생활수준이 높아지면서 단순히 먹고 사는 수준을 넘어서 삶의 만족도에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 통계 정보를 살펴보더라도 근로여건 만족도, 녹지환경 만족도, 의료서비스 만족도, 소득만족도, 소비생활 만족도, 여가활동 만족도, 학생의 학교생활만족도 등 다양한 만족도 지표를 발견할 수 있다. 본 연구는 지방자치단체 통합데이터베이스 및 e지방지표를 이용하여 지방자치단체에 속한 구성원들의 다양한 만족도 지표의 연관성을 분석하고자 한다.

연구 목적: 사례 관리(CM) 환자 만족도 측정에 관한 연구 결과를 고찰하여 사례관리 실무에서 활용할 수 있는 근거를 제공하고자 한다. 연구 방법: MedLine, CINAHL에서 주요용어로 case management, care management, 주제어로 patient satisfaction, client satisfaction을 이용해 문헌 검색을 실시하였다. 연구 결과: 만족도에 대한 개념은 관련 연구가 매우 부족하며, 서로 다른 이론적 접근을 하고 있으므로 그 측정에 어려움이 있다. 신뢰할 만한 만족도 측정을 위해서는 설문 문항을 서술하는 여러 가지 방법들, 측정 척도의 종류, 만족도에 영향을 미치는 혼란변수들을 주의 깊게 고려하여야 한다. 만족도는 사례관리 연구에서 흔히 측정되는 성과이지만 대부분의 관련 연구에서 사례관리의 특징이 반영된 측정 도구를 사용하지 않고 있었다. 따라서 본 논문은 다섯 개의 사례관리 만족도 측정 도구를 제시하고 그 특징을 소개하였다. 또한, 간호성과분류체계(The Nursing Outcomes Classification)에 제시된 만족도 측정항목들 중 사례관리와 관련이 높은 약 40%의 항목들을 발견하였다. 결론: 사례관리 만족도 측정 도구가 매우 부족하므로 표준 사례관리 측정도구 개발이 시급하다. 한편 사례관리사들은 만족도 측정에 대한 이해를 높이고 기존 연구 결과를 활용함으로써 보다 정확한 사례관리 만족도 평가가 이뤄지도록 노력해야 한다.

With the expansion of Voucher program, academic and practical concerns of performance evaluation of voucher service has been more emphasized. Accordingly, client satisfaction survey are expanding these days, but the study of client satisfaction as a performance indicator aimed at service client has not been yet conducted systematically. The purpose of this study is to develop Satisfaction Index, targeting at client of community-development voucher program in Community Service Investment Project conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Data were collected from 1800 client of community-development voucher program. This study summarized theoretically many kinds of satisfaction measurement and composed the Satisfaction Index reflecting characteristics of Voucher. By the item analysis and reliability analysis, the element satisfaction was identified as homogeneous items. General satisfaction were obtained using element satisfaction and overall satisfaction, it was found to be valid through the evaluation of convergent and discriminant validity as a tool for satisfaction. This study suggest using the '1step weighted approach' than '2step weighted approach' having weakness of complex overlapping manner.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of depression and job satisfaction on life satisfaction of the elderly and prove the mediating effect of job satisfaction. Methods: This study is a pathway analysis study using 3060 working elderly. This study was performed as secondary analysis using the data from the 2017 Korean Elderly Examination Survey. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and pathway analysis. Results: Depression, job satisfaction and life satisfaction showed significant correlation. Life satisfaction was directly affected by depression(.38, p=.019) and job satisfaction(.22, p=.009). Job satisfaction was also directly affected by depression(.20, p=.009). Depression was mediated by job satisfaction in affecting to life satisfaction. Conclusion: Depression and job satisfaction affect to life satisfaction of the working elderly and life satisfaction is affected by depression via job satisfaction. It suggests that it needs to provide nursing intervention for job satisfaction for life satisfaction of the working elderly.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the causality between life satisfaction and domain satisfactions. For this study, data were collected from 207 respondents. They completed World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment Instrument - Brief (WHOQOL-BREF) which is self-report questionnaire asking about life satisfaction and domain satisfactions. For data analysis, the verification procedure by autoregressive crosslagged modeling of structural equation was used. The analysis results of measures showed the causal relation between the two variables, that is, domain satisfactions acted as cause of life satisfaction. There were discussions on the issues about the analysis method of the autoregressive crosslagged modeling, the implications of the results, and the limits of the research. This study ascertained the intervention direction between life satisfaction and domain satisfactions to promote life satisfaction.

