본 연구는 ICT 기술 중심의 연구개발조직에서 기술혁신의 인프라로서 전략기술로드맵(STRM)의 추진에 있어 주요한 성공요인을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 전략기술로드맵의 개념과 특성을 밝히고 실제 기술개발조직에서 추진되어지는 프로세스와 실제 추진 성공요인을 조직역량이론을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 이러한 이론적 연구를 통하여 전략기술로드맵 추진성공에 영향을 미치는 주요 명제들을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 기술혁신을 추구하는 연구개발조직에서는 전략기술로드맵 성공을 위한 상위경영층의 지원, 핵심기술도출 및 로드맵 추진의 적절성 및 기술정보활용을 위한 조직내 역량을 강화시켜야 함을 고찰할 수 있었다. 전략기술로드맵(STRM) 추진시 성공을 위한 제반 조직적 요인을 고찰한 본 연구는 향후 기술역량의 지속적 탐색과 활용 및 기술혁신의 인프라로서 기술로드맵을 추진하려는 연구개발 조직에게 큰 함의를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

작년 7월부터 산업자원부, 한국산업기술재단, 특허정보원과 일반기계 중 4개 업종인 정밀광학기기, 가스기기, 섬유기계, 냉동기기가 1팀으로 구성되어 각 분야별 산업의 미래 발전상을 수립한 결과 최종 로드맵이 확정됐다. 지난 12월 21일 산업자원부 주최로 웨스틴조선호텔에서 열린 '미래 산업기술 비전 선포식'에서 정밀광학기기가 포함된 스마트 생산시스템을 비롯한 20개 산업분야에 대한 로드맵 최종 발표 시간을 가졌다. 본 고에서는 정밀광학기기 분야의 전체 로드맵 내용을 요약 게재한다. 또한 다음호부터는 전체 로드맵에서 세목별 로드맵을 시리즈로 게재할 예정이다.

This research focused on the major determinants for the technology roadmap utilization of the R&D project after the adoption of the technology roadmap in the R&D intensive organization. The study was performed based on both theoretical study and qualitative case study approaches. The results of this study are summarized as in cases where the R&D project team has higher organizational capability - specifically, relation and research capability, even more technology roadmap is used. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the technology roadmap utilization is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D-oriented organizations and technology-related studies in coming years.

본 고는 사단법인 일본기계공업연합회 및 일본옵토메카트로닉스협회에서 2003년도 3월에 발행한“옵토메카트로닉스 로드맵 작성 조사연구보고서(정밀가공 및 계측요소기술)”로서 국내 광학산업 발전에 도움이 되고자 한국광학기기협회에서 일부 자료를 번역한 것이다. 3월호의 정밀가공 기술로드맵에 이어 5월호와 7월호에서는 계측요소기술 로드맵을 2회 나누어 게재한다.

Under the open innovation paradigm, it is needed to establish an appropriate strategic planning tool which can take both internal and external resources and capabilities into account. In response, this paper suggests the open roadmap to systematically and usefully implement open innovation. The open roadmap deals with both inbound and outbound open innovation activities. Moreover, in the inbound and outbound open innovation, six types of the open roadmap are proposed in terms of sources of innovation. The proposed open roadmap is applied to a case of open innovation in the P&G corporation for examining its usefulness and validation. It is expected that the open roadmap provides fruitful information when open innovation is done.

Angiography equipment is used to evaluate and treat coronary artery disease. As a common feature of equipment, radiation is used, and function development for dose reduction is being carried out by each company. Therefore, the difference depending on whether DCR installed in angiography equipment is used is analyzed from a radiological point of view to prove the effect. Among 431 patients who underwent coronary artery intervention from March 2021 to February 2023, 250 patients with retrospective data were selected. And than among the 250 subjects obtained, 91 patients used the cardiovascular roadmap function during single-vessel intervention, and 159 patients did not use the roadmap. When DCR was used, total dose area product (34.57 uGy/m² : 69.15 uGy/m²), total air kerma dose (688.47 mGy : 1640.4 mGy), fluoroscopy dose (23.87 uGy/m² : 49.91 uGy/m²) and fluoroscopy time (723.55 s : 366.03 s), total number of images (17 : 26) showed lower values and were statistically significant than those not used. The use of DCR function in single vessel coronary intervention is thought to be radiologically safer as single vessel coronary intervention using dynamic cardiovascular DCR showed lower perspective time and perspective dose than procedures performed without the DCR.
