본 논문은 사용자 수준에 적합한 맞춤형 학습코스를 추천하여 학습효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 추천모델을 개발하고, 효과분석을 위한 방안을 제시한다. 학습자 개개인의 학습수준이나 학습내용 등에 따라 적합한 학습주제를 선정하여 제공하는 것은 중요하나, 일반적인 추천은 전문가 그룹을 활용한 사람중심의 추천으로 시간이 오래 걸리는 등 자원의 비효율적 한계점[1]을 가지고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해, TF-IDF를 이용해 단어별 가중치를 계산하여 고빈도 단어를 추출하여 벡터 공간에 배치시키고, Cosine Similarity 기법을 이용해 벡터간의 유사도를 측정하였다. 학습자 프로파일을 분석하고, 학습스킬간의 연관성을 고려하여 맞춤형 학습코스를 추천하기 위해, 워드 임베딩 기법을 적용하였고, 이를 위해 오픈소스 Gensim[2]을 이용하였다. 맞춤형 학습코스 추천 모델의 효과를 분석하기 위한 실험을 설계하고 평가 문항지를 개발하였다.

In recent years, the development of ubiquitous computing environment, according to the time, place, regardless of the environment changes dynamically based on providing a service. In particular, ubiquitous computing environment, education support services in the fields of education according to the principal of each member is required to provide personalized information. Therefore, this paper describes the education support system which provide adaptive information to member of education. The structure of the proposed system consists of mobile agents multi-agent system platform, JADE (Java Agent DEvelopment framework) is based. Also, we describes the design of agents for application services and the interaction model. In this paper, the performance of proposed system to verify availability, classroom teachers, students and parents and administrators as a service application based on the user's role to provide appropriate information system was implemented. Finally, we shows the result of user interface GUIs according to adaptive education services.

The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for mathematics teaching and learning when using AI-based educational platforms that support personalized mathematics learning. To this end, we selected five platforms(Knock-knock! Math Expedition, knowre, Khan Academy, MATHia, CENTURY) and analyzed how the AI-based educational platforms for mathematics reflect the three elements(PLP, PLN, PLE) to support personalized learning. The results of this study showed that although the characteristics of PLP, PLN, and PLE implemented on each platform varied, they were designed to form PLEs that allow learners to make their autonomous decisions about learning based on PLP and PLN. The significance of this study can be found in that it has improved the understanding and practicability of personalized mathematics learning with the AI-based educational platforms.

Educational game is applied by learner's customized education based on its characteristics inducing user's interests and motives and drawing spontaneousness. And, the perception is gradually improved. At present, educational game customized by learners is provided by only the form of character customizing. Therefore, this study suggested visual customizing editor which can provide visual factors to learners in game for more efficient educational game. It will improve interests and motives of learners and increase concentration, so studying effects will be improved.

In this study, we develop a RSS-based educational information system for providing users, such as teachers, students, and parents of students with an adapted information. In order to collect an educational information from diverse web pages we design a web-based RSS reader. The RSS reader reads RSS files from the web sites or blogs which provide RSS feeds and then creates XML documents. The created XML documents are classified and registered into the system. Whenever the registered web-pages are updated, the system can automatically collect the updated information and provide the user with it. Therefore the user can be provided a real-time adapted educational information without searching web-sites from the system.

본 논문에서는 소외계층 영재학생을 위한 온라인 학습 멘토링 운영 방안을 도출하였다. 소외계층 영재학생에게 필요한 맞춤형 과제, 실생활 문제, 학업 관리를 지원하기 위하여 맞춤형 과제와 피드백, 학업 상담으로 이루어진 온라인 학습 멘토링 운영 방안을 도출하였다. 맞춤형 과제에서는 소외계층 영재학생의 수준에 따라 실생활 주제를 활용한 과제를 제시하였으며, 피드백을 통하여 과제의 결과물을 평가받을 수 있도록 구성하였다. 학업 상담에서는 학업 계획 및 관리 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 전문가와 함께 상담을 진행할 수 있도록 하였다. 후속 연구에서는 온라인 학습 멘토링을 소외계층 영재학생에게 운영하고, 온라인 학습 멘토링의 효과를 분석하는 연구가 진행되어야 한다.

The ratio of youth unemployment is very high compared to that of total unemployment in Korea. The youth unemployment is especially severe problem because of hindering the accumulation of human capital which is an economic growth driving factor, and switching the youth to economically inactive population rapidly. So Korea government has tried to perform various polices to solve the youth unemployment. In this paper, the states and the characteristics of the company oriented education program among the countermeasure of youth unemployment in Korea, including Job Experience Program of the Youth, Youth Job System, Youth Internship System and Contract Based Department Program are investigated. And the problems of the company oriented education program are analyzed and an improved education program(M-to-M Model) is proposed.

In this study, it was attempted to develop a grade-customized statistical analysis system that can be operated by a teacher without professional knowledge of statistics by utilizing profiling in the education sector. For this, with the convergence of techniques of profiling into the education sector, it examined the elements necessary for building a customized student multidimensional analysis system. Referring to the overall configuration and the current state to build multidimensional analysis system utilizing practical profiling, it showed the implementation result of the algorithm applied to each statistical method, and presented the differences and superiority to existing systems. Once the system based on the proposed techniques is built, considering differences of students' needs and abilities and clarifying precise objectives and standards, with the improvement of satisfaction in public education, it is possible not only to reduce expense of prior and private learning but also realize self-directed learning suitable to one's learning ability and aptitude.
