Development of Communication Emulate Technique in control system for Automatic Machine. (자동화 기기를 위한 제어 시스템에서의 통신 Emulate 개발)

  • 자동화 기기 분야에서 컴퓨터의 적용 및 응용은 하드웨어 발달에 따라 매우 빠르고 민감하게 반영되어왔다. 이는 컴퓨터 하드웨어의 빠른 개발 주기에 맞춰 저 가격, 고 효율성, 높은 신뢰성, 호환성 등의 장점을 가진 PC가 현대의 컴퓨터 흐름을 주도하게 되면서 자동화 산업분야 또한 이를 적용하여 왔기 때문이다. 이에 따라, 자동화 기기 분야에서는 고 가격, 긴 개발기간 등을 필요로 했던 과거와 달리 저 가격, 짧은 개발기간, 다양한 개발환경 등을 이룰 수 있었다. 또한, 생산량 증가에만 의존하던 과거와 달리 현대에 이르러서는 시스템의 최적화, 효율의 극대화, 시스템의 안정성, 운용의 편리성, 호환성 등의 개념들이 도입되고 있는 것이다. 자동화 기기를 구성하는 요인으로는 크게 시스템의 틀을 이루는 기계부분과 이를 제어하는 제어 시스템부로 나뉠 수 있다. 제어 시스템에서는 기계부분의 동작을 제어하는 동작 제어부와 이에 관한 정보를 화면에 나타내는 GUI(Graphical User Interface)부분으로 나뉘게된다. 현재에는 이를 통합하여 하나의 하드웨어에서 제어부와 GUI를 모두 담당하는 방법이 연구 진행되고 있으나, 하드웨어를 둘로 나누거나 하나로 하여도 제어부와 GUI 사이의 통신부분은 빼놓을 수 없는 요소가 된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 시스템의 안정성을 위하여 두 시스템간에 송·수신되는 데이터를 추적할 수 있도록 하는 Emulate 기법을 구현 및 개발하고자 한다. 이는, 두 시스템간의 통신 데이터를 실시간으로 누적, 저장하여 사용자로 하여금 시스템의 운용상태를 분석할 수 있게 하였으며, 시스템 오류발생 시 Emulate 자료를 근거로 시스템의 운용상태를 파악할 수 있게 하였다.근 제한기능을 제공하며 각 클라이언트와 서버간의 실시간 연결 혹은 지연연결을 지원하는 독립적인 애플리케이션이다. 이러한 처방전달 메시징시스템을 구성하는 각 요소에 대해 정의하고 개념적 모델을 설계하고자 한다.에게 청구되며, 소비자에게 전송 되는 청구서는 사용자DB를 참조하여 사용자가 미리 정의한 원하는 형태로 변환되어 전달되며, 필요시 암호화 과정을 거치는 것이 가능해야 한다. 전송된 청구서는 전자우편의 경우, 암호해독이 가능한 전용 브라우저를 통해 열람 되며, 이는 다시 전용 브라우저를 통해 지불인증이 승인되어 청구 제시서버에게 전송된다. EBPP 시스템의 제어 흐름은 크게 기업이 청구 정보를 소비자에게 제시하는 흐름과 소비자의 지불 승인으로 인해 기업이 은행에 지불을 요구하는 흐름으로 구분할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 통합 청구서버 및 정구 제시서버의 역할 및 구성 요소들에 대해 서술하고, EBPP 시스템과 연동하여야 하는 메일 서버와의 상호 작용에 대해 서술할 것이다. 본 시스템을 아직 구현이 되지 않은 관계로 시스템의 성능 등의 수치적 결과를 제시할 수 없는 상태다., 취약계층을 위한 일차의료, 의약관리), ${\circled}2$ 보건소 조직 개편 및 민간의료기관과 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%); however no significant difference was foun

