  • 미래 전장은 정보 지식 기반의 첨단 전력체계를 확충하기 위해 향후 전력구조를 통합, 지휘통제통신(C4I) 체계와 생존성과 통합성이 향상된 전장의 네트워크중심전(NCW) 수행능력을 향상시킬 것이다. 사이버물리시스템(Cyber-Physical Systems: CPS)은 함정전투체계에 적용되고 있는 DDS를 포함하여 국방 M&S의 근간인 Live, Virture, Constructive(L-V-C) 체계의 큰 축을 형성하고 있다. 사물인터넷(Internet of Things: IoT) 기술은 센서네트워크, 통신, Radio Frequency Identification(RFID), Ubiquitous Sensor Network(USN), Machine to Machine(M2M), D2D 기술 및 상황인지, 지능서비스를 위한 정보수집/가공/융합/분석/예측기술을 포괄적으로 포함한 기술로서 미래산업을 이끌어 갈 차세대 선도 기술이며, 특히 군사적으로도 감시정찰 센서네트워크(USN), 견마형로봇, 경전투로봇과 무인기 기술 및 전술정보통신망체계(TICN) 등 첨단 통신네트워크 기술의 전력화 추세는 IoT 기술의 적용영역을 넓혀주고 있다. 감시정찰체계(Sensor)에서는 감시정찰 분야 영상정보 처리, 표적탐지 등과 관련된 IoT 기술 소요와 지휘통제통신(C4I) 체계의 상호운용성, 데이터링크, 지능형 통신체계 등 C4I 관련 IoT 기술 소요 및 타격체계(Shooter)의 내장형 SW 등 유 무인 무기체계 관련 IoT 기술의 소요가 증대될 것으로 예상된다. 본고는 CPS 및 IoT 기술의 군사적 활용방안 및 획득전략에 대한 적용기술 및 발전방향을 살펴본다.

  • In this paper, in order to overcome the disadvantage of wireless-based sensor network, a hybrid sensor network using wired and wireless linkage is proposed. Proposed a wired and wireless linkage hybrid sensor network can compensate the defect of poor transmission at the indoor wireless environment, and can be free from interference between a wireless LAN and Bluetooth of the same frequency bandwidth due to an attribute of low-loss transmission at the CATV network. Also, proposed a wired and wireless linkage hybrid sensor network make use of CATV network which is well-built infrastructure, is more efficient to design network, assure a stability and high reliability of the sensor network as providing a stability for an inaccuracy and a predictable transmission link for the existing wireless network.

  • This paper describes to control system for AC to DC converter which has been widely used to power source in industrial factory and domestics. In this paper, three-phase PWM AC to DC Boost converter that operates with unity power factor and sinusodial input line currents is presented. The current control of this converter is based on the predicted current control strategy with fixed switching frequency and the line currents track to reference currents within one sampling time interval. By using this control strategy low ripples in the output current and the voltage as well as fast dynamic response are achieved with small dc link capacitance employed.ployed.

  • In this Paper, we propose a downlink service admission strategy that considers users QoS requirements by using a novel service quality prediction index for multi-service WCDMA mobile systems. The Proposed downlink service admission strategy is obtained by computing average received Power of each service, assuming a relative other-cell interference factor. With the proposed method we obtain a downlink service admission region where users of different services properly can be admitted. And adding the fairness at the proposed downiinh service admission strategy, we Propose another downlink service admission strategy. In the numerical examples, the downlink service admission region with fairness and the downlink service admission region without fairness of voice service and data services are obtained by proposed downlink service admission strategies, respectively.

  • Performance of TCP/IP is studied on the wireless network using flow control and congestion control mechanism based on transmission rate. We discuss the elimination or the reduction of various phenomena of burst by flow controlling on transmission rate and verify that there are TCP ACK compression promblems on the queue by burst reaction while executing transmission rate controlled channels. Analyzing periodic burst reaction on the queue of source IP, the maximum value of queue is expected, which represents the applible expectation of throughput reduce and shows the improvement of performance by the reduce of throughput due to hi-directional traffic.

  • The activation energy to create a phase transformation or for the reaction to move to the next stage in the milling process can be calculated from the slop of the DSC plot, obtained at the various heating rates for mechanically activated Al-Ni alloy systems by using Kissinger's equation. The mechanically activated material has been called "the driven material" as it creates new phases or intermetallic compounds of AlNi in Al-Ni alloy systems. The reaction time for phase transformation by milling can be calculated using the activation energy obtained from the above mentioned method and from the real required energy. The real required energy (activation energy) could be calculated by subtracting the loss energy from the total input energy (calculated input energy from electric motor). The loss energy and real required energy divided by the reaction time are considered the "metabolic energy" and "the effective input energy", respectively. The milling time for phase transformation at other Al-Co alloy systems from the calculated data of Al-Ni systems can be predicted accordingly.

