This study intends to determine the decision making criteria of leasing in mix-used shopping mall, analyze the variation of their weight by store size inside mall and lend-lease perspective for lessor and lessee towards the identification of optimal leasing environment in mix-used shopping mall development. The decision making have been identified based on the number of prior literature review and expert consultation. And the AHP methodology and Fuzzy theory have been implemented to develop the weight for criteria based on experts survey. Research finding indicates that the 2 categories with 6 criteria and 24 sub-criteria have been determined. It is noteworthy that the large sized group would be located in both ends on main floor with their requested store size; middle sized group done over second floor with low rent by attracting with both competitive brands and key-tenants; small sized group done in both ends on main floor or on 2 to 3 floor connecting to main circulation. This should be examined in the planning stage of SPA lessee solicitation by the lessor in mix-used shopping mall development project.

인광석은 Queensland북서쪽 Georgina Basin에 20억 톤이 매장되어 있다. Basin지역의 세 지역에 매장되어 있는데 남부 매장지에는 17.5$\%$ $P_2O_5$를 함유하는 인광석 14억ton, 그리고 직접 선적할 수 있는 $P_2O_5$ 31$\%$ 함량의 인광석 4000ton이 매장되어 있는데 현재 Queensland Phosphate Ltd (QPL)에 의해서 개발되고 있다. 앞으로 이 회사는 76년까지 연간 100만톤의 생산수준을 달성할 것이며 78년까지는 300만톤으로 올릴 것이다. 그리고 동남아세아에 인광석 수출 판로개척을 도모할 것이며 호주정부는 연간 200만ton의 인광석을 수출하기로 결정하였다. BH South Limited (BHS)는 1964년 호주 인광석에 대한 본격적 채굴작업에 들어갔다. 1966년초 Georgina Basin에 대한 탐사가 시작되었고 G.Basine 동쪽에 걸쳐있는 인광석 매장지를 발견하였고 총매장량은 17.5$\%$ $P_2O_5$ 등급으로 20억 ton을 초과하는 수준으로 추정되었다. Georgina Basin에는 세 개의 인광석 매장지대가 있는데, 대규모 Duchess 매장지와 소규모 Ardmore 매장지로 구성되어 있는 남부매장지대는 17.5$\%$, $P_2O_5$ 함유 인광석 14억ton, 그리고 31$\%$ $P_2O_5$ 함유의 직접 선적할 수 있는 4,000만ton의 인광석을 보유하고 있다. 중부매장지대는 Lady Annie와 Lady Jane 매장지로 구성되어 있으며 북부매장지대는 Riversleigh로부터 서쪽으로 Queensland에 이르는 지대의 6개의 소규모 매장지로 구성되어 있다.

After 1990's, many multi-level marketing companies lave been introduced in Korea. These MLM companies operate their stores as same way as general retailing stores. The major characteristics of these MLM companys' store is that their main customers are distributors who sell the purchased merchandise to another customers. Many studies about merchandise display in general retailing stores were reported. But, there was less research about merchandise display in these special type stores such as MLM companys' stores. This paper investigates the effects of merchandise display on distributor's merchandise selection in channel flow of multi-level marketing company. For this purpose, we formulated four hypotheses about display variance in quantity, height, location, and related merchandise to analyze the effect of merchandise display methods in MLM companys' stores. The experiment had been proceeded in three stores in a MLM company for 6 weeks and the sales data were collected by POS. The methods to analyze the data were used ANOVA and T-test. Findings of this study are as follows; First, there was no effect to store sale by the interaction effect between merchandise display method and scale of store. Second, scale of store affected considerably the volume of sales of each store according to main effect analysis. Third, display variance in quantity, height, and location did not affect store sale. In the related merchandise display, however, sale in all store was increased. Fourth, in additional analysis considering merchandise display only, display variance in both height and location affected their sale in large scale store. Based on the above results, we may predict merchandise display can affect sale in MLM companys' store as well as general retailing stores. Therefore if MLM company has large scale store, it should consider merchandise display methods in its stores.

코로나 19 이후 무인매장에 대한 수요가 꾸준히 증가하며 빠른 시장 규모 성장을 보이고 있다. 그러나 관리자의 부재로 감시가 어렵고 즉각적인 대응이 불가능한 환경으로 인해 도난 문제 또한 꾸준히 발생하고 있다. 본 논문은 YOLO 객체인식 기술을 활용한 무인매장 도난 감지 시스템과 실시간 메일 알림 기능을 제안한다. 이를 통해 무인매장에서 발생하는 도난 범죄를 예방하고, 즉각적인 조치를 가능하게 함으로써 보다 안전하고 효율적으로 무인매장을 관리할 수 있게 한다.

Emergency response of fire prevention manager has an effect on decisive emergency exit behavior of customer who is not accustomed to emergency response in a large-scale shopping department on fire. Especially enclosed stairways in a large scale store are usually located in back space where is impossible for customer to access. Therefore, speedy emergency exit inducement by fire prevention manager is needed for the customer's safe egress. The object of study is to analyse the factors affecting egress behavior and emergency response of fire prevention manager in respect of fire prevention management.

The POS(Point Of Sales) system is S/W and H/W that enables to analyse and evaluate sales information that has been collected in the real-time at point of sales by each department in the store. However, existing POS systems are mainly aiming at the large scaled store with the specific high-priced equipment, so that in applying them to a store specializing in food have weak point to use them in the cost or scale respect. In this paper, we design and implement a web based POS system with PC(Personal Computer) and PDA/(Personal Digital Assistant) in wireless internet environment to apply POS system to a store specializing in food, without specific equipments.

최근 들어 북한 서해안 일대의 원유매장 가능성에 대한 보도가 국내외 언론에 자주 오르내리고 있다. 실제 북한의 서한만 분지는 일일 생산량 450 배럴의 원유가 생산되고 있어 석유부존 가능성이 확인되었고, 중국에서 큰 유전중 하나인 발해만 유전지대와 지리적으로 근접해 있어 대규모 매장 가능성도 있다. 지금까지 밝혀진 북한 서한만의 지질은 중국의 발해만과 유사하다. 후기 원생대와 초기 고생대에 생성된 기반암 위에는 최대 6 ${\sim}$ 10 km 두께의 탄산염암 및 중생대 퇴적암과 4 ${\sim}$ 5 km 두께의 퇴적암이 집적되어 있다. 근원암은 3 km 이상 되는 쥐라기 흑색 셰일과 1 ${\sim}$ 2 km 두께의 백악기 흑색 셰일 그리고 수 km 두께의 중생대 이전의 탄산염암으로 구성되어 있다. 저류층은 높은 공극률을 가진 중생대부터 신생대에 퇴적된 사암과 중생대전에 균열된 탄산염암이다. 원유 트랩은 배사구조, 단층구조, 파묻혀 있는 언덕 그리고 층서형 트랩 형태다. 따라서 서한만에서의 퇴적층들은 다양한 형태의 근원암을 가지며 또한 공극률과 투수율이 높고, 많은 단층에 의한 이동경로를 가지게 되므로, 사암으로 이루어진 석유 저장지만 발견하면 석유를 생산할 수 있을 것으로 추정된다.
