Website localization not only means to transliterate the content and text of the original language web pages, but also adjust it according to the culture and demand of the target language market, so as to improve the acceptance of the local market. From the perspective of localization, this paper analyzes localization strategies and shortcomings of Chinese pages of Jeju official tourist website 'visit Jeju'. First, by comparing the differences between the Chinese web pages and the Korean web pages in the content and text, the localization of the website is summed up, and then the differences are compared with the local tourism website 'Mafeongwo' in China. Not only offering and suggestions for improving the translation quality in the Chinese web pages of 'Visit Jeju'. but also the making some further suggestions for the other Korean websites.

본 연구에서는 센서 네트웍과 컴퓨터 비전 시스템을 이용한 모바일 센서 네트워크(Mobile Sensor Network) 의 응용에 관한 실험을 수행하였다. 주된 내용으로는 모바일 센서를 탑재한 차량을 이용한 로컬라이제이션(Localization) 과 팀원 인식(Team Identification) 등에 관련된 방법을 포함한다. 본 시스템은 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기획을 하였으며 자체 설계한 하드웨어와 내장형 소프트웨어를 탑재하여 주어진 기능을 수행하도록 하도록 하는 한편, 모바일 센서의 역할을 할 수 있도록 다양한 센서를 장착할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 또한 전자나침반을 이용한 방위각 측정능력, 초음파 센서를 이용한 근거리 장애물 회피 능력, 적외선 발광 다이오드(IR-LED)와 적외선 필터를 씌운 카메라를 이용한 동료의 위치 파악 능력등을 통하여 로컬라이제이션에 도움이 되도록 한다. 통신을 위하여 IEEE 802.11g 프로토콜에 기반을 둔 통신 능력을 가지며 차량간의 통신도 같은 프로토콜을 통하여 이루어지게 된다.

In this paper, in Simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM), the robot acquire its map of environment while simultaneously localizing itself relative to the map. Cloud based SLAM, allows us to optimizing resource and data sharing like map of the environment, which allows us, as one of shared available online map. Doing so, unless we add or remove significant change in our environment, the essence of rebuilding new environmental map are omitted to new mobile robot added to the environment. As result, the requirement of additional sensor are curtailed.

요즈음 리눅스 및 안드로이드 운영체제를 필두로 오픈소스 소프트웨어 사용이 증가하고 있고 언어의 다양성, 전통 및 문화가 프로그래밍 세계에 반영되어야할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 기존에 이루어졌던 특정 소프트웨어 위주의 주먹구구식 로컬라이제이션에서 벗어나서 체계적인 로컬라이제이션 프로세스 모델을 확립해서 소프트웨어의 활용성을 높일 뿐 아니라 국내 소프트웨어의 글로벌화적인 면에서 고려가 될 수 있다.

This study aim to do observation to 1) Trajectory of cognitive-cultural economy growth with regional historical context, 2) Spatial, cultural and social change caused by cognitive-culture economy growth, and 3) Draw the meaning of the change in glocalizational view. They said that 'Creativity' has been related with spatial, economical, cultural and social change and it leads to new economical system, what we call 'Cognitive-cultural economy'. It is the important event which is to affect economic geography and local development greatly. New cultural changes are characterized by variations from abstract discourse to concrete reality and show the emphasis on real project specific in the region. Further more, possibility of local development in the glocalization found in the specific form of cultural content, for example, Korean Wave. New media environment changes that include SNS function not only interact each other in space but also expand the scope of local units and cultural content to the world. In order to enhance the further development of local content, it will require conjunction with space and specific region, variety of organic link between the principal participants, and building infrastructure for future development.