본 연구는 서울지역 아파트 거주자를 대상으로 거주자의 주거환경 만족도, 인구통계학적 특성과 주거형태에 따른 주거환경 만족에 차이, 그리고 주거환경 만족도간에는 상관관계가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울지역 아파트 거주자 500명을 대상으로 2009년 9월 1일부터 2009년 9월 20일까지 조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 이용하여 빈도 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan Multiple Ranger's Test 등을 계산하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서울지역 아파트 거주자의 주거환경만족도는 중간이상의 수준을 나타냈으며, 사회환경 중 단지질서 만족도가 가장 높았다. 둘째, 거주자 변인에 따른 시설환경 만족도는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 거주자 변인에 따른 근린, 사회환경 만족도는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 4) 주거환경 만족도 변수상호간에는 주택환경 만족도와 단지 내 환경 만족도, 단지 내 환경 만족도와 관리상태 만족도간 밀접한 상관관계가 있었다.

Objectives: The study aimed to explore dental status and denture satisfaction in some rural elderly people. Methods: A total of 546 participants aged over 65 years was surveyed cross-sectionally. The subjects were surveyed with regard to their denture satisfaction by a structured questionnaire. The Wilcoxon or Kruskal-Wallis test was used for analysis. Results: As for respondents' satisfaction for dentures by the Likert scale of 5 score, aesthetic satisfaction (3.73) was highest, followed by general satisfaction (3.56) and masticatory functions satisfaction (3.45). In addition, the educational level, occupation, monthly income, the number of remaining teeth, use of denture variables have statistically significant difference in the denture satisfaction of those elderly people interviewed. Conclusions: The results showed that denture satisfaction in some rural elderly people was different in each categories. Consequently, providing tailor-made oral health education programs for the effective denture management of the elderly people should be needed in order to improve the quality of life of the aged.

Background : The main aim of this study was to analyze the factors that could be used to predict job satisfaction of assistant nurses in general hospitals. Material and Methods : This study was based on a survey of assistant nurses in the Daegu region from January 1, 2006 to January 31, 2006. Originally 300 questionnaires were distributed and among them 291 were completed. The data was collected and used for the statistical analysis. Descriptive and inferential statistics, such as the frequency, t-test and one-way ANOVA were used for the analysis. Results : Among the respondents, the average score for job satisfaction was lowest in the university-trained nurses and highest in the nurses who had only graduated from high school. Conclusion : The working conditions, work place and motivation are significantly associated with job satisfaction. In particular, there was lower job satisfaction in those nurses who wanted to change their occupation.

The study examined the relationship among job satisfaction, parental role satisfaction, and child-rearing behavior on fathers of preschool children. In addition, the study researched the mediation effect of parental role satisfaction between job satisfaction and child-rearing behavior. For such purposes, the study collected data by using questionnaires, targeting 376 fathers of children aged 3-5 in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do province. They completed questionnaires regarding Job satisfaction, parenting satisfaction, and child-rearing behavior. The major findings of this study were as follows: first, there was a significant relationship among job satisfaction, parental role satisfaction, and child-rearing behavior of fathers. A fathers' negative job satisfaction was negatively related to a child-rearing practices. The relationship between fathers' job satisfaction, and child-rearing behavior was mediated by parental satisfaction.

This study was executed to give a help in planning and implementing Blended learning through investigating the learners' satisfaction difference according to Blended learning situation and learners' trait. For this purpose this study divided online learning situation into three types to examine the influence on satisfaction. And participants was divided based on the learning style to examine the influence of the trait on satisfaction. The Blended learning satisfaction classified into four; web environment, content, face to face sessions, general view on Blended learning's implementation.
