타인에게 긍정적 이미지를 전달하기 위한 현대인의 외모관리 열풍으로 미용은 과학과 기술을 바탕으로 세분화, 다양화되면서 전문기술직으로 자리매김하였다. 메이크업 미용사 국가기술자격증이 미용사(통합)에서 분리되면서 실기검정 과제에 대한 실효성 검증과 함께 산업체 현장에서 메이크업 미용인의 직무 태도와의 상관성에 대해 분석할 필요성이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 제1과제인 웨딩(로맨틱), 웨딩(클래식), 한복, 내추럴 메이크업 등의 뷰티메이크업 시술로 인해 메이크업 미용인이 인지하는 직무 효능감과 직무만족도를 알아보고자 가설설정 후 연구하고자 한다. 연구 결과 웨딩 클래식 메이크업과 웨딩 로맨틱 메이크업 시술이 메이크업 미용인에게 직무 효능감과 직무만족도를 각각 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 메이크업 업무 특성상 채도가 높고 강렬한 색상 표현이 직무 태도에 긍정적 영향을 미침을 시사하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 토대로 실효성을 배가시킨 메이크업 실기과제의 업데이트와 메이크업 미용인의 직무태도 향상을 위한 향후 노력이 필요할 것으로 판단한다.

This study analyzed image components of make-up image between fashion and advertisement of Christian Dior, also, this study examined, compared and analyzed their aesthetic characters. Then, it researched whether brand image was shaped exactly as the same method or not. The study was theoretical and established method; using more than a graduate student-major in clothing and make up, survey$(2004.5{\sim}6.)$ and SPSS 10 program statistics method. As the results, in Dior fashion and make-up, this study analyzed the factors of shape, color, material and texture, and both of them indicated the aspects of chic, classic, gorgeous and romantic image. Also, consumers understood them as a same image. This demonstrated that Christian Dior fashion and make-up have been shaping toward a same image as a same meaning.

This Study is purposed to comparative analysis in the case of balanced with Ethnic image fashion and the event of an unbalanced between fashion and make-up and to reconfigure on the make-up of the features on the Ethnic image Fashion in the 21st century. The result of this study is as follows. First, in the case of Japanese ethnic image make-up, to emphasize applied forms and formative characterization, they generally use circles and horizontal lines. Also the harmony between Japanese image make-up and primary colors like white and red strengthen ethnic images better. In the event of an unbalance between fashion and image make-up, fashion occurs dynamically in Africa and linearly in China. Sexy & natural image make-up also widely appear in the modern view. Second, in the case of African ethnic make-up balanced with African image fashion, the form is repeatedly dotted, widely water-colored, and mattedly textured using ash make-up colors such as white, red, gold, gray and so forth. African image make-up strongly expresses primitive natural beauty adding primal tribal painting art and mask forms. In case of an unbalance between fashion and image make-up, no distinctive ethnic image make-up appears. To emphasize natural patterns as well as splendid & decorative fashion, they try not to use primary colors, but instead focus on natural make-up and monotone colored point make-up, sexy make-up, avant-garde make-up, goth make-up, romantic make-up, glossy make-up.

본 연구에서는 한국, 중국, 일본의 전통 헤어스타일과 머리장식, 메이컵의 특성에 대하여 비교 정리해 보았다. 각 나라의 전통 헤어스타일 장식 등의 비교를 통하여 현대패션에 새롭게 해석된 오리엔탈 룩을 이해할 수 있다. 한국의 스타일은 소박하고 단순하며, 중국은 과장적이고 장식적이며 일본의 스타일은 당나라 장식의 영향과 로맨틱한 소녀적 꽃장식을 볼 수 있었다.
