The purpose of this study is to design a community-based career education app for college students. Currently, career education in universities has various problems. First, career education is not systemized, second, satisfaction of participating students is not high, and third, competency-based career education is not conducted. Designing a community-based career education app for college students will solve the problem of lack of college career education instructors and increase the satisfaction of students participating in career education. To this end, core values were derived through the results of demand surveys, literature analysis, and network text analysis for college students, and a prototype of the app was devised according to the design of the rapid prototype. The career education program to be used in the app was designed by dividing online and offline activities so that university students can execute them in units of learning communities. Through the first and second usability evaluation and expert evaluation, the final prototype was designed and the app screen was designed.

The class hierarchy structure in an object-oriented design model is effective to the software reusabilily and lhe design of complex syslem. This paper suggests lhe objecl-orienled class hierarchy structure design melhod using lhe rapid prololyping lechniques. In this method, relationship recognition and similarity are estimated by the new class classification in object modeling level. Then lhe estimation of aUribute and method in class is needed. Each design module such as class hierarchy struclure which is generaled wilh inleractive and repealed work consisls of reference relationship, inheritance relationship and composite relationship. These information are slored in lhe table to maintenance lhe program and implementation, the class relationship is represented with graph and the node class is iconized. This method is effective in reslructuring of class hierarchy are reusing of design information, because of addition of new class and deletion with ease. The efficiency of syslem analysis, design and implementation is enhanced by converting into prololype system and real system.

As the importance of knowledge is emphasized and the environment of battlefields is changing, the military also demands competent people equipped with creativity, cooperativeness and communication ability, and in this situation it is required to apply PBL to education in the navy. The present study went through three stages in order to develop a prototype to implement a naval e PBL support system for knowledge creation. First, databases in Korea Education and Research Information Service, National Assembly Library, etc. were searched using keywords such as PBL, e-PBL, knowledge creation and knowledge ecosystem. In addition, we selected and analyzed frequently quoted literature and recent research reports related to this study among domestic and foreign theses, books, research papers, etc. recommended by specialists in contents, and derived the key values of a knowledge creation type e-PBL support system and design strategies. Second, we developed a primary prototype based on the contents of analysis and, revising it according to teaching design specialists' opinions, we proposed the final prototype of knowledge creation type naval e PBL support system and it has values as follows. First, the knowledge creation type naval e PBL support system provides learners with opportunities to apply e PBL and helps them improve their creativity, cooperativeness and communication ability and accumulate know how of services. Second, it improves work efficiency by circulating knowledge through sharing among individuals or groups, and produces synergy that promotes the organizational culture of learning. Third, the knowledge creation type naval e-PBL support system enables teachers who apply PBL to school education to find new applications of PBL in constructing knowledge bases.

This study was conducted to develop an online education program for visiting health nurses on National Health Examination. The study period was from November 2016 to December 2017. The program was developed in stages using rapid prototyping methodology. 1) Learners' needs were identified through literature review and focus group interviews (FGIs) with visiting health nurses and stake-holders in the field. 2) The contents of the education program including counseling strategies regarding the heath of visiting health nurses were developed. 3) Online education materials were developed and piloted amongst learners. 4) The contents of educational programs were classified into eight learning modules, and online education drafts were pilot tested. 5) Based on feedback from learners, this program was revised and a web-based continuing education program for community nurses was developed. These education programs effectively assisted nurses with counseling regarding health examinations during visiting health nursing care. Therefore, the online continuing education program may be a very effective educational approach to improving nurses competency.
