Validity and Expected Effect of International Marketing Cooperative for Korean Animation (애니메이션 해외 배급 활성화를 위한 마케팅 협동조합 도입의 타당성 연구)

  • Operating under the principle of user-benefit maximization and democratic user-control, cooperatives are being spot-lighted as a business model satisfying the various social, financial needs. In Korea, the Law of Cooperative was enacted as of December 2012, which has enabled the establishment of cooperatives in variety of industry fields. This study is to discuss the expected effect and validity of marketing cooperative as a solution for insufficient sales revenue in international distribution of Korean animation. The interviews with Korean animation studios found out the key problems of overseas distribution, which are; 1) lack of marketing expertise and weak organization, 2) lack of ancillary rights exploitation due to the deals based upon all rights package with the broadcasters who are not interested in ancillary business, 3) lack of localized marketing support in each territory. The solution for these problems takes large and long-term marketing investment and it is far beyond the capabilities of small Korean animation studios. Marketing cooperative can provide services not available otherwise such as in-depth market research which will help the improvement of international marketing expertise. Also. as the cooperative carries enough volume of animation catalogue, it can increase negotiation power satisfying the various needs of buyers. Also, it can provide the precise marketing support for each territory by integrating every process of value chain, from TV broadcasting, merchandising, and digital media platform. Above all, a clear benefit of marketing cooperative is that, because of its user-benefit and user-control principle, the principal-agent problem can be minimized while it maximizes the profit for member studios.

  • 본 연구는 기본적으로 온라인과 오프라인의 통합마케팅을 절명하고 이에 관한 경험적 사례를 개발하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 앨범서비스 영역의 공생적 기반 위에 전개되는 온 -오프라인의 경험적 사례를 개발하고 바람직한 마케팅방향 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 문헌연구와 사례연구를 병행하여 연구를 진행하였다. 사례는 인터넷 기반의 앨범서비스를 제공하기 위한 (주)와이드스쿨이다. 온-오프라인의 협력적 통합마케팅의 전략을 전개하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 온 -오프라인의 뚜렷한 목표를 절정하고 성장방향에 대한 비전을 공유하고 나아가 온 -오프라인의 사명을 감당하는 것이다. 즉, 실천적으로는 \circled1 항상 고객 (customer)기반의 의사결정을 이루며 \circled2 철저한 협력적 돕는 경쟁(competition) 의식과 \circled3 구성원 자신의 일에 대한 자신감(confidence)을 지니고 \circled4 실천을 위한 용기(courage)를 가지고 \circled4 혁신하여 변화(change)를 선도하는 것이다. 온라인(on line)으로 표현되는 인터넷환경은 모든 영역에 변화를 요구하고 있다. 온라인에 관한 연구는 크게 온라인시장의 경쟁(competition)에 관한 연구와, 온라인 소비자(consumer)에 관한 연구 그리고 온라인 시장 참가기업(company)에 관한 연구로 구분된다(이석규 ; 2001). 이중 기업에 관한 연구의 중심에는 e-biz의 수익모텔에 관한 연구가 주류를 이루고 았다(David et al, 1999) 특히 오프라인기업의 경우 어떠한 형태방법으로 온라인 환경에 부응하며 기존의 마케팅활동과 연계할 것인가는 매우 중요한 문제다. 즉 기존의 오프라인기업이 온라인도구변화에 적응하고 이를 전략적으로 활용하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 오프라인과 온라인의 통합에 관한 형태와 전략 등을 명확히 이해하고 적용하는 것이 중요하다. 개수가 감소하는 것과는 상당히 다른 분포이다. 따라서 우리의 관측 결과는 2001년 사자자리 유성우의 극대 시간 전후 2시간에 적어도 0등급 이하의 밝은 유성이 상대적으로 많이 발생하였을 것으로 해석된다. 이런 밝은 유성의 빈도는 유성우 특성 연구에 중요한 의미를 가진다. 그러나 표준성만을 이용해 결정된 유성 등급은 유성의 지속 시간에 대한 불확실성과 전천 카메라 감응도의 비선형성에 의한 불확실성을 내포하고 있음을 지적해 둔다.umn chromatography)를 사용하였고 일련의 정제 과정을 통하여 배양액 중의 L-lactic acid 정제 수율은 약 85% 정도로 나타났으며 HPLC로 분석한 결과 99.7%의 순도를 확인할 수 있었다.경향을 나타내며 유입휫수와 $Dst_{min}$ 사이에는 높은 상관관계(0.83)가 있었다. 둘째, 주상기간 중 자기폭풍의 크기가 클수록 플럭스 비 ($f_{max}/f_{ave}$는 대체로 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 그리고 75~113keV 에너지 채널에서의 $Dst_{min}$ 값과 플럭스 비의 상관계수는 0.74로서 가장 높았으며 나머지 에너지 채널 역시 비교적 높은 상관관계를 나타냈다. 셋째, 주상기간 중 총 에너지 유입률 지수와 $Dst_{min}$ 사이에 높은 상관관계가 확인되었다. 특히 환전류를 구성하는 주요 입자의 에너지 영역(75~l13keV)에서 가장 높은(0.80) 상관계수를 기록했다. 넷째, 회복기 중에 일어나는 입자들의 유입은 자기폭풍의 지속시간을 연장시키는 경향을 보이며 큰 자기폭풍일수록 현저했다. 주상에서 관측된 이러한 특성은 서브스톰 확장기 활동이 자기폭풍의 발달과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 시사한다.se that were all low in two aspects, named "the Nonsignificant group".