  • This study intends to present a traffic node-based and link-based accident prediction models using XGBoost which is very excellent in performance among machine learning models, and to develop those models with sustainability and scalability. Also, we intend to present those models which predict the number of annual traffic accidents based on road types, weather conditions, and traffic information using XGBoost. To this end, data sets were constructed by collecting and preprocessing traffic accident information, road information, weather information, and traffic information. The SHAP method was used to identify the variables affecting the number of traffic accidents. The five main variables of the traffic node-based accident prediction model were snow cover, precipitation, the number of entering lanes and connected links, and slow speed. Otherwise, those of the traffic link-based accident prediction model were snow cover, precipitation, the number of lanes, road length, and slow speed. As the evaluation results of those models, the RMSE values of those models were each 0.2035 and 0.2107. In this study, only data from Sejong City were used to our models, but ours can be applied to all regions where traffic nodes and links are constructed. Therefore, our prediction models can be extended to a wider range.

  • 저궤도 위성은 지상과의 접축시간이 극히 제한되어 있어 위성에서 생성된 원격측정 데이터들을 위성의 대용량 메모리에 저장하였다가 지상과의 접촉시간에 저장된 데이터를 지상으로 전송하는 방식으로 운영된다. 위성에 저장할 수 있는 전체 데이터 크기는 대용량 메모리의 크기와 지상과의 통신 가용시간에 따라 제한을 받게 된다. 대용량 메모리 저장용량과 다운링크 버짓을 만족해야 하므로 일반적으로 각 탑재체로부터 수신하여 위성에 저장되는 원격측정 데이터들은 종류별로 일정한 주기를 가지게 되고 그 크기도 고정되어 있다. 그리고 각 데이터 종류별로 저장여부를 지상명령으로 조절할 수 있도록 되어 있다. 그러나 생성되는 데이터가 일정하지 않고 비주기성을 갖는 경우 데이터량을 예측할 수 없으므로 지상명령으로 데이터 저장여부를 제어하는 것은 거의 불가능하다. 이러한 경우에 생성되는 데이터량을 모니터링하면서 데이터를 전송할 수 있는 자동화된 데이터 통신 방식이 요구된다. 본 논문은 저궤도 위성 탑재체에서 비주기적으로 생성되는 데이터를 자동으로 전송받기 위한 데이터 자동 전송기능과 시험 결과에 대해서 기술하였다.

  • The traffic management schemes through traffic signal control and information provision could be effective when the link-level data and trip-level data were used simultaneously in analysis Procedures. But, because the trip-level data. such as origin, destination and departure time, can not be obtained through the existing surveillance systems directly. It is needed to estimate it using the link-level data which can be obtained easily. Therefore the objective of this study is to develop the model to estimate O-D demand using only the link flows in highway network as a real time. The methodological approaches in this study are kalman filer, least-square method and normalized least-square method. The kalman filter is developed in the basis of the bayesian update. The normalized least-square method is developed in the basis of the least-square method and the natural constraint equation. These three models were experimented using two kinds of simulated data. The one has two abrupt changing Patterns in traffic flow rates The other is a 24 hours data that has three Peak times in a day Among these models, kalman filer has Produced more accurate and adaptive results than others. Therefore it is seemed that this model could be used in traffic demand management. control, travel time forecasting and dynamic assignment, and so forth.

A Study on the Loop Detector System for Real-Time Traffic Adaptive Signal Control (실시간 교통신호제어를 위한 루프 검지기 체계 연구)

  • This study has determined optimal type, and location of loop detector to measure accurately traffic condition influenced by traffic variation with real time. Optimal type of loop detector for through vehicle at stop bar was determined by confidences of occupancy period, and nonoccupancy period, and so appropriate detector type for application to real time traffic control system has been decided on special loop detector.

    shows types and winding methods of existing detector (num1) and special detector (num 7,8) determined. It is desired that optimal location of through loop detector should be installed within 50cm of stop bar owing to vehicle behavior. And optimal location of loop detector for left turn vehicle is determined by left turn vehicle behavior on stop bar. In the case of install only one loop, it is desirable that within 20cm of stop bar. Both the special loop (1.8 × 4.0m : num 1.7) and existing loop (1.8 × 1.8m : num1) would be suitable. A location standard aspects, while regarding as economic, existing loop (1.8 × 1.8m : num1) would be suitable. A location of the queue detector and the spillback prevention detector considering the link length, the pedestran crossing is be or not and the estimation range of queue. And if the link length is shorter than 250m, locations of queue detector and spillback protect detector must be considered in the respect of queue management.
