스크린리더는 그 특성상 모든 응용 프로그램을 지원해야 함에도, 타 응용 프로그램의 빈번한 업그레이드 와 스크린리더 개발 인력 부족 등의 이유로 시각장애인들이 자주 쓰는 소수의 응용 프로그램만을 지원하는 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 스크린리더의 개발 생산성을 높일 수 있는 방안으로 개방형 API 를 제안한다. 스크린리더에 개방형 API 를 채택하고 이를 공개함으로써 스크린리더 개발 업체는 주엔진 모듈의 성능 향상에 모든 인력을 투입하여 성능 좋은 스크린리더을 개발할 수 있을 것이며, 프로그램 개발이 가능한 사용자나 자원봉사자들이 개방형 API 에 맞도록 응용 프로그램 지원 모듈을 플러그인 형태로 개발할 수 있을 것이다. 이를 통해 국내에서도 다양한 응용 프로그램을 지원하는 우수한 스크린리더를 개발할 수 있을 것이다.

최근 스캠 코인에 의한 피해 사례가 증가함에 따라 대부분의 가상자산 거래소가 상장된 가상자산에 대해 자체적 신뢰도 평가를 수행하고 있으나, 관련 법·제도적 체계의 부재로 인해 여전히 위험이 존재한다. 스캠 코인 여부를 판단하는 기존 서비스는 불명확한 스캠 코인 판별 기준으로 인해 충분히 신뢰하기 어려우며, 지도 학습에 필요한 라벨링 된 데이터셋이 충분하지 않아 관련 연구 또한 한계를 가진다. 본 논문은 클러스터링을 통해 스캠 코인 여부를 판단하는 것을 목표로 한다. 스캠 코인과 정상적인 가상자산을 구분하는 과정에서 유의미한 데이터를 수집하여 클러스터링을 수행하고, 스캠 코인 여부가 라벨링 된 테스트셋을 구성하여 클러스터링 결과를 평가한다. 이를 통해 본 논문이 제시하는 이더리움 기반 토큰에 대한 클러스터링 결과를 기반으로 추후 통일된 스캠 코인 판단 기준을 세울 수 있음을 제안한다.

대한민국은 국제적인 클라우드 컴퓨팅 추세와 비교하여 클라우드 전환률이 낮은 실정에 있다. 이에 대한 주요 원인으로 보안 문제, 전문 인력 부족, 비용 부담 등이 지적된다. 본 연구는 앞선 문제점을 해결함 동시에 클라우드 마이그레이션의 진입장벽을 낮추기 위해 '보안성을 고려한 클라우드 아키텍처 자동 도식화 플랫폼'을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 통해 국내 클라우드 전환율 향상 및 기업이 직면한 어려움을 완화할 것으로 기대한다.

안전한 선박운항과 해양사고 예방을 위해서는 선박소유자를 비롯한 해운회사 경영진의 안전의식 내재화와 안전을 최우선으로 생각하는 인식의 변화가 요구된다. 그러나 해양사고 예방을 위한 교육은 주로 선박운항 종사자를 대상으로 시행되고 있고 안전의 최고 의사결정자인 선사의 경영진을 대상으로 한 교육 프로그램은 부족한 상황이다. 이에 해양수산부에서는 2015년부터 선사 CEO 해양안전리더 교육을 실시하고 있다. 이 교육의 대상은 해운선사의 경영진이며 안전에 대한 이론, 실무, 타 회사의 안전경영 사례 등을 공유하여 교육수료자가 해양안전 리더로서 선도적으로 안전경영을 해나가도록 유도하고 안전문화를 정착시키는데 목적을 두고 있다. 따라사 교육 프로그램의 내용과 교육대상자의 교육만족도는 향후 교육 프로그램의 개선, 발전을 위해 중요한 사항이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 해양안전리더 교육 프로그램의 만족도를 조사하여 분석함으로써 교육과정 개선 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study was the development and effectiveness of the Emotional Leadership program by Enneagramr. A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used to measure the effects of the program on the Emotional Leadership. Participants in a validation therapy program were 30 Leaders who attended 6 weekly sessions of approximately 60 minutes each. Effexts were evaluated through pre and post tests that included measurement of Emotional Leadership, Organizational Performance, and the Self Efficacy. The study variables were analyzed using ${\chi}^2$-test, Fisher's exact test, t-test with SPSS statistical package. For the Leaders, a statistically significand increaded in Emotional Leadership, Organizational Performance. Therefore, it is recommended to utilize the Emotional Leadership Program for Nurse's Leaders by improving the Emotional Leadership and Organizational Performance.

The main purpose of this study is to present the scheme to reinforce the leadership of field supervisors in order to effectively prevent construction accidents. To this end, first, the researcher reviewed the meanings, functions, types and characteristics o( the leadership of field supervisors in safety management activities on construction sites through the literature review. Second, he investigated the types of supervisors' leadership and the level of field safety management activities through qestionnaires. Third, he categorized the types of supervisors' leadership by that level. Fourth, lie suggested the leadership type of field supervisors to effectively prevent construction accidents, and then he developed the plans to reinforce their leadership.

This study was conducted to provide basic data for the development of a nursing manpower maintenance and management program by assessing the relationship among the calling, resilience, leader-member exchange, and nursing work environments of small and medium-sized hospital nurses. Data was collected through a structuralized questionnaire survey conducted on small and medium-sized hospital nurses. The results of this study indicated calling had positive correlation with resilience, leader-member exchange, and nursing work environments, while resilience had positive correlation with leader-member exchange and nursing work environments. There also was positive correlation between leader-member exchange and nursing work environments. Accordingly, there is a need to develop a program to offer motivation to increase calling and resilience from the personal perspective of the small and medium-sized hospital nurses. In addition, a program is necessary to strengthen continuous leadership of the hospital administrator to improve the leader-member exchange and nursing work environment from organizational perspective.

This study, as a experiment study, was intended to determine whether or not the situational leadership program was highly helpful to critical thinking, coaching, empowerment-enhancing of nurse managers. The number of subjects was abstracted by G*Power, and 54 nurses leader and 342 general nurses were selected from university hospitals of metropolitan city. Data analysis was frequency analysis, t-test, $X^2$-test, repeated measures ANOVA, using SPSS Win 18.0 statistical package program. The results of this study was as follows. 1. Due to the situation leadership programs, critical thinking of experiment group has significantly increased, but control group was significantly reduced. 2. Due to the situation leadership programs, coaching of experiment group has significantly increased, but control group was significantly reduced. 3. Due to the situation leadership programs, empowerment of experiment group has significantly increased, but control group was significantly reduced. Therefore, the situation leadership programs can be effective in critical thinking, coaching, empowerment of nurse leaders. And applying the situation leadership program to the nurse in future, it would be helpful promoting empowerment, coaching, critical thinking in organization life and cope with situation that occurred during clinical.

RFID applications use tags to identify objects, but recent applications tend to include diverse sensor devices such as light, temperature, and humidity sensors as well. RFID tag information is usually processed via the event driven model. However sensor devices are usually accessed via the functional call model. Therefore application developers have to deal with mixed data access models and device dependent interface functions. In this paper, we propose a sensor reader emulator that provides a consistent access interface to sensor devices regardless of the types of devices. SRE provides a more efficient way of developing RFID applications by providing a single application programmer's view to RFID tags and sensor devices. In applications where tags are fixed to a place, SRE can replace expensive sensor tags and sensor readers with inexpensive sensor devices reducing the total cost while providing the same functionality.
