The effect of middle school soccer coach's leadership type on sport flow and team atmosphere (중학교 축구지도자의 리더십 유형과 운동 몰입 및 팀 분위기의 관계)

  • This study aims to find out how the leadership type of middle school soccer coach affects sport flow and team atmosphere, and the results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the demographic characteristics, it was found that there was a significant difference in the peer relationship characteristics of the team atmosphere by the variable of age, and the mutual leadership by the variable of life period with coach. Second, as a result of examining the influence of middle school soccer coach's leadership type on sport flow, it was found that among leadership types, servant leadership affected all sub-factors of sport flow and transformational leadership affected behavioral flow. Third, as a result of examining the effect of middle school soccer coach's leadership type on team atmosphere, it was found that all leadership types had an effect on the role characteristics, which are the sub-factors of team atmosphere, servant leadership on the peer relationship characteristics, and transactional leadership on the team characteristics.

  • The purpose of this research is to explore the impact of managers' leadership on organizational innovation behavior in Star-Rated hotels. 244 valid Chongqing hotels' questionnaires were obtained. Through SPSS 23.0, the model structure was verified between the four variables. The results as below. First, transformational, transactional leadership has a positive impact on organizational innovation behavior. Second, transformational, transactional leadership has a significant effect on empowerment. Third, empowerment has a positive impact on organizational innovation behavior. Lastly, empowerment plays a mediation effect between transformational, transactional leadership, and organizational innovation behavior. In conclusion, managers can contribute to organizational innovation behavior by improving the abilities of leadership.

  • The purpose of this study examines how the self-leadership in organization affects citizenship behavior and which types(transformational leadership, transactional leadership) of leadership can moderate between self-leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Hypotheses were tested by surveying 255 employees in small and medium enterprises. we conducted exploratory factor analysis for two constructs(behavioral strategy, cognitive strategy) using oblique rotation method that did not assume independence among the factors and main factors of self-leadership were grouped together by two factors. The results of this study are as followings; First, all factors of self-leadership had a significant positive effect on the organizational citizenship behavior. Second, only transformational leadership moderated between cognitive strategy of self-leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.

  • 조직에는 조직의 목적을 효율적으로 달성할 수 있도록 조직구성원들을 움직이게 하는 리더가 존재하게 된다. 조직 내에 달성해야 할 비전과 목표가 있고 그것을 수행해야 할 과업에 있어서 가장 필요한 것은 구성원들의 비전과 목표를 달성하기 위한 리더십이 중요한 요인이다. 리더십은 비전과 목표달성을 위해 다른 사람들의 행동에 영향을 미치는 과정이기 때문이다. 따라서 모든 유형의 집단이나 조직, 그리고 지역사회나 국가에는 효과적인 리더십이 필요하고 그 같은 효과적인 리더십을 발휘할 유능한 리더가 요구된다. 따라서 리더십은 모든 집단이나 조직의 중요한 자산이며 성공요인이 아닐 수 없다. 특히 중소기업의 경우 기업경영전반에 걸쳐 경영자의 기호나 의도에 따라 수시로 변하는 경우가 많고, 최고 경영자의 개인적 속성이 조직구조나 전략에 적지 않은 영향을 미치기 때문에 최고경영자의 리더십이 중소기업의 조직문화 형성에 대기업보다 훨씬 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 변혁적 리더십은 사장이 카리스마, 지적자극, 개별적 배려 등을 통해 종업원들에게 기대를 능가하는 최고의 노력을 발휘하도록 동기부여 시키는 것이다. 변혁적 리더십을 발휘하는 사장은 종업원들의 욕구수준을 높여 주고 자신감을 심어줌으로써 성공에 대한 확신을 높여준다면 종업원들로 하여금 조직에 대한 몰입을 이끌어 낼 수 있고, 보통이상의 추가노력과 낮은 이직의도를 거둘 수 있다는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 연구와 관련된 선행연구자들을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 연구모형을 설계하여 중소제조업체의 CEO들에게 요구하는 리더십모형을 제시하였다. 중소기업의 리더십 유형을 카리스마적, 전략적, 거래적, 변혁적 이론 등을 기본으로 하여 기업에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 이론을 통해 제시하였다. 이러한 리더십 유형들이 기업의 목표에 영향을 주는지를 분석한 후 여기에서 중소기업의 CEO에게 필요로 하는 리더십 유형을 제시하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of emotional labor behavior of employee at geriatric long-term care(LTC) facilities on job burnout and service quality focusing on the emotional leadership of superior to improve the working environment of LTC employee and provide the high-quality service to seniors. First, it is appeared that between emotional labor behaviors deep acting has a negative effect on job burnout, in contrast surface acting has a positive effect on job burnout. and, emotional labor behavior has positive influence on service quality. Second, self efficacy has partial mediating effect of tangibility, reliability, assurance and empathy on service quality only for the deep acting between emotional labor behaviors. Third, between emotional labor behavior, emotional leadership has moderating effect on emotional depletion and deterioration of personal accomplishment. In contrast, moderating effect of emotional leadership is not appeared on surface acting and depersonalization. In conclusion, further study is required to improve service quality of elderly in LTC facility and working environment of LCT facility workforce.

