리오셀직물 심지접착포의 외관적 성능과 역학적 특성 (The Appearance-related Properties and the Mechanical Properties of Lyocell-interlining Bonded Fabric)

  • 리오셀직물은 면직물보다 강하고 습윤시 치수안정성이 높으며 우수한 드레이프성, 탁월한 광택, 소프트한 촉감 등 우수한 성능을 가지고 있어 최근 각광받고 있는 신소재 중 하나이다. 그러나 리오셀직물에 관한 연구는 섬유의 성질, 가공염색방법에 관한 것이 대부분으로, 적합한 봉제방법, 심지선정 등에 관한 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 이에 본 연구에서는 겉감으로 시판 리오셀직물 중 숙녀복 수트용으로 사용되고 있는 100% 텐셀직물과 65/35% 텐셀/면 혼방직물 각각에 대해 20수와 10수 모두 4종류를 선정하고 접착 심지로는 중량과 조직을 달리하는 시판 직물심지 5종류와 부직포심지 1종류를 선정하여, 리오셀 심지접착포의 접착심지와 리오셀겉감의 특성에 따른 외관적 성능과 역학적 특성을 측정한 후, 통계적 분석(t-검정, F-검정)에 의해 검정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 리오셀 심지접착포의 드레이프성과 구김회복성은 접착심지의 구조에 영향을 받고, 강연성은 접착심지의 구조와 리오셀겉감을 구성하는 실의 변수에 영향을 받는다. 2. 리오셀 신지접착포의 인장특성중 WT는 리오셀겉감을 구성하는 실의 번수와 혼용률에 영향을 받고, RT는 리오셀 겉감을 구성하는 실의 번수에 영향을 받는다.

  • 우주 항공용 노즐에 사용되는 셀룰로오스계 탄소 직물은 낮은 열전도도, 높은 내삭마 특성을 가지고 있다. 그러나 내염화 및 흑연화 공정에서 70~90% 중량이 감소하여 최종 탄소 직물 제조 시 수율이 낮은 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 리오셀 직물에 인계난연제로 인산(Phosphoric acid), 가교제로 시트르산(Citric acid)을 사용하여 전처리한 후 FT-IR, XRD, TGA 분석을 통하여 화학적 구조 및 열적 특성 변화를 확인하였다. 또한 리오셀 직물의 내염화 및 흑연화 후 중량을 측정하여 시트르산이리오셀 직물 수율 변화에 미치는 영향에 대하여 확인하였으며, 16 wt% 첨가 시 흑연화 수율이 8.1% 까지 증가하는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 리오셀 섬유를 사용하여 연속식 흑연직물을 제조함에 있어, 리오셀 섬유에 phosphoric acid, ammonium phosphate, diammonium hydrogen, triammonium phosphate의 인계난연제를 처리 후 열중량, 푸리에변환적외선분광, C-핵자기공명분광, X-선 회절, 중량 분석을 통해 나타나는 물리적, 화학적 구조 변화에 대하여 고찰하였다. 인계난연제에 의한 열적 거동을 분석을 통해 내염화 공정의 온도, 가스, 처리시간 등에 대한 조건을 설정하였다. 연속식 내염화, 탄화, 흑연화 공정을 통해 인장강도 1,007.19±11.47 N/5 cm와 수율 25.3%의 흑연직물을 제조하였다.

탄소섬유용 리오셀 전구체의 결정구조에 관한 연구 (Study of the Crystal Structure of a Lyocell Precursor for Carbon Fibers)

  • 본 연구에서는 리오셀 섬유를 사용하여 탄소직물을 제조함에 있어, 인계 난연제인 Phosphoric Acid(PA)와 가교제인 Melamine resin (MR)을 사용하여 섬유의 전처리를 수행하고 TGA, FT-IR, XRD, 중량 분석을 통하여 물리적, 화학적 구조 변화에 대하여 고찰하였다. 전처리를 통하여 내염화 및 흑연화된 직물의 경우 미처리 직물과 비교하여 중량 수율이 14.7%, 직물 폭과 길이의 수율이 각각 15%, 15.5% 증가함을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 셀룰로오스의 탈수반응을 촉진과 함께 섬유 표면에 char를 형성하고, 셀룰로오스 분자 내의 가교반응을 유도하여 내염화 시 안정한 구조 형성에 의한 효과로 설명할 수 있다.