  • In order to investigate the effect of dietary fatty acids on lipids metabolism in adipose pads and superficial pectoral muscle of chicks, the present, experiment was carried out using signle comb White Leghorn male chicks fed a fat-free diet and diets containing margaric, stearic or linoleic acids. Total lipids of tissues were extracted with a chlorofrom-methanol solution. The lipid components were fractionated by thin layer chromatography and the fatty acid distribution of lipid fractions was determined by gas liquid chromatography. The neck adipose pads contained 34-62% total lipids, in which triglycerides, were dominant, being 97-98%. Margaric, stearic and linoleic acids were distributed at a relatively high rate in the adipose tissue when the corresponding acids were fed, and margaric acid feeding lowered palmitoleic acid distribution and linoleic acid feeding elevated stearic acid distribution. The wet superficial pectoral muscle contained 1.3-1.7% total lipids, of which 77-79% was phospholipids and 11-13% was free cholesterol. When margaric acid was fed, margaric and heptadecenoic acids appeared in the muscle lipids. When linoleic acid was fed, this acid was significantly highly distributed in every muscle lipid fractions, whereas, when stearic acid fed no elevation of stearic acid distribution was observed. In the muscle phospholipids, oleic acid was significantly highly distributed in the stearic acid fed chicks, and the linoleic acid feeding signigicantly lowered the distribution value of palmitic and oleic acids, but elevated the distribution value of stearic acid. And the linoleic acid feeding lowered the distribution value of eicosatrienoic acid and elevated the distribution value of arachidonic acid.

Lysine Fortification of Milssal and Some Observation on the Fortified Product (밀쌀의 라이신 강화(强化) 및 강화(强化)밀쌀의 식품영양학적(食品營養學的) 고찰(考察))

  • Milssal is a polished, partially gelatinized pressed wheat grain and it is being consumed in Korea. This study was conducted to establish 2 practical means of providing needed lysine to the Korean population through fortification of Milssal. The results are summarized as follow: Lysine infusion of Milssal was significantly higher than polished wheat grain and affected by such factors as time and concentration of infusion solution. Cooking characteristics including water-uptake ratio and expanded volume were apparently better than polished wheat. After conducting the series of fortification experiments under actual manufacturing conditions. a reasonable process was chosen. In the developed process. lysine HCl solution was sprayed instead of water to the cleaned and debranned wheat grains during the regular wetting process. There was no differences in appearance and taste of Milssal before and after fortification. Fortification of the protein of Milssal with lysine has been found to bring a significant improvement in the growth rate of rats and the protein efficiency ratio. Stability remained relatively high throughout the storage period(90 days at $10{\sim}20^{\circ}C$ or 30 days at $37^{\circ}C$).

Extraction of Forest Resources Using High Density LiDAR Data (고밀도 LiDAR 자료를 이용한 산림자원 추출에 관한 연구)

  • The objective of this study is in investigating the research for more accurately quantify the information on mountain forest by using the data on high density LiDAR. For the quantitative analysis of mountain forest resources, we investigated the method to acquire the data on high density LiDAR and extract mountain forest resources. Consequently, the height and girth of a tree each mountain forest resources could be extracted by using the data on high density LiDAR. When using the data on low density LiDAR of 2.5points/m2 in average used to produce digital map, it was difficult to extract the exact height and girth of mountain forest resources. If using the data on high density LiDAR of 7points/m2 by considering topography, the property of mountain forest resources, data capacity and process velocity, etc, it was found that multitudinous entities could be extracted. It was found that mountain topography and mixed topography were generally denser than plane topography and multitudinous mountain forest resources could be extracted. Furthermore, it was also found that the entity at the border could not be extracted, when each partition was individually processed and the area should be subdivided and extracted by considering the process time and property of target area rather than processing wide area at once. We expect to be studied more profoundly the absorption quantity of greenhouse gas later by using information on mountain forest resources in the future.