  • Recently, successful management of the brand is more important than anything else to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and increase customer loyalty. Most customers evaluate value and image of an enterprise in accordance with their experience of its goods and service. This study focused on the Fisheries Cooperative Association representative brand for the marketing point of view and attitude shall establish a scheme that can identify. We suggest a model that can measure the brand equity index (BEI) for equity. Based on the survey, we intended to provide the strategic direction and derive important factors for improving brand equity.

An Analysison Consumer Member's Awareness to Green Marketing Strategies of a Consumer's Cooperative Shop for Environmentally Friendly Agri-product (생활협동조합 매장의 그린마케팅 전략에 대한 소비자회원의 인지도 분석 -한살림천안아산생협 매장을 중심으로-)

  • The paper analyzed on the level of consumer member's awareness to green marketing strategies (4P's; product, price, place and promotion strategies) of Hansalim specialty shops for environmentally friendly agri-products. For the study, Hansalim-Cheonanasan members had been surveyed. Consumers purchase environmentally friendly agri-products because quality and freshness of those is good. The difference in amount of the average monthly purchase between loyal customers and disloyal customers is about 130,000 won. And customer's awareness is that the first is promotion strategy, the second product strategy, the third place strategy, the last price strategy. The average monthly purchase is related with product strategy in correlations between the 4P's each other. If Hansalim maintains a product strategy, promotes extensively and keeps their product standard, more consumers will purchase Hansalim products because the most important one of effect of green marketing strategies on consumer behavior is products. Hansalim needs to go into action to increase recognition. Some of consumers have misconcepts or don't know about the 4P's well. If Hansalim promotes positively considering interrelationship about 4P's strategies or other strategies, the consumers awareness will be changed more effectively. This study shows that balanced 4P's is better than only one superior strategy because of the correlation amomg green marketing strategies.

  • Due to COVID 19, the global economy is facing a crisis situation, and in the export-oriented industry, companies must consider survival. The government and industry are striving to revitalize exports in a number of ways, and with restrictions on non-face-to-face export activities, they are contemplating various ways to implement non-face-to-face export marketing. Among them, various studies are being conducted in various industries on the part of conducting an online exhibition. In particular, the shipbuilding and offshore industry is a major export industry, and offline exhibitions held around the world were an important opportunity for marketing, and the use of online exhibitions to substitute for them is urgently needed. In this study, we study AR, VR, MR, etc., which are various element technologies necessary for building an online exhibition hall suitable for the shipbuilding and marine industry, and how they are applied to online exhibitions.

  • Korean Economy has been developed by the Korean Government's Support for the Large-sized Firms. This Government Policy causes the Polarization between Large-sized and Micro-sized Firms Aggravated. Micro-sized Firms are distributed over the Whole Industry Area, and can also cause the Economic Crisis If They are crashed down. Therefore Government Policy for the Micro-sized Manufacturing Industry is very Important Issue. This Paper Focused on the Analysis of Current Status for the Shoes Micro Manufacturing Industry. For the Effective Analysis, This Paper uses the Statistical Data Open to the Public and also conducts the Survey for the Micro-sized Firms in Busan. Statistical Program is used for Analyzing the Collected Data and the Major Findings are as Follows. First, Shoes Industry is led by the Micro and Small & Medium sized Firms rather than the Large-sized. And the Micro-sized Firms are getting the High Rate among the Whole Shoes Industry. Busan is heavily populated Area as the Origin of Shoes Industry. Second, even though Most of the Owner of the Micro-sized Firms have the High Technology Skill Level, Worker's Aging Phenomenon gets Worse and causes the Technology Handing down to the Next Generation Difficult. Third, Because the Factory Facility of the Micro-sized Firms is Dirt and Unstable, the Modernized Manufacturing Infrastructure such as the Apartment Factory Facility is Necessary. Forth, as the Micro-sized Firms which have the Intangible Asset such as Patent is Few, the Government Policy for Encouraging the Patent Application is strongly Needed. Fifth, Entrepreneurship and Collaboration Mind between Micro-sized Firms are Lacked, so Establishment of the Cooperative Union is required. Finally, the Effort for the Systemic Planning for the Management is lacked, and the Introduction of the Management Innovation is strongly needed. The Limitation and Future Research Direction is also discussed.

Domestic co-branded operating status and activation strategies (국내 공동브랜드 운영현황과 활성화 전략)

  • Weak competitive Small Business are getting attention for their ability to enhance the brand power and marketing co-brand. Under these circumstances, in this study examined the operational status of the domestic co-branded. Also enable co-branding strategy was proposed. First, learn the various aspects of the concept of co-branding, and looked at the advantages and disadvantages of co-branding. Second, the type of co-branded partner combined, joint venture between companies Union type, a leading company driven and private companies and state agencies co-branded. Looked at the type of advantages and disadvantages of each. Thirdly, we presented the current status of the important co-branded domestic. Fourth, we examined the status of the Small and Medium Business Administration supports a co-branded Examined in detail by year look at the status of support for this type of co-branded Industry Distribution and co-branded interrupted. Finally, the short-term aspects and long-term perspective on the domestic co-brand activation strategy based on these materials are presented. The results of this study is expected to be the foundation of domestic co-branded business in the future to explore the ways to improve the system of government support will help to raise.
