The interest of people is rising on water leisure and the population of water sports is increasing with expanded nationwide roads and 5-day work system for income elevation. However, there are many discussions about the way to prevent the accident related to water leisure activities. Water Leisure Safety Regulation was enacted in 1999 as a part of the way and revised in 2005. Therefore it needs to grasp the present state of water leisure activities and analyze the actual condition of consciousness. For the analysis. the question survey was conducted on water leisurers in the focus with regulation of the revised so that the degree of relevance and correlation between mutual variables were analyzed by Frequency and Crosstabs. From this study we found that more than $60\%$ of water leisurers thought registration, safety instruction, insurance, and safety inspection necessary and there was a characteristic common inclination to all for necessity to impose legal controls on water leisure activities as the level of dissatisfaction for water leisure apparatus and cognition for necessity of insurance was high.

본 연구의 목적은 젊은 성인들의 레저인식과 우울한 기분 완화 레저행동 간의 관계를 조사한 연구로서, 호주의 대학생 433명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. '활동적 사회적', '일관련', '스포츠 신체적', '창조적', '파괴적', '휴식적', '수동적 기술의존적' 모두 8개의 우울한 기분 완화 레저 행동 형태가 분석되었고, 이 중 '활동적 사회적', '스포츠 신체적', '야외활동과 여행' 요인이 '레저인식'에 정(+)의 관계의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 우울한 기분 완화 레저행동 요인들은 레저인식의 4개 하위차원과도 유의한 관계를 갖고 있었으며, '현명한 레저참여' 요인이 우울한 기분 완화 레저행동과 가장 높은 관계를 갖고 있었으며, 다음은 '레저기술'로 나타났다, '레저지식'과 '레저태도'는 비교적 전자보다 낮은 관계성을 갖고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

The purpose of hull stress monitoring system(HSMS) is to lead hull structure to be safer at lower cost. We proposed a hull stress monitoring system for leisure boats using fiber-optic bragg grating(FBG) strain sensor. Fiber optic sensors are well suited for structure monitoring system, due to their ability to withstand harsh environments, immunity to electromagnetic interference, and reduce cabling installation cost when employing wavelength multiplexing. This paper presents an overview of current research and design of hull stress monitoring system for leisure boats.

With current economic advancements and increasing demand for well-being, diverse leisure cultures have developed. The geographic feature of being surrounded in 3 sides by water has resulted in the sustained growth of the marine leisure market. But the increased market and users has not resulted in the systematic management of sailing safety and equipment. Marine leisure activities occur on water, so the damage from collisions and distress calls are greater than land based leisure activities. And marine leisure equipment is very expensive, requiring systematic management. This research proposes an information system using a new IP-RFID technique to manage the safety of marine leisure users and equipment management.

The primary purpose of this study was to probe the relationship between negotiating efforts on leisure restriction and participation in leisure sports. This study has sampled for 26 days from 2009 February 9th to March 6th 250 adult at the age of 19 living in capital area using the Purposive Sampling Method. The study has then divided these samples into 3groups which are : public people, members of an association club, members of a club. To exclude non-participant of leisure sports, the researcher has visited the leisure sports facilities to sampling survey. The collected data were put into the SPSSWIN 15.0 program to be Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, Path Analysis. The results are: 1) Negotiating efforts on leisure sports affect the frequency of leisure sports participation: thus, the more effort on leisure activity and eagerness to change the more frequent the participation rate becomes. 2) Negotiating efforts on leisure sports affect the length of leisure sports participation. The means that the recharging through leisure activity and regulatory the intensity can extend the length of participation. 3) Negotiating efforts on leisure sports affect the intensity of participation. The more effort on leisure activity result in higher intensity of participation.

주 5일 근무제의 도입에 따른 여가활동의 확대로 레저활동에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 레저활동을 관리해줄 수 있는 시스템 즉, 웹을 기반으로 하는 시스템이 필요하다. 이에 본 시스템은 사용자의 편리함을 위해 지역 명으로도 검색 가능하고 플래시 코드로 작성되어 마우스로 클릭만 해도 산에 대한 정보를 검색할 수 있도록 제안하였다. 등산을 즐기는 산악인의 커뮤니티 활성화를 위해 웹 기반 시스템을 통해서 폭넓은 커뮤니티의 활성화와 인터넷 사이트를 통한 정보검색활용과 블로그 서비스와 카페활동을 통해 개인 중심 커뮤니티를 활성화 시키기 위한 산악인 포털 서비스의 활용으로 블로그나 카페를 통한 인맥 네트워크를 구축하여 다양하고 전략적인 방안을 통해 지역별 각종 행사의 정보 및 산에 관련된 모든 정보를 공유하여 온라인상에서의 의미있는 인간관계의 효율적인 구축을 하도록 하였다.

본본 논문에서는 Space Syntax 이론에 기반하여 여성의 안전한 여가활동 경로를 추천하는 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 이 어플리케이션은 접근성, 지역 간 상호관계 등을 바탕으로 한 계산을 통해 추천경로를 만든다. 이는 일반적인 네비게이션이 가지는 최단시간, 최단거리 탐색과는 차별성을 가지며, 안전을 최우선으로 한 경로를 탐색한다. 오늘날 늘어난 여가시간에 따라 사람들의 레저 활동이 많아지며, 따라서 여성의 경우도 참여율에 높아진다. 이 때 여성의 경우 안전적 문제에 있어 레저 활동 장소까지의 경로를 추천하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 레저활동과 여성안전에 관련한 어플리케이션은 다양한 위험요소를 염두에 두어 계산을 통해 안전한 경로를 제공하는 알고리듬으로 주관적 선택사항을 적용하여, 자기맞춤형 경로를 선택 가능하게 한다.

해양관광.레저산업을 신상정동력으로 육성하기 위한 국가정책의 추진을 위해서는 공급정책에 부합되는 기반시설의 정비가 요구된다. 이 연구에서는 해양레저활동의 기반시설여건이 되는 마리나의 도입방안을 검토하였다. 이를 위하여 국내 마리나 여건 평가를 토대로 마리나의 서비스 기능과 더불어 해양레저활동의 대중화 촉진을 위해서 도입되어야 하는 공공마리나의 역할, 기능을 제시하였다.

This study is based on the circumstances such as accessibility of the Gyeonggi sea, marina facilities, limitations of fishery resources, and super-aging of fishing villages. This study is to identify the causes of conflicts in coastal spaces for the coexistence of fishing villages and marine leisure, and to revitalize islands in the metropolitan area. The purpose of the study is suggesting an efficient use of coastal space by utilizing the characteristics of the Gyeonggi sea area ‥‥

This study was carried out for the purpose of proposing the guideline for the non-mischief and comfortable coastal leisure activities to reduce the marine pollution caused by sea fishing and strengthen the marine management and supervision for the fishing activity. In research method, a extensive reference was examined and analyzed, and the questionnaire investigation and field work were carried out to recognize the present conditions and problems concerning the environmental pollution caused by sea fishing. At the same time, the guideline for the safe and comfortable activities was proposed by diagnosing of actual evil conditions of marine environment due to the sea fishing activity and by analyzing of foreign mangement cases. On the basis of these research results, it is useful to contrive a management criteria for the realities investigation on the pollution of coastal activities. It also contributes to develop the regional economy by controlling coastal leisure activities effectively and systematically through the national publicity for the prevention of marine pollution.