Enhancing Query Efficiency for Huge 3D Point Clouds Based on Isometric Spatial Partitioning and Independent Octree Generation (등축형 공간 분할과 독립적 옥트리 생성을 통한 대용량 3차원 포인트 클라우드의 탐색 효율 향상)

  • This study aims at enhancing the performance of file-referring octree, suggested by Han(2014), for efficiently querying huge 3D point clouds, acquired by the 3D terrestrial laser scanning. Han's method(2014) has revealed a problem of heavy declining in query speed, when if it was applied on a very long tunnel, which is the lengthy and narrow shaped anisometric structure. Hereupon, the shape of octree has been analyzed of its influence on the query efficiency with the testing method of generating an independent octree in each isometric subdivision of 3D object boundary. This method tested query speed and main memory usage against the conventional single octree method by capturing about 300 million points in a very long tunnel. Finally, the testing method resulted in which twice faster query speed is taking similar size of memory. It is also approved that the conclusive factor influencing the query speed is the destination level, but the query speed can still increase with more proximity to isometric bounding shape of octree. While an excessive unbalance of octree shape along each axis can heavily degrade the query speed, the improvement of octree shape can be more effectively enhancing the query speed than increasement of destination level.

  • The main purpose of this research is to show Internet shopping mall the strategic way with the analysis of success factors in Internet shopping malls. To achieve the above purpose, the success factors and variables were defined by the survey of the reference. Sample malls for the research un selected of shopping malls registered in yahoo, Lycos, Empas and Hanmir regardless of their type and class, and did an online-survey of their operation. From the above method, the following results are deduced. First, there are five factors in the success of Internet shopping malls: the effectiveness of customer management the effectiveness of marketing. the competitiveness of product-sales, the convenience of use, the credibility of product. Second, the effectiveness of marketing is positively related to the number of member, visitors, and sales. Third, the credibility of product is negatively related to the number of member, visitors, and sales. At the end, the number of member and visitor are positively related to sales. This result could provide the managers with highly relevant managerial issues. The implication of the study are discussed and futher research directions are proposed.

  • The problem that the existing the magnetic resonance image (MRI) was prone to have not only long readout duration and low bandwidth in the phase-encode direction, but also geometric distortion was pointed out. The purpose of this study is to identify the usefulness of FOCUS-DWI through comparing FOCUS-DWI with the Conventional-DWI on a degree of uniformity and artifacts caused by the distance change in the central axis within the magnetic field. In terms of artifacts, there happened irregular striped artifacts in the Conventional-DWI technique, which in particular, more often arose in the central axis. Also, the overlap of imaging drastically increased. By contrast, there were no irregular striped artifacts in the FOCUS-DWI technique. In conclusion, it was found that the FOCUS-DWI technique was superior to the Conventional-DWI technique in terms of artifacts, the overlap of imaging, and a degree of uniformity. In addition, there was no difference of the change in distance from the central axis between the FOCUS-DWI technique and the Conventional-DWI technique. Thus, it is considered the FOCUS-DWI technique having less imaging distortion and high image quality will be highly clinically used.

The Effect of Functional MA Film Packaging on Storage of Mature-Red Tomato

  • The mature-red tomato fruits (cv. Pinky world) were packaged with functional modified atmosphere (MA) film (0.03, 0.06 mm) and stored at 0, 5, $15^{\circ}C$. The results showed that the concentrations of $CO_2$ and $O_2$ inside MA package were about $4.21{\sim}8.17%$ and $9.78{\sim}14.45%$ under steady state during storage 29 days at 0, $5^{\circ}C$, respectively. The MA packaging(MAP) suppressed the fruits softening and the color change. The minimum lycopene content and maximum firmness were separately observed in fruits packaged with MA film (0.03 mm) at $5^{\circ}C$ storage and film(0.06 mm) at $0^{\circ}C$, which the lycopene content 6.08 mg/100 g, and firmness was 0.49 Kgf at 29 th day storage. The optimal conditions to keep high quality of tomato fruits were obtained by MAP during storage at $0^{\circ}C$ for 29 days, independently of the film thickness, in which the adequate gas composition was $CO_2$ at $4.2%{\sim}5.6%$, $O_2$ at $14.3%{\sim}14.5%$, respectively.

