Among single image SR techniques, the TV based SR approach seems most successful in terms of edge preservation and no artifacts. But, this approach achieves insufficient SR for texture component. In this paper, we proposed a new TV-G decomposition based SR method to solve this problem. We proposed the SVR based up-sampling to get better edge preservation in the structure component. The NNE used the relaxed constraint to improve the NE. We used the NNE based learning method to improve the resolution of the texture component. Through experimental results, we quantitatively and qualitatively confirm the improved results of the proposed SR method when comparing with conventional interpolation method, ScSR, TV and NNE.

This research sought to study viewers' perception of migrant women who wed Korean men following these women's level of specialty as shown on multi-cultural TV program by focusing on university students. Post test control group design method was utilized to conduct analysis, which demonstrates that there was a significant difference between the viewers on the professional migrant women and on the non-professional migrant women when it comes to the categories such as, 'Migrant women have specialized skills', 'migrant women have outstanding communication skills' and 'migrant women are independent minded.' Because of the existence (or non-existence) of professional careers as shown on TV program can affect viewers' perception of migrant women, it is necessary to develop measures such as development of expert group's advising system and to guarantee migrant women's diversity.

This study highlight the role of perceived cost on user's continuance intention to use mobile TV service in china. We proposed research model based on the expectation-confirmation model(ECM) and reclaim 243 questionnaires from experienced users in china. Above all, the analysis results support significant relationship perceived variables, satisfaction, and continuance intention of mobile TV. First, while expectation confirmation has positive influence on perceived playfulness and satisfaction, the effect on perceived usefulness is not significant. Second, perceived cost can significantly predict perceived usefulness and satisfaction, however, we found no evidence of a statistically significant influence on perceived playfulness. Third, perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness have a positive influence on satisfaction, and perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and perceived playfulness have a positive influence on continuance intention. This results provide implications from both theoretical and managerial perspectives and the limitations have been discussed for future research.

Recently, digital convergence, whose core demand is OSMU (One Sourse Multi Use),has been the main topic in e-learning domain and industry. However, the existing web learning content and the new resource developed toprovide contents to different learning environment must be processed to adapt the new learning settings, which causes the cost and time problem, So in this paper we design and implement a Java based SCORM content transcoding system which can transcode the SCORM-based learning content into MHP-based DiTV content in order to adapt t-learning environment using DiTV, which is closer to our real life. Using this system which has ability of inter-operation, reuse, highly-use, the problem mentioned above can be solved well. Moreover, it is possible for a learner who is not familiar with computer to study using DiTV instead of PC.

This study attempted to verify the structural model of the influence of parental intimacy, parental supervision, peer pressure, and TV alcohol advertising on drinking behavior for adolescents. It was conducted through a self-written questionnaire from May 1 to 28, 2019, targeting 602 students in grades 1 to 3 of 8 middle schools in G city. Results First, The direct effect on drinking behavior was in the order of peer pressure and TV alcohol advertisement, and they explained the degree of drinking behavior by 14.4%. second, Parental intimacy has an indirect effect on peer pressure and drinking behavior through TV alcohol advertising. Parental supervision has an indirect effect on drinking alcohol through TV alcohol advertisements. In multiple groups, there is a difference between the groups in the parental supervision and peer pressure, and the parental supervision and the channel coefficient of TV alcohol advertisement. In order to reduce drinking behavior, a realistic light that can cope with peer pressure is needed.

현재의 전자상거래는 어떠한 물건이나 권리에 대해 거래할 경우 신용카드나 전자 화폐를 통한 유통과, 티켓 소유자의 특정한 권리를 보증하는 증명서 역할을 하는 디지털-티켓[1]에 의한 유통이 이루어지고 있다. 티켓 유통이 실행되면서 디지털-티켓은 악의의 사용자나 공급자로부터 티켓의 복제, 변경, 위조로부터의 보호와 사용자의 인증과 부인방지가 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 디지털-티켓 시스템에 공개키 암호 기술과 토큰을 이용하여 프로토콜을 설계하여 티켓의 정당성과 유효성을 검증하고 신뢰된 티켓검증서버(TVS: Ticket Verification Server)를 통하여 티켓 소유자의 소유권을 검증하는 디지털-티켓 유통 프로토콜을 제안한다. TVS는 인터넷에 연결되어 사용자가 언제든지 자신만이 티켓의 유일한 소유자라는 것을 확인한 수 있고 소유한 티켓의 유효성을 검증할 수 있다.

국내에서도 본격적으로 디지털 방송이 시작되면서 주로 가정에서만 사용되어 오던 TV 의 디지털화로 컴퓨터와 통신에 가전이 결합되면서 새로운 개념의 양방향 멀티미디어시대를 맞이하게 되었다. 디지털 방송은 디지털 기술을 응용해서 음성과 영상뿐만 아니라 부호나 데이터의 형태로 되어 있는 정보를 양방향에서 제어할 수 있는 환경을 제공하여 디지털 방송을 통해 가정에서 TV 를 시청하면서 뉴스 및 일기예보 검색, 프로그램 안내, 온라인 퀴즈, 온라인 쇼핑, 인터넷 메일 검색 등의 각종 데이터들을 검색하는 기능을 제공할 수 있는 데이터 방송을 가능하게 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 아날로그 방식에 비해 다채널의 프로그램과 다양한 부가 서비스를 제공하는 ATSC A/65 표준의 PSIP 파서를 구현하고 이를 통해 EPG(Electronic Program Guide)를 구현한다.

디지털 방송은 수많은 프로그램과 기존의 아날로그 방송에서 볼 수 없었던 다양한 서비스를 제공하며 발전하고 있다. 하지만 시청자들에게는 방송 서비스 채널과 기능이 많아질수록 원하는 채널을 검색하고 전환하는 과정이 어렵고 복잡한 일이 되어 버릴 수 밖에 없을 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 정보 획득과정의 축소를 위해 전통적인 리모콘으로 채널을 검색하고 이동하는 절차를 벗어나 음성인식을 통한 동적 EPG(Electronic Program Guide) 제어 시스템을 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 이는 EPG정보와 시청자의 TV시청 성향 및 History를 기반으로 구동되는 시스템으로 음성대화의 구조적 정의가 가능한 VXML(VoiceXML) 인터프리터를 활용한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 대화형 인터페이스는 다양한 디지털방송 서비스에 접목이 가능 할 것이며, 새로운 형태의 디지털 가전기기 파일럿 인터페이스 개발에 도움이 될 것이라 기대한다.

People are experiencing severe problems in temporal navigation as time-based contents and platforms become more popular Relatively limited research, however, has been conducted on temporal navigation compared to that on spatial navigation. This research aims to identify efficient temporal navigation aids for time-based contents. It proposes Time Navigator, a new temporal navigation system based on the episodic indexing theory, and evaluates its efficiency through two experiments with a computer-based simulator for digital TV The video contents of digital TV was focused on because it is one of the most representative time-based contents and platforms. Our results indicate that Time Navigator helps people navigate time -based contents more effectively. Its effects increase as the contents include more narratives.
