  • 직교성은 실험계획에서 중요한 개념이다. 실험계획에서 실험점의 개수보다 인자의 개수가 많은 상황에서 우리는 초포화계획을 사용한다. 이러한 초포화계획은 직교성을 만족하지 못하게 되는 데 얼마나 직교성을 만족하는 지를 평가하는 데 우리는 주로 수치적인 측도들을 사용한다. 우리는 초포화계획의 직교성의 정도를 평가하는 또 다른 탐색적 방법으로서 그래픽방법을 사용할 수 있다. 또한 초포화계획의 예측 능력을 평가하는 방법으로서 우리는 그래픽 방법을 사용할 수 있다.

  • IT 시스템 평가과정은 시스템의 보안기능과 이에 적용된 보증수단이 요구사항들을 만족하는지에 대한 신뢰도를 확인하는 것이며, 평가결과는 소비자가 IT 제품이나 시스템이 주어진 환경에 적용하기에 충분히 안전한지, 사용상 내재하는 보안위험이 허용가능한지를 결정하는데 도움이 될 수 있다. 평가를 통하여 평가보증등급(EAL: Evaluation Assurance Level) 3 이상으로 인증받기 위해서는 ALC_DVS. 1 컴포넌트의 요구사항을 만족하여야 하며, 이들 요구사항은 개발현장에 대한 실사를 요구하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 ALC_DVS. 1 컴포넌트에서 요구하는 현장 실사의 중요성을 파악하고, 국내에 적용가능한 ALC_DVS. 1 컴포넌트 패밀리를 제안하고 실사 준비에 필요한 절차를 도출하였다.

  • One-year post-occupancy evaluation was performed for a newly built hospital. Total of 133 in-patients were asked to evaluate their satisfaction on a scale of 1-5, and the lowest score was reported on the categories of the following : rest area insufficiency (2.939), inconvenient in-house shop (3.052), and too small patient room (3.065). We suggest several modifications of hospital structure to improve patient satisfaction.

  • 본 논문은 FDDI에 기반한 경성 실시간 통신에서 비동기 대역폭을 이용한 오류제어 기법을 제안하고 성능을 평가한다. 제안된 기법은 FDDi 프레임에 포함된 오류 탐지 기능을 기반으로 하고 있으며 오류 제어 과정에 여분의 대역폭을 이용하기 때문에 다른 실시간 메시지 전송에 간섭을 일으키지 않고 전송 오류에 의한 메시지 손실을 감소시켜 종료시한 만족도를 개선한다. 모의 실험 결과는 주어진 메시지 집합에 대해 실시간 메시지의 종료시간 만족도를 최대 29% 개선함과 아울러 비동기 트래픽의 부하에 대해서도 종료시한 만족도가 안정적임을 보인다.

Measuring Library User Satisfaction using the Public-service Customer Satisfaction Index (PCSI) (공공기관 고객만족지수(PCSI) 모형을 적용한 도서관 고객만족도 측정)

  • The purpose of this study was to design a PCSI model that can be applicable to measurement of library user satisfactions, which can be used in evaluating organizational performance. The National Assembly Library (NAL) was selected as a case to design a PCSI-based model and to test the model by conducting a self-administered survey of 341 internal and external library users. The model was validated to have a satisfactory model fit. Fitting the model, the study confirms that the service qualities of the NAL affect user satisfactions, which in turn affects organizational performances. The PCSI score of the library was 80.4, which can be used as a useful index that can compare the library's performance with other organizations in the similar public domain. Major contributions of this study are two-fold: the PCSI-based model proposed in this study provides a theoretical basis that assesses organizational performance of libraries via user satisfaction; and libraries can utilize the model as a management tool to assess the organizational performance from the user perspective.

  • As the Rope Type Platform Safety Door (RPSD) is now commercially available, the technology of RSPD and the public sentiment towards RPSD are being scrutinized. During the period of RPSD development and trial installation, there has been a need to examine its technical reliability and safety, and its users' emotional attitudes. Though often dichotomized in practice, technological innovation of, and the public sentiment towards RPSD are directly related to continuing and collaborated efforts to enhance public satisfaction with the service. Therefore, based on the analyses of public sentiment towards the RPSD system and the log files of operation, this study evaluates public satisfaction with RPSD during its trial phase at Munyang Station in the Daegu Subway System.

  • Project risk assessment is the most important activity performed at the beginning of a project because it can judge the performance of the project in advance. In this study, We were evaluated risk with traditional risk factors such as technology and schedule, etc, and Indirect risks factors such as financial, strategic, and special risks. and then, we analyzed what kind of relationship these risk evaluation factors have on business performance and customer satisfaction. As a result of the research, it was found that the risk evaluation items had a relationship with performance and customer satisfaction. However, It is possible that the performance may differ depending on how risks are managed after risk assessment. Therefore, follow-up studies should be conducted, including information on risk management practices. This study is meaningful that presenting practical risk evaluation items and at the same time identifying the relationship with performance. We plan to further the study in future studies including the evaluation of risk management process.

An Evaluation on the Effect of Service Quality of Food Products on Tourist Satisfaction (외식 상품의 서비스 품질이 관광 만족도에 미치는 영향 평가)

  • This study examines an evaluation on the effect of service quality of food products on tourist satisfaction. Style, pleasantness, reliability, kindness, and guarantee were selected as service quality factors for this study. Also, expected effects, purchase intention, and repurchase intention were used to examine tourists' satisfaction levels. To verify the relationship between the service quality of food products and tourist satisfaction, it used one hundred twenty sample cases. The results service quality are as follows. First, the types of service quality were drawn based on the characteristics of service quality. Second, the service quality of food products had positively significant influence on the satisfaction levels of purchase behavior. Third, the types of service quality and the satisfaction levels of purchase behavior were significantly different.

  • As the Internet connections and services at U.S. public libraries have increased dramatically since 1990s, defining, assessing and measuring quality of these new electronic services have become a critical issue. This research was a study designed to identify key dimensions of Internet service quality at public libraries by providing a systematic framework for measuring and assessing the quality of Internet services. The study used modified SERVQUAL and SERVPERF instruments which have been widely used service quality measurement in business marketing areas and LibQUAL+ model which are widely adopted service quality measurement instrument in most of the academic libraries in U.S.

  • Lately, influence of information rises and interest about estimation satisfaction of information service is rising. However, It requires complicated and various method that measure and evaluate correct value of information service by various attributes of information. Also function and efficiency of information offer service are important. Therefore, interest for satisfaction survey to heighten contents satisfaction of information offer service, service satisfaction, satisfaction of user of system satisfaction is increased. Therefor in This paper, measures lTFlND's User Satisfaction Index and establish information offer service strategy that improve. And wish to draw improvement way and present improvement method and way after direction through results of measurements of user satisfaction index in information offer service field.