A Methodology for Evaluating Vehicle Driving Safety based on the Analysis of Interactions With Roads and Adjacent Vehicles (도로 및 인접차량과의 상호작용분석을 통한 차량의 주행안전성 평가기법 개발 연구)

  • Traffic accidents can be defined as a physical collision event of vehicles occurred instantaneously when drivers do not perceive the surrounding vehicles and roadway environments properly. Therefore, detecting the high potential events that cause traffic accidents with monitoring the interactions among the surroundings continuously by driver is the prerequisite for prevention the traffic accidents. For the analysis, basic data were collected to analyze interactions using a test vehicle which is equipped the GPS(Global Positioning System)-IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit), camera, radar and RiDAR. From the collected data, highway geometric information and the surrounding traffic situation were analyzed and then safety evaluation algorithm for driving vehicle was developed. In order to detect a dangerous event of interaction with surrounding vehicles, locations and speed data of surrounding vehicles acquired from the radar sensor were used. Using the collected data, the tangent and curve section were divided and the driving safety evaluation algorithm which is considered the highway geometric characteristic were developed. This study also proposed an algorithm that can assess the possibility of collision against surrounding vehicles considering the characteristics of geometric road structure. The methodology proposed in this study is expected to be utilized in the fields of autonomous vehicles in the future since this methodology can assess the driving safety using collectible data from vehicle's sensors.

A Preliminary Research of Design and Operation of Riparian Buffer Zones for Reduction of Water Pollutants and Construction of Wildlife Habitat (수질정화 및 생태서식처 조성을 위한 수변완충지대 설계 및 운영 방안 기초연구)

  • 급속한 산업화로 인한 오염물질의 증가와 생물서식처의 감소는 수자원과 생태계를 위협하고 있다. 국내의 경우 수자원의 질을 개선하기 위해 '90년대 초부터 하수처리시설 등의 저감시설을 대폭 확충하였으나 현재까지 팔당호 등 주요상수원이 목표수질에 못 미치고 있으며 그 원인은 유입오염물질의 $22{\sim}37%$를 차지하는 비점오염원으로 지목되고 있다. 또한 생태.경관적 가치가 높은 수변지역은 각종 개발로 생물서식처가 급속도로 감소하여 종 다양성 보전 측면에서 대책마련이 시급한 실정이다. 이와 유사한 상황에 직면한 선진외국에서는 '하천회랑(river corridor)' 또는 '토양 및 생태시스템을 포함하는 수역과 육역의 점이(漸移)지대'를 의미하는 이른바 '수변완충지대(Riparian Buffer Zones)'의 오염정화 및 생태조성 효과 등의 연구를 통해 효율적 조성방안을 제시하고 있으며 다양한 형태로 현장에 적용하고 있다. RBZs의 일반적인 기능으로는, 유사나 오염물질의 여과 및 차단(필터링 효과), 영양염류의 저감, 하천변 식생을 통한 수자원의 정화 및 강턱의 안정화, 홍수로 인한 하천침식의 방지, 수변 생물 서식처 제공, 수변 그늘 제공에 의한 수온상승 방지, 심미 교육 위락 공간 제공 등이다. 본 연구에서는 외국의 RBZs(Riparian Buffer Zones)가이드라인을 참고하여 국내실정에 맞는 파일럿 규모의 시험완충지를 설계 및 조성하였다. 시험완충지는 남한강 연안에 초본류, 갈대류, 관목류, 자연식생, 혼합식생 등 5가지 'dry biotope'형태로 설치하여 1년간 계절별로 운영하였다. 또한 실험의 정량화와 다양한 조건변화를 위해 차수막, 위어, 유량.농도 조절장치, 라이시미터 등 보조시설을 설치하였고, 정기적인 모니터링을 실시하였다. 조사결과 외국사례를 살펴보면 RBZs의 적정 폭은 수질정화기능의 경우 $15{\sim}30m$, 생태서식처 기능은 최소 90m이상으로 제시되며, 시험완충지의 수질정화효과는 SS, T-N, T-P, TOC의 평균저감율이 각각 50%이상으로 나타났다. 식생모니터링 결과, 환삼덩굴 등 우점종의 잠식속도는 약 15일이며 갈대와 갯버들의 경우 우기시 인공목책호안과 동일한 침식방지 효과를 보이는 것으로 관찰되어 식생의 주기적인 모니터링과 지역 특성에 적합한 우점종 선정이 매우 중요한 것으로 판단된다.
