토픽 모델링을 활용한 한의원 리뷰 분석과 마케팅 제언 (Reviews Analysis of Korean Clinics Using LDA Topic Modeling)

  • Objectives: In the health care industry, the influence of online reviews is growing. As medical services are provided mainly by providers, those services have been managed by hospitals and clinics. However, direct promotions of medical services by providers are legally forbidden. Due to this reason, consumers, like patients and clients, search a lot of reviews on the Internet to get any information about hospitals, treatments, prices, etc. It can be determined that online reviews indicate the quality of hospitals, and that analysis should be done for sustainable hospital marketing. Method: Using a Python-based crawler, we collected reviews, written by real patients, who had experienced Korean medicine, about more than 14,000 reviews. To extract the most representative words, reviews were divided by positive and negative; after that reviews were pre-processed to get only nouns and adjectives to get TF(Term Frequency), DF(Document Frequency), and TF-IDF(Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency). Finally, to get some topics about reviews, aggregations of extracted words were analyzed by using LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation) methods. To avoid overlap, the number of topics is set by Davis visualization. Results and Conclusions: 6 and 3 topics extracted in each positive/negative review, analyzed by LDA Topic Model. The main factors, consisting of topics were 1) Response to patients and customers. 2) Customized treatment (consultation) and management. 3) Hospital/Clinic's environments.

사용자 리뷰 분석을 통한 제품 요구품질 도출 방법론 (Methodology for Deriving Required Quality of Product Using Analysis of Customer Reviews)

  • Recently, as technology development has accelerated and product life cycles have been shortened, it is necessary to derive key product features from customers in the R&D planning and evaluation stage. More companies want differentiated competitiveness by providing consumer-tailored products based on big data and artificial intelligence technology. To achieve this, the need to correctly grasp the required quality, which is a requirement of consumers, is increasing. However, the existing methods are centered on suppliers or domain experts, so there is a gap from the actual perspective of consumers. In other words, product attributes were defined by suppliers or field experts, but this may not consider consumers' actual perspective. Accordingly, the demand for deriving the product's main attributes through reviews containing consumers' perspectives has recently increased. Therefore, we propose a review data analysis-based required quality methodology containing customer requirements. Specifically, a pre-training language model with a good understanding of Korean reviews was established, consumer intent was correctly identified, and key contents were extracted from the review through a combination of KeyBERT and topic modeling to derive the required quality for each product. RevBERT, a Korean review domain-specific pre-training language model, was established through further pre-training. By comparing the existing pre-training language model KcBERT, we confirmed that RevBERT had a deeper understanding of customer reviews. In addition, all processes other than that of selecting the required quality were linked to the automation process, resulting in the automation of deriving the required quality based on data.

대면 및 비대면 한의 체중조절 프로그램에 참여한 과체중, 비만 환자에서의 체중감량 및 이상반응 비교 분석: 후향적 차트 리뷰 (Analysis of Weight Loss and Adverse Events in Overweight, and Obese Patients on Korean Medicine Weight Management Program with Face-to-Face Treatment and Non-Face-to-Face Treatment: A Retrospective Chart Review)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the weight loss and the adverse events of overweight and obese adults on weight loss program with face-to-face treatment (FTF) and non-face-to-face treatment (NFTF) in 6 Korean Medicine obesity clinics. Methods: From March 2nd to March 10th, 2021, we collected data with a retrospective way from overweight and obese adults (body mass index, BMI≥23 kg/m2) who registered for a 12-week Gamitaeeumjowi-tang prescription program. After matching initial information of the FTF group and the NFTF group using propensity matching score, weight loss and BMI change were analyzed, and adverse events were evaluated in terms of causality, severity and system-organ classes. Results: Weight and BMI change from baseline to 12 weeks was -7.98±3.09kg (10.41±3.57%), -3.03±1.14kg/m2 and -7.30±3.11kg (9.59±3.45%), -2.76±1.15kg/m2 for FTF group and NFTF group, respectively. Body weight and BMI significantly decreased before and after treatment in both groups, and there was no significant difference in weight loss and BMI change between the two groups. No serious adverse events were reported. Conclusions: This study showed the potential that NFTF weight management treatment could be a good alternative way to FTF weight management treatment without serious adverse events.

