문학은 사회의 표현이라 하여, 문학과 사회와의 밀접한 관계를 말해 주는 것으로서, 시대적 상황, 사회상, 사상적인 특성을 문학을 통해 연구 분석할 수 있는 자료로서의 가치성을 말해주고 있다고 본다. 특히 이중에서도 판소리 문학을 보자면 조선후기 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 등 전반적인 사회구조의 변혁과 궤를 같이 하여 대두된 서민문학의 하나로서, 17세기 말경에 형성되어 전승, 변모 되어 오며 일반서민들의 애호를 받아왔다.(중략)

차흥봉 보건복지부장관의 좌우명은 '열심히 살기'다. 쉽고도 어려운 말이지만, 차 장관은 말 그대로 어떤 일이든 긍정적으로 생각하고 적극적으로 추진하는 자세를 잃지 않는다. 지난해 8월, 그가 보건복지부장관으로 임명되었을 때, 의료보험 통합ㆍ전국민 연금제도ㆍ의약분업 등 굵직하고 복잡한 문제들이 산적해 있었다. 하루도 거르지 않고 언론ㆍ시민 단체 등에서 시시비비를 논하는 상황이었지만, 차 장관은 모든 일을 국민의 입장에서 합리적으로 생각하고 소신 있게 업무를 처리해 대부분의 일을 정상퀘도에 올려놓았다는 평을 받고 있다. 새천년에는 모든 국민이 공평하게 건강과 복지를 누릴 수 있는 시대를 만들어 가겠다는 꿈을 '새천년 복지 비전 2010'으로 구체화된 차흥봉 장관으로부터 새해의 복지 정책에 관해 들어 본다.

지속적인 내수경기 및 건설경기 침체, 재개발, 재건축 등으로 인한 주택 개보수시 및 신축시기 연장 등으로 건설시공 수주물량 감소 등으로 인해 시공업계 전체가 힘든 시기를 보내고 있다. 관련업계 한 관계자의"IMF때도 이보다 힘들지 않았다"라는 말은 현재 시공업계를 대변하고 있는 말일 것이다. 일찍이 경험해보지 못했던 고통을 감내하고 있는 시공업계의 현재 상황을 점검하고자 박기준 전국보일러시공협회 회장과 신현석 한국열관리시공협회 회장과의 인터뷰를 진행했다. 이에 본지는 2회에 걸친 인터뷰를 통해 보일러 시공업계의 현실과 앞으로 나아갈 방향성에 대해 논의해 보고자 한다.

상황기반 정보제공 에이전트는 주위의 상황을 인식하고 상황에 적합한 정보를 능동적으로 제공해주는 서비스 또는 애플리케이션 프로그램을 말한다. 상황기반 정보제공 에이전트는 현재의 상황을 정확하게 인식하고 그 상황에 적합한 정보를 추천해야 하기 때문에 상황인지 기능, 상황인식 기능, 정보검색 및 추천 기능 등 다양한 기능이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 프로야구에서 상황기반 정보제공 서비스 실현을 위해 상황기반 관전포인트 제공 시스템을 구현한 사례를 소개하였고, 구현에 있어 시간에 따른 상황변화를 정의할 수 있는 지식화 모델 구조를 제시하였다. 그 결과 이전 프로야구에서 제공되고 있는 일방적이고, 제한적인 관전포인트 제공 서비스를 개선할 수 있었다.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 상황정보 관리자는 특정인 주변의 상황정보의 변화를 관찰하여 그 사람의 현재 상태를 추론하는 역할을 한다. 지금까지의 상황정보 관리자는 사용자의 상태를 추론하는 과정에서, 관련된 상황정보 값들의 변화를 곧바로 사용자 상태의 변화로 간주하기 때문에, 사용자의 의도와는 상관없이 빈번하게 사용자 상태가 변화되는 결과가 초래되었다. 다시 말하여, 실제 사용자가 현재의 추론된 상태를 계속 유지하고 싶은 의도를 지닌 경우에도, 주변의 특정 상황정보의 값이 규칙에서 규정한 것과는 다르게 조금이라도 변하게 되면, 현재까지 유지되던 사용자의 상태 상황정보가 새로이 추론된 사용자상태 상황정보로 대체되게 되는 것이다. 따라서 해당 사용자는 전 상태를 기반으로 받고 있던 서비스를 더 이상 제공받지 못하게 되는 문제가 생기게 된다. 본 논문에서는 실제로 지속될 필요가 있는 것과 지속될 필요가 없는 상황정보를 구분하여 사용자의 상태 상황정보를 관리하고 범용적으로 적용될 수 있는 메커니즘을 제안한다. 본 메커니즘을 적용하게 되면, 사용자의 상태 상황정보의 존립에 영향을 미치는 주변 상황정보의 값이 달라지게 되어도, 활성화되어 있던 당시의 사용자의 상태정보는 '보류'된 상태로 남아있다가 활성화시키는 이벤트가 발생하였을 때에 '재개'되어 보류되기 전까지 서비스의 상태 그대로, 사용자의 생활패턴과 의도에 부합되는 서비스를 지속적으로 제공할 수 있게 된다.

