there are five main issues that need to be studied, which are securing the necessary treatment period for accurate effect measurement, etc.

방송통신위원회 "장애인방송 편성 및 제공 등 장애인 방송접근권 보장에 관한 고시"[1] 8조3항에서는 장애인방송물을 제작 송신 재송신할 경우에 대하여, 한국정보통신기술협회(이하 "TTA")에서 제정한 시청각장애보조방송서비스 기술표준의 준수를 의무화 하고 있다. 이에 TTA에서는 시청각 장애 보조 방송 서비스 관련 모든 방송매체 공통의 시청각 장애 보조 방송 서비스 표준의 기술을 검증하고 장애인방송 의무 적용에 대한 정부 정책 및 방송사업자 업체 대상 상용화 적용 시험을 지원하고자 장애인방송 수신기 시험환경과 장애인방송을 송신 및 재송신하는 방송매체의 송출스트림의 표준적합성을 검증할 수 있는 시험환경을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 "시청각 장애 보조 방송 서비스"[2]표준의 자막방송 및 화면해설방송을 시험하기 위한 시험환경 및 시험도구 개발 내용을 소개한다.