약물부작용감시시스템에서 재현성 평가를 통한 마이닝 모델 개발 (Development of Mining model through reproducibility assessment in Adverse drug event surveillance system)

  • 약물부작용감시시스템 (Adverse drug event surveillance system)은 약물부작용신호를 이용하여 약물의 부작용 여부를 식별하는 시스템이다. 기존의 자발적 보고나 차트리뷰 보다 효율성이 뛰어난 시스템으로 분류할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 약물부작용감시시스템을 구현하기 위하여 임상데이터마트(GDM)를 구축하였다. 특히, 데이터 품질관리 기법을 적용하여 구축된 CDM에 지식 탐사 기법 중 비교사학습 기법으로 적용하여 모델의 재현성을 평가하여 최적의 약물부작용 군집화 개수(n=4)를 도출하였다. 군집화 개수(n=4)를 이용하여 약물부작용 판별을 위한 K-means, Kohonen, two-step clustering model 알고리즘에 적용하여 분석함으로써 K-means 알고리즘이 가장 우수한 군집 효과를 나타냄을 확인하였다.

  • 이 총설에서는 다양한 소재를 이용한 고분자 분리막의 제조를 위한 제조방식, 특성과 여러가지 인자들에 대해서 논의하고자 한다. 분리막 제조방식은 상전이, 계면중합, 연신, 트랙에칭 그리고 전기방사 같은 방법을 주로 강조하여 설명하고자 하며, 추가적으로 다양한 응용에 따른 제조방식에 대한 한계나 응용성에 대해서도 설명하고자 한다. 또한 다양한 고분자 분리막의 표면거칠기, 표면장력, 표면전하와 표면의 기능성 작용기 같은 표면특성에 대해서도 정리하였으며, 막성능의 향상을 위하여 상전이법이나 계면중합 같은 일반적인 분리막 제조공정에서 필요한 추가적인 향상방법을 나타내었다. 트랙에칭이나 전기방사와 같은 새로운 제조방법의 가능성에 대해서도 분석하였다.

첨가제가 유기성 폐기물 퇴비화 과정 중 온실가스 발생에 미치는 영향: 리뷰 및 데이터 분석 (Effects of Additives on Greenhouse Gas Emission during Organic Waste Composting: A Review and Data Analysis)

  • Composting has been proposed for the management of organic waste, and the resulting products can be used as soil amendments and fertilizer. However, the emissions of greenhouse gases (GHGs) such as CO2, CH4, and N2O produced in composting are of considerable concern. Hence, various additives have been developed and adopted to control the emissions of GHGs. This review presents the different additives used during composting and summarizes the effects of additives on GHGs during composting. Thirty-four studies were reviewed, and their results showed that the additives can reduce cumulative CO2, CH4, and N2O emission by 10.5%, 39.0%, and 28.6%, respectively, during composting. Especially, physical additives (e.g., biochar and zeolite) have a greater effect on mitigating N2O emissions during composting than do chemical additives (e.g., phosphogypsum and dicyandiamide). In addition, superphosphate had a high CO2 reduction effect, whereas biochar and dicyandiamide had a high N2O reduction effect. This implies that the addition of superphosphate, biochar, and dicyandiamide during composting can contribute to mitigating GHG emissions. Further research is needed to find novel additives that can effectively reduce GHG emissions during composting.

성인 ADHD의 국내 연구동향 분석: 스코핑 리뷰 방법을 중심으로 (A Scoping Review on the Domestic Research Trends in Adult ADHD)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this scoping review is to suggest future treatment and research directions for adult ADHD by examining domestic trends in Korean research on adults with ADHD tendencies. Methods: The present review used Arksey and O'Malley's scoping review methodology. Eight domestic databases were used, and a search was conducted in July 2023 while targeting domestic papers that had been published within the last 20 years. Subject keywords included 'College student', 'Soldier', and 'Adult', and the subject-related terms that were searched for included 'ADHD'. Results: From 502 initially collected articles, 78 were ultimately selected for analysis in this work. Domestic research related to adult ADHD has been steadily conducted since 2000, and most such research has been done in psychology. Regarding the research participants, those in their 20s were the most common age group, and college students accounted for more than half of participants. In terms of study design, survey studies were the most common, while there was a lack of studies on intervention. The subject most closely dealt with in ADHD studies was interpersonal relationships, followed by depression and addiction. The main intervention used in this study was cognitive behavioral therapy, however it was limited in number. Conclusions: More multifaceted studies on adult ADHD need to be conducted using various research methodologies, and there is also a need for more studies using interventions. It is also important for such research to be expanded to broader geographic areas, ages, and occupations.

