Recently Digital Content has been to product, process and circulate fast. Also Environment and personality of user who consume digital content have been to diversify. These would be provide customized digital content to satisfy user request following specific character, environment and personality of user. In this paper, We design and implement customized content creation and consumption based on DID of MPEG-21 framework which is processing the standardization in MPEG. It filled in standard document md packaging according to the selection of the user.

There have been many suggestions of ontology-based semantic web service systems and recommendation systems, but there has been no attempt to study educational consultation. Thus this study set out to tackle the problem and design specialized service to reflect individuals' interest, aptitude, hobbies, and grades based on the semantic web technology so that they could search the related information easily by managing personal profiles and identifying the meanings between information. It also aimed to suggest a convenient information service system of personalized educational consultation.

본 논문은 개인의 정보를 외부로 유출하지 않고, 소비자 방송 수신 단말 장치에 저장된 데이터를 이용하여 머신 러닝 모델을 학습하고, 소비자가 원하는 맞춤 방송 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 구글의 연합 학습[1] 을 기반한 설계에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 소비자 사용 패턴 및 행동 데이터를 수집하고 저장하며 머신 러닝 학습을 진행 하는 단말 구조와 단말에서 생성된 학습 모델 파라미터 정보를 수집하고 평균화 하는 중앙 서버의 구조를 연구하고, 연합 학습을 이용한 학습 정보를 이용하여 개인 맞춤형 방송 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 연구한다.

아토피 피부염(atopic dermatitis, AD)은 염증과 소양감을 동반하는 재발성 만성적인 피부질환으로서 심각성이 나날이 커지고 있는 대표적 건강문제이다. 본 연구의 목적은 아토피 피부염을 겪고 있는 대상자를 위하여, 한국전통 식품과 무 유선 인터넷 기반의 맞춤형 영양 관리 시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 신체계측 및 모발 무기질 수치를 입력하면 체질량지수(BMI) 및 내분비, 탄수화물 내응성 등 대사 관련 기능을 판정 받은 후, 이 평가를 기반으로 체내 기능 개선에 적합한 한국 전통 위주의 식품을 추천하며, 동시에 관련 정보, 식품 성분, 요리법 등을 제공하여 대상자 스스로 아토피를 관리할 수 있는 능력을 갖도록 하는 것이다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통하여 개발된 시스템을 통하여 모바일 사용자들은 장소와 시간의 제약을 받지 않고 어디서나 효과적으로 한국 전통식품 토대의 아토피 피부염 개선을 위한 맞춤형 영양관리를 받을 수 있도록 하였다.

In Web-based learning systems, the techniques, as self-regulated learning, self-directed learning, are used to improve the effect of learner's study. These techniques are methods considering learner's study level but to consider the learner's study ability properly, the tailored course for learner should be applied. In this research, the learning system considering learner's study ability was proposed. To decide a learner's study ability, IRT(Item Response Theory) was applied and learning contents and question items were developed and applied by the degree of difficulty.

인터넷의 확산과 첨단기술의 발달로 생물학 정보에 대한 온라인 데이터베이스 집합이 급속히 증가하고 있으나, 데이터의 양이 방대하고 이질적인 형태로 제공되기 때문에 실제 현장의 생물학 연구자들이 쉽게 이용하는데는 여러 가지 어려움이 있다. 이 논문에서는 단백질과 핵산 정보를 제공하는 대표적인 온라인 데이터베이스인 NCBL에, 질의를 하여 얻어진 데이터를 포함한 웹 문서로부터, 정보를 추출하여 사용자의 목적에 적합한 맞춤형 데이터베이스를 구축하는 시스템을 제안한다. 온톨로지를 이용하여 질의 처리를 하며, 웹 문서에 대한 정보추출 기법과 계층구조에 따른 유형별 저장방식을 통해 데이터베이스를 구축한다. 한편, 데이터 추출을 위해 식별 및 분류 작업을 수행한다. 제안한 시스템은 서열정보를 분석하는 생물학자들에게 관심대상 정보를 추출하여 맞춤형 데이터베이스를 구축함으로써, 손쉽게 서열정보 분석을 지원하도록 하는데 목적이 있다.

우리나라의 노인자살률은 OECD 국가 중에 1위이다. 인위적 고독사인 '자살'의 가장 큰 원인인 우울증을 의사소통을 통해 예방하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 상황에 따라 독거노인에게 스피커가 먼저 질문하는 형식인 시스템을 제안한다. 음성인식 시스템인 스피커를 활용하여 독거노인의 의사소통을 증대시키고, 질문뿐만이 아니라 식사 여부, 약 복용 여부 관련 일상 알람도 주기 때문에 규칙적인 생활을 하는 데 도움을 준다.

The research aims to provide information about the most applicable education-method by assessing learner's objective and condition, and also by searching case studies. Even though education system is introduced in various web-sites, questions about which system being most appropriate for the learner has not been answered. Therefore, instead of only providing education contents, this research paper is to create a system that contains information about academic contents, education templates, reuse of abundant educational resources and an education system specified based on the level of the learner.

최근 네트워크를 이용한 온라인 원격 진료 서비스가 논의 되고 있는 시점에서 원격 진료 서비스에서도 특정 환자에게 맞는 의료 서비스 매칭 서비스에 대한 필요성이 핫 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 Mobile SmartPhone 환경에서 환자 맞춤형 의료 서비스 지원 시스템을 설계하고 온라인상에서 환자에게 맞는 의료 기관을 매칭하여 특정 환자에게 맞는 최적의 의료 서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 설계 하고자 한다.