  • The goal of this research is to investigate the effect of fusible interlinings on the mechanical characteristics and appearance related values for the Lyocell fabrics. In this study, to establish optimum fusing conditions, peel strength of the fused fabrics depending on the fusing temperature, pressure and time was measured. Appearance related properties and mechanical characteristics of the fused fabrics ere determined. The reulst are as follows: In the fusing condition of $120^{\circ}C,\;3kgf/textrm{cm}^2$, 15sec, peel strength was excellent. Peel strength was excellent in the case of tencel/cotton fabric, with increasing cover factor of woven interlining, with twill and nonwoven interlining. Flex stiffness was increased in the case of tencel/cotton fabric, with increasing weight of woven interlining, with twill and nonwoven interlining. Drapability was excellent in the case of 100% tencel fabric, with decreasing weight of woven interlining, with plain and woven interlining. Crease recovery was excellent in the case of 100% tencel fabric, with increasing weight of woven interlining, with twill and woven interlining. Shear and bend properties were increased in the case of tencel/cotton fabric, with increasing weight of woven interlining, with plain and nonwoven interlining.

  • In this work, the effect of fusible interlining on the appearance related properties and mechanical characteristics of Lyocell fabric after fusing was investigated. Two different types(20's and 10's) of Lyocell face fabric with six different interlining(by thickness and structure) for earth Lyocell fabric were examined. In order to establish the optimum fusing condition for the different face fabric and interlining, peel strength of each fused fabric was measured, which was dependent on the fusing temperature, pressure, and time. The characteristics related appearance and mechanical characteristics of each fused fabric were determined. The results are as follows: The peel strength was excellent, when the fabric was fused with the force of 3kgf/$textrm{cm}^2$ at $120^{\circ}C$ for 15seconds. Flex stiffness, G, 2HG, 2HG5(shear), B, 2HB(bending) of 100% Lyocell fabric 10's were higher than those of 100% Lyocell 20's. Flex stiffness, crease recovery, G, 2HG, B, 2HB of thicker woven interlining were higher than those of thinner woven interlining. Crease recovery of twill interlining were higher than those of plain interlining. In case of shear and bending properties, however, plain interlining was higher than twill interlining. Flex stiffness, crease recovery, G, 2HG, 2HG5, B, 2HB of nonwoven interlining were higher than those of woven interlining. In case of drapability, however, woven interlining was higher than nonwoven interlining.

리오셀 직물 수지가공 효과와 염색성 (Dyeing Properties Resin Treatment Effects of the Lyocell Fabrics)

  • The effects of resin finish and dyeabilities of four kinds of Iyocell fabrics that were manufactured by four kinds of pulps were investigated. The dyeabilities of Iyocell fabrics were similar, but differed from cotton fabric. In early stage of 30 minutes, cotton fabric was shown higher dye exhaustion ratio than Iyocell fabrics, however after then cotton fabric did not increase dye exhaustion, Iyocell fabrics increased continuously. At last, the dye exhaustion ratio of Iyocell fabrics were about 75% and that of cotton fabric was 65%. Two kinds of experimental procedures were applied for Iyocell fabrics. One was what the fabrics were treated with resins and washed with cellulase, and then dyed with reactive dyes. The other procedure was the fabrics were dyed with reactive dyes, and then applied the resin treatments and cellulase washing. After fibrillation and washing the undyed Iyocell fabric and the Iyocell fabric that was dyed with C.I.Reactive Red 120, their weight loss ratios were 3.5% and 2.8%, respectively. Dyeing with reactive dyes caused the crosslinking between cellulose and dyes and the crosslinking decreased fibrillation. The weight loss by enzyme washing of Iyocell fabrics decreased by the glyoxal and melamine resin treatments. The reduction of weight loss can be caused by fibrillation decrease. Dyeing and resin treating can be showed the synergic effect on the reduction of fibrillation. The effect of glyoxal resin on the reduction of fibrillation was a little better than that of melamine resin.

ECH(Epichlorohydrine)으로 처리한 리오셀 직물의 피브릴레이션 경향 및 염색성에 관한 연구 (Fibrillation tendency and Dyeing characteristic of Lyocell treated with Epichlorohydrine)

  • Lyocell is a not only environmentally-friendly but also very advantageous fiber. When Lyocell is soaked in water, its wet tenacity does not decrease and elongation and moisture regain of it are better than cotton. However, one drawback of lyocell is its fibrillation. The fibrills of lyocell were generated during wet process such as scouring and dyeing deteriorates the dyeing color depth and the appearance of fabric. The purpose of this study was to decrease the fibrillation tendency of lyocell fabric using crosslinking agent, epichlorohydrine(ECH). The effects of NaOH scouring and ECH crosslinking were observed. The different types of ECH addition methods to lyocell and the various concentrations of ECH in crosslinking reaction onto dyeing characteristic and fibriallation were investigated. Weight loss and whiteness index of crosslinked lyocell by ECH were examined. K/S values of ECH treated lyocell fabrics dyed with reactive dye were measured and SEM images of untreated and treated lyocells were observed extensively to define the fibrillation tendency. The results were as follows ; 1) ECH treatment showed the effect of weight loss and scouring because ECH crosslinking reaction was conducted in alkaline condition. 2) The increase in ECH concentration from 5 to 30% does not affected K/S value changes. 3) ECH crosslinking can effectively prevent the fibrillation tendency of lyocell.