  • This comprehensive study delves into the analysis of user review data across various metaverse platforms, employing advanced text mining techniques such as TF-IDF and Word2Vec to gain insights into user perceptions. The primary objective is to uncover the factors that contribute to user satisfaction and dissatisfaction, thereby providing a nuanced understanding of user experiences in the metaverse. Through TF-IDF analysis, the research identifies key words and phrases frequently mentioned in user reviews, highlighting aspects that resonate positively with users, such as the ability to engage in creative activities and social interactions within these virtual environments. Word2Vec analysis further enriches this understanding by revealing the contextual relationships between words, offering a deeper insight into user sentiments and the specific features that enhance their engagement with the platforms. A significant finding of this study is the identification of common grievances among users, particularly related to the processes of refunds and login, which point to broader issues within payment systems and user interface designs across platforms. These insights are critical for developers and operators of metaverse platforms, suggesting a focused approach towards enhancing user experiences by amplifying positive aspects. The research underscores the importance of continuous improvement in user interface design and the transparency of payment systems to foster a loyal user base. By providing a comprehensive analysis of user reviews, this study offers valuable guidance for the strategic development and optimization of metaverse platforms, ensuring they remain responsive to user needs and continue to evolve as vibrant, engaging virtual environments.

사용자 인터페이스 연구에 관한 분석적 고찰: 정보학분야 학회지 논문을 중심으로 (A Review on User Interface Research in the Field of Information Science)

  • 본 연구는 사용자의 중심의 시스템을 지향하고 있는 현 시점에서 사용자 인터페이스 연구의 동향을 분석하는 것이 그 어느 때 보다 중요하다고 보고, 최근 10년 동안에 정보학분야에서 수행된 사용자 인터페이스 연구를 정량적으로 그리고 정성적으로 살펴보았다. 즉, 6개의 정보학관련 학술잡지에 수록된 128편의 논문을 분석하여 다음과 같은 4가지의 연구질문에 답하였다: 1) 어떠한 주제들이 연구되었는지, 2) 어떠한 학술지가 주로 어떠한 주제의 논문을 출판하는지, 3) 어떠한 방법론이 어떤 주제에서 많이 사용되고 있는지, 4) 연도별 연구변화는 어떠한지. 이에 따라 본 연구는 주제별 분포, 학회지별 분포, 학회지별 주제 분포, 방법론별 학회지 분포, 방법론별 주제 분포, 연도별 주제 분포와 연도별 학회지 분포를 살펴보고 정성적으로 각각의 논문들을 주제별로 리뷰하였다. 그 결과, "정보관리학회지"가 비율적으로 이 주제를 가장 많이 다루고 있는 것으로 나타났고, '웹사이트 평가', '탐색 인터페이스', '정보설계', '상호작용 스타일 설계' 순으로 연구가 많이 수행되었다. 또한 방법론은 서베이 연구 방법론, 비개입적 연구방법론, 실험연구 방법론 순으로 많이 사용된 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 사용자 인터페이스 연구는 2000년대 초반에 후반보다 더 많은 연구가 수행된 것을 알 수 있었다. 앞으로 사용자 인터페이스 연구가 보다 확고한 정보학의 소주제 영역으로 자리 잡기 위해서는 폭넓은 연구주제와 연구방법론의 선택이 필요하다고 본다.

온라인 소셜네트워크의 제품판매 관련 구전효과에 대한 기여도 분석 (Does Online Social Network Contribute to WOM Effect on Product Sales?)

  • 온라인 소셜네트워크의 확산으로 인해 사용자들은 특정제품과 서비스에 대한 자신의 생각과 경험을 보다 손쉽게 공유 할 수 있게 되었으며 이러한 환경변화는 기업의 사업성과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 소비자 구전효과의 영향을 심화시킬 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구의 목적은 영화산업에서의 온라인 소셜네트워크의 구전효과 발생에 대한 기여도를 또 다른 온라인 매체인 인터넷 포탈과의 비교를 통해 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2011년 2월부터 6월 사이에 국내 개봉된 영화 및 이들 영화와 관련된 트위터 메시지 그리고 네이버 무비상의 리뷰를 수집 분석하였다. 분석결과 온라인 소셜네트워크(트위터)와 인터넷 포털 모두에서 영화의 흥행과 관련한 구전효과가 존재하고 있음을 발견하였다. 또한 영화의 인기도에 따라 온라인 소셜케트워크와 인터넷 포털의 구전효과 발생에 대한 영향도가 다르게 나타나는 점도 발견하였다. 인기영화(블록 버스터 영화)의 경우 개봉이전에는 온라인 소셜네트워크에 의한 구전효과가 유의하게 발생하였으며 개봉 이후에는 온라인 소셜네트워크와 인터넷 포털에 의한 구전효과가 유의하게 발생함을 알 수 있었다. 비 인기영화의 경우 개봉이전에만 온라인 소셜네트워크와 인터넷 포털에 의한 구전효과가 유의하게 발생함을 발견하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 영화와 같은 문화상품과 관련한 구전효과 발생에 있어 온라인 소셜네트워크의 영향에 관한 학문적 지식을 증대시키고 실무적으로 기업이 제품 및 서비스에 대한 브랜드가치 재고를 위해 온라인 소셜네트워크를 어떻게 전략적으로 활용할 수 있는가에 방향을 제시 할 것이라 기대된다.
