Hospital System Model for Personalized Medical Service (개인 맞춤형 의료서비스를 위한 병원시스템 모델)

  • With the entry into the aging society, we are increasingly interested in wellness, and personalized medical services through artificial intelligence are expanding. In order to provide personalized medical services, it is difficult to provide accurate medical analysis services only with the existing hospital system components PM / PA, OCS, EMR, PACS, and LIS. Therefore, it is necessary to present the hospital system model and the construction plan suitable for personalized medical service. Currently, some medical cloud services and artificial intelligence diagnosis services using Watson are being introduced in domestic. However, there are not many examples of systematic hospital system construction. Therefore, this paper proposes a hospital system model suitable for personalized medical service. To do this, we design a model that integrates medical big data construction and AI medical analysis system into the existing hospital system components, and suggest development plan of each module. The proposed model is meaningful as a basic research that provides guidelines for the construction of new hospital system in the future.

  • In this paper proposes the latest network-assisted online telemedicine service to coincide with the point being discussed for health care providers to match patients, patients with personalized medical service support system. In order to design the system, to understand the requirements of the patient personalized medical support service system, the data were normalized and were designed architecture client server structure. Further, in order to implement the system that was designed to define the structure of server and client, ontology repository, we implement the system. In this paper, as a result of the test by creating a scenario and prerequisites for testing patient personalized medical service support system that is design and implementation, selecting a patient's condition, department of symptoms by the selected but it was confirmed that the inference is, inference medical institutions that fits department inferred one following upon the items medical patient has the required.

  • With the advancement of information technology and increasing diversity in medical field, there are ongoing researches on ontology based intelligent medical system in Oriental medicine field. Intelligent diagnostic support system uses ontology to give a structure to complex medical knowledge and personal medical history so that we can make diagnosis more scientific, and provide better medical services. In this paper, we suggest an ontology that structuralize three knowledge types basic medical data, clinical trial data, and personal health information, which can be used as important information for individually tailored diagnosis. Especially in Oriental medicine diagnosis, both patient's symptoms of illness and physical constitution play a great role; it can lead to distinct diagnosis depending on their combination. Thus, it is much needed to have a diagnostic support system that uses personal health history and physical constitution along with basic medical data and clinical trial data in the field. In this paper, we implemented an Oriental medicine diagnostic support system that provides individualized diagnosis service to each patient by building an ontology on Oriental medicine focused on individual physical constitution and disease information.

  • 최근 네트워크를 이용한 온라인 원격 진료 서비스가 논의 되고 있는 시점에서 원격 진료 서비스에서도 특정 환자에게 맞는 의료 서비스 매칭 서비스에 대한 필요성이 핫 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 Mobile SmartPhone 환경에서 환자 맞춤형 의료 서비스 지원 시스템을 설계하고 온라인상에서 환자에게 맞는 의료 기관을 매칭하여 특정 환자에게 맞는 최적의 의료 서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 설계 하고자 한다.

  • The global medical tourism industry including Asian market has been activating recently. That is as medical tourists are motivated to seek the higher quality of healthcare with lower costs, as well as of travel. The consumers in this field tend to need customized services of medical tourism. It is needed that the consumers get customized information on medical services and traveling, the clinics and hospitals resolve the issues of offering translation and luring medical tourists from overseas, and the guides, who offer tour and translation service, provide the consumers and the clinics with customized services so that they get the services needed for one another. This research studies the Offline to Online, called O2O, matching platform based on global clinics, which connects medical facilities, patients, and guides for traveling and language services. It presents the customized marketing plans by utilizing customers' experiences from medical services and traveling they use.

  • With the development of medical IT technology, personalized medical services are increasing in the silver industry era through the development of smart healthcare business. Therefore, in this paper, using various sensors in the Arduino environment, we implemented a finger modeling that can perform joint rehabilitation exercise that can provide personalized smart healthcare services. By measuring the activity of each individual finger joint using an Arduino-based flex sensor, it is intended to be used for personalized rehabilitation exercise in the smart healthcare field in the future.

Development of Personalized Examination Guidance Contents for Customer to Improvement of Waiting Time Satisfaction in Department of Radiology (영상의학과 대기시간 만족도 개선을 위한 고객 맞춤형 검사안내콘텐츠 계발)

  • To improve medical service and customers' satisfaction by reducing actual waiting time for medical inspection by personalized examination guidance contents (PEGC) linked with medical information system (MIS). The suggested PEGC was completed with preparing transmission for data and PEGC by using transmission control protocol internet protocol (TCP/IP) which can be built up creditable data transmission service. When patient signal event appeared in MIS while the communication was in standby, the ID and data of the customer were shown as text and image on monitors in waiting room. Guiding inspections, steps of examination, and undressing information extracted from the PEGC was also shown to the appropriate patient. After installation of the suggested PEGC, we rechecked satisfaction rates of 60 customers who visited the hospital with a same method as initial survey. The results of this study suggest that 3.6 point of waiting time satisfaction index were improved, after installation of the suggested PEGC, as 4.6 point.

  • 헬스케어 패러다임이 정밀, 예측, 맞춤, 예방의료 중심으로 변화하면서 개인의 건강관리에 대한 관심과 중요성이 커지고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업은 4차 산업혁명 정보통신기술 발달과 함께 수요자 중심의 고부가 가치형 의료서비스 제공이 가능할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 한 영역인 개인건강기록(PHR) 서비스는 개인의 모든 건강기록 데이터를 기반으로 하여 예방과 관리 목적에 맞추어 맞춤형 건강관리를 가능하게 한다. 본 연구에서는 개인건강기록 서비스의 가치사슬을 정리해보고, 가치사슬 핵심요인 중심의 산업구조분석을 통해 주요 환경변화에 있어 경쟁자들과의 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 필요한 차별화 전략의 우선순위를 모색하고자 한다.

  • This paper shows a u-Health management system in user's Life environment, which is different from previous ones by enterprises. It's designed for users(citizens) and service provider(especially providing medical service). This paper is discussing on the proof on the service model being operated near the Tancheon stream in the city of Sung-nam. To maximize users' satisfaction, this service has been designed on four disciplines(so easy, so simple, well-customized, funny feedback) in the viewpoint for users. Its algorithm has 4 levels which are measurement, prescription, monitoring and feedback. In the system. there are HCBs(health check boothes) checking out status and assessment of users, customized health prescription customized a health management service prescription engine, exercise programs customized on exercise equipments near the stream and monitoring system.

  • 본고에서는 IT 기술의 급속한 발전과 보급에 힘입어 최근 많은 관심을 끌고 있는 미래의 의료형태인 유헬스케어에 필요한 IT융합 헬스케어기술을 소개하였다. IT융합 헬스케어기술이 성공적으로 실시되면 맞춤형 헬스케어 서비스와 웰빙을 필요로 하는 많은 이용자의 요구에 의해서 헬스케어는 환자 중심의 질병 및 증상을 완화하고, 치료하는 개념에서 점차 일반인의 건강을 증진하고 질병을 예방하는 개념으로 변화 되고 있다. 이를 위해서는 IT 기술과 의료서비스를 융합하여 언제 어디서나 예방, 진료, 치료 그리고 사후관리를 받을 수 있는 유헬스케어 서비스가 제공될 수 있을 것이다.