A Study on the Effects of Psychological Capital on Pro-social Organizational Behavior in Local Subsidiary Abroad : Focusing on the Type of Leadership as a Moderator. (해외법인 현지국 직원의 긍정심리자본과 친사회적 조직 행동 간의 관계 - 리더십 유형의 조절효과를 중심으로 -)

  • The objective of this study has two filds. The first is to examine the effect of native employee's psychological capital on their pro-social organizational behavior in the context of a local subsidiary in abroad. The second is to investigate the moderation effect of non-native managers' leadership type in the relationships between psychological capital and pro-social organizational behavior. The researcher provides the theoretical research model based on the pro-social capital theory and then empirically tests the model by using a valid 334-case collected from three overseas-affiliated-companies in Philippines. The results show that native employees' psychological capital positively and significantly influences to pro-social organizational behavior. Moreover, non-native managers' type of leaderships has the significant moderation effects in relationships between native workers' psychological capital and pro-social organizational behavior. Specifically, stronger relationships are identified in all of relationships when the managers show transactional, transformational and authentic leaderships. Theoretical contributions and practical recommendations are also discussed based on the results of the study.

  • Organizational performance is directly associated with leaders' behavior and the importance of various leadership types are continuously emphasized. Various of leadership types are possessed of different roles and influences. Nowadays, Chinese organizations continue to reinforce social responsibility and demand ethical elements for continuous development of organization and performance improvement. It shows that the importance of ethical leadership is emphasized among Chinese organizations. Based on this phenomenon, this research focused on identifying the role of ethical leadership and verifying the level of performance. According to the current situation that requires innovation in relation to performance, we focused on the employees' innovative behavior. Furthermore, we also verified serial multiple mediating effects of trust in leader and voice behavior on the relationship between ethical leadership and innovative behavior. This research focused on 336 employees in Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises to conducted a survey and the data were used in empirical analysis. The results showed ethical leadership had a positive influence on innovative behavior. In additon, the serial multiple mediating effects of trust in leader and voice behavior were verified. Overall, this research focused on exploring performance that can be achieved through ethical leadership and finding the ways to improve performance. Finally, the future research related to ethical leadership and performance was presented.

