A sample of students was recruited from two universities in Korea. For data analysis, SPSS PC+ and SPSS PROCESS macro were used. Frequency, reliability, correlation and mediating effect analysis were performed. Bootstrap technique was done to verify the mediating effect. Results showed as follows. First, grit, self-esteem and hope were negatively correlated with human rights damage, but grit, self-esteem and hope were positively correlated with each other. Second, hope and grit mediated in the relationship between human rights damage and self-esteem. • This study analyzed the impact of women's self-preservation on their intention to start a business by using self-efficacy as a mediation, reflecting the importance of women's self-preservation to adapt to the new environment of start-up. In particular, in addition to the overall self-preservation, the sub-factors of behavioral delay, compensatory natural strategy, and constructive thinking strategy were also validated. As a research method, 198 people who responded to the online survey were analyzed using Model 4 of the PROCESS macro proposed by Hayes(2018), and indirect effects were analyzed by designating 5,000 bootstrapping samples. The findings were as follows. First, self-efficacy has been shown to have a mediating effect in which women's self-preservation influences their intention to start a business. At this time, the medium effect was shown as a partial medium. Second, the sense of self-efficacy was found to have a mediating effect on women's behavior-oriented strategies affecting their intention to start a business. At this time, the medium effect was shown as a partial medium. Third, self-efficacy was found to have a mediating effect in which women's natural compensatory strategies affect their intention to start a business. At this time, the medium effect was shown as a partial medium. Fourth, self-efficacy was found to have a mediating effect in which women's constructive thinking strategies affect their intention to start a business. At this time, the medium effect was shown as a complete medium. This shows that the higher a woman's self-preservation, the higher her self-efficacy and willingness to start a business. Based on the results of these studies, he made a developed proposal for women's start-ups.

  • This study attempted to find out whether learning time has a mediating effect according to the gender, region, and grade of middle school students in the relationship between academic engagement and self-esteem. To this end, a survey of 1,045 middle school students in Gyeongsangnam-do was conducted on academic engagement, learning time, and self-esteem. Difference verification was conducted to determine the difference in academic engagement, learning time, and self-esteem according to the general characteristics of the study subjects, correlation analysis was conducted to determine the correlation between major variables, and regression analysis was conducted to verify the mediating effect of learning time. As a result of the analysis, first, there was no difference in the academic engagement of middle school students by group. In the learning time, middle school students in the city area were significantly higher than those in the township area, male students had higher self-esteem than female students, and students in the city area had significantly higher self-esteem as the grade went up. Second, as a result of correlation analysis, learning time, academic engagement, and self-esteem showed a positive correlation. Third, in the entire group not divided by group, both the direct path through which academic engagement reaches self-esteem and the partial mediating model from learning time to self-esteem showed significant effects. In the analysis by gender, only female students excluding male students showed a partial mediating effect, and the analysis results by region showed a partial mediating effect only on students in the city. The analysis results by grade showed a partial mediating effect only for second-year middle school students. In order to improve the self-esteem of middle school students, education and counseling should be conducted in consideration of not only individual differences by gender and grade, but also the region in which they live.

For the purpose, the 6th year data of Gyeonggi Education Panel Study (GEPS) which was administered in 2017 for the 9th grade students and their teachers from 197 middle schools in Gyeonggi Province was used. As results, the mediation effects of EIC on the link between EII and TE was found only under the innovative climate. The moderation effects of TM on the connection between EIC and TE were appeared in both of the permissive and the innovative climate. Finally, the moderated mediation effects of the TM in the innovative climate were bigger rather than in the permissive climate.

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate the mediation effect of bullying on the associations between children's overweight and obesity problem and mental health problems. Data from a subsample of 2,306 adolescents, who participated in the "child-youth synthesize survey" was utilized. The measurement and structural models were estimated using structural equation modeling. Partial and full mediation models were compared, and X2 difference test was conducted between the two models. The study results show that children's overweight and obesity problem have a direct effect on mental health problems. In addition, bullying was found to mediate the association between children's overweight and obesity problem and mental health problems. The analytic results confirmed that the model fit for the full mediation model was better than the partial mediation model when examining the mediating effect of bullying on the relations between children's overweight and obesity problem and mental health problems. Efforts to prevent mental health problems may require interventions for children's with overweight and obesity problems as well as inventions for reducing bullying in general.

  • This study was carried out to examine whether the moderated mediating effect of SNS addiction resulting from marital dissatisfaction and loneliness is influenced by gender or size and composition of social capital. 714 married men and women in their 20's to 40's were participated in this study. The data were collected by online research center with quota sampling based on demographical proportion. To analyze this research model, the moderated mediating effect utilizing structural equation was used. The results of this study were summarized as follows. First, it is verified that the loneliness moderated between marital dissatisfaction and SNS addiction. Since the relationship between independent and dependent variable is insignificant, comparison of competition model was able to determine if mediating effect was fully or partially shown. As a result, the complete mediated model was ultimately chosen because its various goodness-of-fit index including $x^2$ performed fairly well. Second, the mediating effect which moderates social capital size was presented in the mediated model between the marital dissatisfaction, loneliness and SNS addiction. Specifically, It implies that group who recognizes their social capital big recognizes the route and effect size more than that who considers their social capital small. And the moderated mediating effect depending on different type of social capital among the marital dissatisfaction and loneliness and between SNS addiction was substantiated. It implies that disequilibration of SNS social capital in face-to-face sphere and in online acted as a danger fact with respect to the marital dissatisfaction, loneliness and SNS addiction. The implications of these findings were discussed, and directions for future studies were also proposed.