본 논문은 시각적 워터마크의 삭제나 수정을 방지하기 위해 블록 기반 내용 인증(Block-wise content authentication) 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 원본 이미지와 워터마크 이미지를 사용하여 DCT 기반의 시각적 워터마크(Visible watermark)가 삽입된 이미지로 만든다. 다음, 블록 기반 서명(Block-wise signature)을 삽입하여 JPEG 과 같은 허용 가능한 이미지 조작에서는 정보가 유지되고, 워터마크의 삭제와 같은 악의적인 이미지 조작에는 인증을 허용하지 않는다. 또한 이미지의 조작된 부분을 알 수 있도록 로컬라이제이션(Localization)을 이용하여 조작된 부분의 위치를 파악한 수 있다. Lena를 포함한 여러 표준 영상을 사용하여 실험한 결과, 제안한 방법은 시각적 워터마크에 대한 다양한 공격에서 조작된 위치를 정확하게 표현할 수 있었다. 그리고 Photoshop 7.0의 Quality factor 11인 JPEG-90 압축에서 약 99%의 인증이 가능하였고, 블러링(Blurring)이나 샤프닝(Sharpening)과 같은 기타 공격에서는 각각 51%, 50%로 인증이 허용되지 않았다.

To ensure the safety of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) or autonomous vehicles, it is important to recognize the vehicle position, and specifically, the increased accuracy of the lateral position of the vehicle is required. In recent years, the quality of GPS signals has improved a lot and the price has decreased significantly, but extreme urban environments such as tunnels still pose a critical challenge. In this study, we proposed stable and precise lane recognition and tracking methods to solve these two issues via fusion of AVM images and vehicle sensor data using an extended Kalman filter. In addition, the vehicle's lateral position recognition and the abnormal state of RTK GPS were determined using this approach. The proposed method was validated via actual vehicle experiments in urban areas reporting multipath and signal disconnections.

Even though Korea has lost its important modern era due to Japanese colonialism, it is in the rank of advanced nation today. It is common to think that there was no creative and innovative design activity because it was highly constrained by design activities. Is there no creative idea or innovative design in this period of design activity? As a result of analyzing the various products of modern design left in the question, I was able to find a new and unique Innovation in 10 fields. In other words, today, we can confirm that we have utilized innovative strategies in the field of design such as brand family, new sign system, modernism style, localization, star marketing, one source multi use, private brand, nature friendly, fusion and parody strategy.

Global women's magazines have been approached as a significant site for exploring the dynamic interaction between global and local forces. Unlike other global media products which are imported from overseas, global women's magazines are published through the cooperation with local companies. These ownership patterns allow local editions of global women's magazines to negotiate the tension and contradiction between the global media and local publishers. Thus, the main purpose of this research is to investigate the dialectic interaction between the global and local forces in the production of international women's magazines in Korea. To explore the dynamic interaction between the global and local forces, both globalization and localization efforts of international women's magazines which occur during the production process were examined through in-depth interviews with personnel in the magazine industry. The result of this research showed that international women's magazines are not a mere part of global media but a 'glocalized' media product, which carry local content via global formats. The form of international women's magazines seems to be more globalized or standardized, while the content (text) is relatively localized by reflecting local readers' interests and the cultural values of Korean society.

When a mobile mapping system or a robot is equipped with only a GPS (Global Positioning System) and multiple stereo camera system, a transformation from a local camera coordinate system to GPS coordinate system is required to link camera poses and 3D data by V-SLAM (Vision based Simultaneous Localization And Mapping) to GIS data or remove the accumulation error of those camera poses. In order to satisfy the requirements, this paper proposed a novel method that calculates a camera rotation in the GPS coordinate system using the three pairs of camera positions by GPS and V-SLAM, respectively. The propose method is composed of four simple steps; 1) calculate a quaternion for two plane's normal vectors based on each three camera positions to be parallel, 2) transfer the three camera positions by V-SLAM with the calculated quaternion 3) calculate an additional quaternion for mapping the second or third point among the transferred positions to a camera position by GPS, and 4) determine a final quaternion by multiplying the two quaternions. The final quaternion can directly transfer from a local camera coordinate system to the GPS coordinate system. Additionally, an update of the 3D data of captured objects based on view angles from the object to cameras is proposed. This paper demonstrated the proposed method through a simulation and an experiment.