최근 수공시설물의 설계규모를 넘어서는 극한 강우사상이 발생하여 치수 목적의 수리구조물이 파괴되는 등 사회경제적으로 많은 홍수피해가 발생하고 있다. 전 세계적으로도 지구온난화, 엘리뇨, 라니냐 등 지구 환경변화에 따른 기상이변의 영향으로 홍수 발생강도(magnitude), 빈도(frequency), 피해규모 등의 측면에서 지속적으로 증가 추세를 보이고 있다(2011년 태국 대홍수, 2013년 태풍 하이옌). 극한홍수에 대한 명확한 개념정립이 부재한 상황으로 극한홍수 개념을 보다 체계적으로 정립하고 이를 바탕으로 아시아-태평양지역 태풍위원회 회원국의 실제 현업에서 홍수관리 및 치수정책 수립시 활용 가능한 극한홍수예보시스템을 구축하였다. 극한홍수정의를 수문학적 측면과 사회-경제적 측면을 고려한 정의, 일반적 정의로 구분하여 다음과 같이 정리하였다. (1) 기존에 자주 발생하지 않던 홍수로 홍수량적으로, 침수시간적으로 지금까지는 경험하지 못한 홍수이며, 수문학적으로 500년 빈도 홍수량을 초과하는 홍수량을 말한다. (2) 사회-경제적 측면을 고려한 설계홍수량을 초과하는 홍수량을 말한다. (3) 홍수량 및 홍수지속기간 측면에서 자주 경험하지 못했던 홍수로 치명적인 인명, 재산피해를 야기한 홍수량을 말한다. 정의된 극한홍수 대응을 위한 극한홍수예보시스템은 가장 단순한 수위법(Stage Method)부터 집중형 수문모형을 이용하는 LEVEL2, 레이더강우자료를 활용하여 홍수예보를 구축한 LEVEL3, 댐, 저수지 등의 극한상황을 가정하여 극한상황에 대한 수문학적 분석과 Emergency Action Plan (EAP) 수립까지 수행 가능한 LEVEL4 단계로 구성되었다. 본 연구는 극한홍수에 대한 보다 체계적인 개념 정립을 시도하였으며 이를 바탕으로 가용데이터와 시스템 운영 측면에서의 실무역량 등을 고려하여 단계적으로 활용 가능한 총 4단계 구성의 극한홍수예보시스템을 설계, 개발하였다.

The purpose of this study is to present a method of Korean speaking activity utilizing mobile learning. It can compensate for the shortcomings of Korean speaking classes. Currently, speaking classes in the Korean as a foreign language site are difficult to interact individually and immediately because there are one professor and several learners. So it is hard for learners to improve their speaking ability in the actual class. However, it is helpful for learners to receive instant and individual feedback and check their pronunciation, intonation and speed. by using mobile learning. Therefore, This study consists of main-activity that can correct their pronunciation, post-activity that can make free dialogues through communication between learner and learner. So learners can improve their pronunciation accuracy and fluency as well as composition of conversation. This activity was applied to the actual class and after that, the satisfaction and opinions of learners were investigated. The results showed that many learners responded positively, but also suggested that they need to supplement mobile-learning activities in classrooms and future APP developments.

Most of mathematical terms in Korean are Sino-Korean words. It is necessary to find the efficient ways to teach Sino-Korean mathematical terms to mathematics teachers and students who dot not know Chinese characters well and use only Korean alphabet in mathematics. Especially, we have to avoid the inappropriate Sino-Korean words which can cause misconceptions and can distinguish homophones by Korean alphabet. We may use native Korean terms to do that and the national curriculum can play an important role. In this paper, we investigate the way of improving mathematics terms in Korea with concrete examples.

The purpose of this study was to investigate relation and effect of PCC(Percentage of Correct Consonant) and nasalance score on the speech intelligibility and acceptability in adults with dysarthria by reading task of standardized passage. Ten adults with dysarthria and sixteen normal adults were participated in this study. PCC and nasalance score were measured through reading task of standardized passage. And, speech intelligibility and acceptability were examined using visual analogue criteria. The result of the study was as follows. First, the nasalance score of adults with dysarthria group is significantly higher than normal adults group in reading sample by standardized passage. Second, the PCC, speech intelligibility and acceptability shows significant correlation. However, the nasalance score doesn't show significant corelation with speech intelligibility and acceptability. These results suggest that PCC is closely related to speech intelligibility and speech acceptability, but nasalance score is not related to speech intelligibility and speech acceptability.

This study explored the concept of context-aware computing and its application to the library and information services. Context-aware computing represents mobile computing techniques which gather, analyze user's contextual information and provide appropriate information services for the specific user. The idea was proposed in the late 90's but it was not widely available to the public because of the technology limitation. Recent technology development made context-aware computing possible to apply to our everyday-life information seeking using smart phone and showed the usefulness of its application. This study introduced the concept of context-aware computing with some examples of it, and finally tried to propose some of its applications to the library and information services.