  • 리더십에 관한 연구는 리더십 특성요인연구, 리더십 contingency 연구, 특성이론적 접근, 행동적 접근, 상황이론적 접근 등이 있으나, 이러한 접근방법이 언제나 긍정적인 리더십을 유발하는 것은 아닌 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서, 긍정적이고 일관된 리더십을 만들어 내기 위해서는 리더십에 대한 새로운 접근이 요청된다. 리더십에 대한 연구는 매우 다양하게 나타나고 있으나, 문헌연구에서 볼 때 리더십은 파워라는 공통 요소를 가지고 있다. 파워는 사람으로 하여금 목적지향적인 행동을 유발하는 능력이며, 문헌에 나타난 리더십의 개념은 조직구성원으로 하여금 목적지향적인 행동을 하게하는 능력이다. 따라서, 리더십은 권력의 한 유형으로 볼 수 있다. 그러므로, 본 연구에서는 리더십을 power process에 기초한 권력순환적 관점에서 연구하고자 한다. Power process는 권력요소, 가치, 욕구, 환경, 관계의 다섯 가지 권력결정요소들의 상호작용 과정이다. 이러한 상호작용을 통해서 power process는 권력의 원천을 창출하는데 이 원천에 의한 권력행사는 긍정적인 결과를 유발한다(이경환, 2001). 앞에서 지적한 바와 같이 리더십은 권력의 한 유형이므로, power process에 의한 리더십 행사를 실증연구를 함으로서 지식경영시스템 구축을 위한 요인을 제시하고자 한다. 본 실증적 연구에서 리더는 자신의 권력요소(타고난 능력, 소질, 경험 등=경영자특성)와 욕구, 가치(경영철학) 관계성 및 환경과 같은 파워결정요소(리더십 결정요소)의 상호작용을 통해 자신의 리더십 원천을 창출할 때 즉, power process를 통해 리더십을 행사할 때 이러한 리더십은 경영성과에 긍정적인 결과를 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로, 리더십 성과 향상을 위한 지식경영정보시스템은 파워결정요소적 측면에서 고려되어야 할 것이다. 모델과 독립성 모델에서는 시스템 등급에 영향을 준다. 향후에는 더욱 더 다양한 상호의존 모델들이 정량화될 필요성이 있다고 본다. 진행하였다. 줄여서 보다 더 정확하고, 지능적인 규칙구성요소 추출 방법론을 제시하고 구현하여 지식관리자의 규칙습득에 대한 부담을 줄여 주고자 한다. 도움을 받을 수 있게 되었다.을 거치도록 되어있다. 교통주제도는 국가의 교통정책결정과 관련분야의 기초자료로서 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 특히 ITS 노드/링크 기본지도로 활용되는 등 교통 분야의 중요한 지리정보로서 구축되고 있다..20{\pm}0.37L$, 72시간에 $1.33{\pm}0.33L$로 유의한 차이를 보였으므로(F=6.153, P=0.004), 술 후 폐환기능 회복에 효과가 있다. 4) 실험군과 대조군의 수술 후 노력성 폐활량은 수술 후 72시간에서 실험군이 $1.90{\pm}0.61L$, 대조군이 $1.51{\pm}0.38L$로 유의한 차이를 보였다(t=2.620, P=0.013). 5) 실험군과 대조군의 수술 후 일초 노력성 호기량은 수술 후 24시간에서 $1.33{\pm}0.56L,\;1.00{\ge}0.28L$로 유의한 차이를 보였고(t=2.530, P=0.017), 술 후 72시간에서 $1.72{\pm}0.65L,\;1.33{\pm}0.3L$로 유의한 차이를 보였다(t=2.540, P=0.016). 6) 대상자의 술 후 폐환기능에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성별로 나타났다. 이에 따른 폐환기능의 차이를 보면, 실험군의 술 후 노력성 폐활량이 48시간에 남자($1.78{\pm}0.61L$)가 여자($1.27{\pm}0.45L$)보다 더 높게 나타났으며 (t=2.170, P=0.042),

  • The purpose of this study is to identify effect of superior leadership style in private security service on job satisfaction. The survey research tool was a questionnaire. The subjects of this study were selected from the population of private security service employee's and sampled by using convenience sampling. Data obtained from 448 athletes were used. Questionnaire was used as a tool to attain the purpose of this study, SPSS 12.0 program was used to analyze the data, and statistical tests including correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted at significance level of p<.05. The results of this study were as follows. First, the democratic behavior, affirmative feedback, training and direction and social support in leadership style have a significant effect on a satisfaction of relation with supervisor. Second, the democratic behavior, affirmative feedback and training and direction in leadership style have a significant effect on a satisfaction of relation with coworkers. Third, the democratic behavior, affirmative feedback and training and direction in leadership style have a significant effect on a satisfaction of work. Fourth, the democratic behavior and authoritative behavior in leadership style have a significant effect on a satisfaction of pay. Finally, the democratic behavior, affirmative feedback and training and direction in leadership style have a significant effect on a satisfaction of promotion opportunity.

The Two Dimensional Types of Career Development, Self-leadership, and Self-efficacy in the Korean Engineering College Students (공대생들의 진로발달의 이차원적 유형화에 따른 셀프리더십과 자기효능감)

  • This study was conducted to compare the self-leadership strategies and self-efficacy among the four types of career development in the Korean engineering college students. When the two variables including career decision level and career preparation behavior were considered, four different types of career development were obtained: immature, behavioral, pseudo, and ideal type. The results showed that the ideal type obtained the significantly higher scores on the self-leadership and self-efficacy scales than the other three types. The results of stepwise analysis suggested that each subtype had unique characteristics in relation to self-leadership strategies. Therefore, it would be useful to provide the engineering students with the specialized self-leadership training program based on the types of career development.
