Recently, as the importance of forced indoor living has increased in the untact era, the connection and relationship between space environments is increasing. That is, the smart interaction environment for providing services in various spaces collects and processes a number of surrounding environment information through various sensors to provide desired information according to the required place and time. In this environment, a new type of interaction paradigm is needed for the user to select and focus on environmental information. In this paper, we provide guidelines based on models and patterns for designing various interactions around space. Through interaction model-based technology, we provide guidelines for space-oriented interaction design. We propose an ideal interaction environment through guideline-based patterns and templates. Finally, by providing a space-oriented interaction environment suitable for smart interaction, users can freely obtain desired information.

In order to transform the traditional aquaculture industry, which is dependent on experience, labor-intensive and natural environment, into future intelligent smart aquaculture, digital aquaculture improves aquaculture reproducibility and efficiency of production process through digitization of the aquaculture industry based on ICT equipments, Data analysis and utilization for promoted to increase the acceptability of aquaculturist. Europe's advanced fisheries countries have achieved rapid growth not only in aquaculture technology but also in the aquaculture equipment industry through digitization that combines information and communication technology with aquaculture farms. However, it is not possible to collect aquacultural data in Korea because it has not secured a Korean aquaculture industry for multi-variety, small-scale production and aquaculturists' refusal of reception for digital transformation. Therefore, this study intends to suggest the development direction of digital aquaculture to convert to intelligent smart aquaculture in the future by analyzing trends and critical technology.

Previous studies on willingness to pay for digital content have mainly focused on audience factors and individual level. To complement the limitation of previous research, this study conducts a multilevel analysis to find the factors influence digital content purchases considering two axes: audience/media factors and individual/household levels. Using a sample of 10,172 individuals within 4,313 households, the analysis results show individual media factors including theater-going, experience with cloud services, and multi-screen service usage have the greatest effects on digital content purchases. At the household level, the media ownership factors that the number of laptops, wireless routers, and tablets have a greater influence than audience factors such as household size or household income. Our findings help scholars to enhance the understanding of individuals' media use considering household environmental factors and shed light on the importance of multi-screen service usage, and content providers to improve their digital content sales using multi-screen environment.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and to grasp Peter Calthorpe's urbanism through the process that is compared with various developments of urban design field for the preservation of global environment. From this study, Peter Calthorpe's urbanism for global environment is comprehended according to design stages. As a design goal, He seeks a green urbanism that puts emphasis on land use and transportation. As a urban planning, he devises urban footprint for the tool of evaluation and urban planning, and proposes five place types toward mixed-use development, and advocates Transect for eco-friendly land use. As a urban design, he devises urban network model for transportation network based on accessibility, and devises TOD and TOC model for preventing urban sprawl and mitigating carbon emissions, and advocates TND model for pedestrian-friendly space and community life. He makes importance of urban design. Because he thinks that integrative solution is required to global environment and urban design of integrative characteristic is suitable to preserve global environment. The results of this study are summarized as the followings: First, type classification of urbanism for the preservation of global environment and grasping purposes, methods, characteristics according to the types. Second, grasping characteristics and location of Peter Calthorpe's urbanism as a green urbanism. Third, proposing the direction of improvement for our urban planning and design.

The document delivery service has been influenced by the changing digital information environment and the copyright law. This paper proposes the key points for the improved documents delivery service through trend analysis of BL(The Great Britain), NLA(Australia), subito(German speaking countries), JST(Japan), KISTI(Korea) and KERIS(Korea) and copyright law in each country. The purpose of this study is providing with the clues for developing strategies that can satisfy the users' needs in document delivery service for libraries and information centers.

In the 21s1 century, it may be possible to offer comprehensive service by integrating all communication media under the development of digital technology without the classification of broadcasting and communication. In addition, it will be begun to perform HDTV broadcasting by focusing on the Metropolitan area in 2001yr and will permit over 100 channels for satellite communication, thus multi-channel TV broadcasting age has come in Korea. Therefore, this study is to identify the future environment of TV broadcasting and service area in ISDB age and to present new interactive type publication satellite TV transmission system, which provides customizing type digital screen book publication, by analyzing satellite broadcasting technology to create Korean cultural area around the Korean peninsula.

This study aims to examine the effect of housing environment on single mothers' health and to find out how to improve their health and housing environment. For the purpose, this study analyzed the Single-parents survey carried out by Ministry of Gender Equality and Family in 2015. The results are as follows. When residential functions such as mining, heating, and noise are not fulfilled among the physical characteristics of the residential environment, single-mothers are more likely to feel unhealthy. Among the socio-economic characteristics of housing, people who live in public rental housing are more likely to feel unhealthy than those living in own house. And people who have excessive household debt are less healthy than those having no debt. Socioeconomic characteristics of housing environments had a significant effect on depression of single-mothers. Based on the results, the author suggested that housing improvement services, survey of housing conditions of single parents, provision of services considering household debt and improving residential conditions of public rentals houses should be implemented.

This study examines the digital divide, one of the main issues in digital media environment, in relation with the digital literacy on the perspective of audience welfare. The study explores the current state of audience welfare policy with regard to the issue of digital divide which can be seen as the dark side of this flourishing digital technology society. The barriers and enablers of the digital divide are discussed with the question of how these factors are related with the digital literacy competence of audience. It has been criticized that both the research efforts and the policy implementations on the digital divide had been set within the limitation of physical access to the digital equipment and technology. Recent studies suggested that the digital divide should be viewed in dynamic interaction of a variety of factors such as psychological dispositions, inner attitudes toward digital media, competence and ability of audiences as well as socio-economic status of individuals. Despite the recent inclusive discussion, however, the role of digital literacy in the digital divide remains unexplored. It should be noted that the question of access is not just to do with equipment, but with skills and knowledge that are required to use equipment. This notion suggests an important implication for the digital divide policy establishment. This study proposes a two-stage solution for reducing the digital divide, in which the first stage focuses on physical access and technology education and the second stage on the digital literacy education.

We investigated the e-learning platforms for higher education in developing countries. First, we introduced e-learning environmental factors such as ICT technology as well as ASEAN Cyber University (ACU) project for developing countries. And then, we presented Cambodian case as an example of e-learning platform for developing countries. We analyzed the national education policy and ICT environment as well as the demands and obstacles of e-learning in Cambodia. We derived e-learning strategies and plans based on the analysis results, and finally proposed e-learning platform C-MOOC Net. In order to verify the proposed scheme, we developed prototype of C-MOOC Net system which is implemented based on open software. As a result, we have met the requirement of networking the C-MOOC hub, supporting localization of local language and personalization of favorite courses respectively.

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the working conditions, post-traumatic stress syndrome and the self-resilience of nurses, and find out the relationship between the post-traumatic stress syndrome and the self-resilience. Data were collected by questionnaire method among 220 General Hospital nurses at Gyeongnam G and J city. Data were analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 program WIN. The results of working conditions of the nurses majority were shift work 70.5%, currently working in the ward 54.6%. Scores were shown as Post-traumatic stress syndrome (28.20) and self resilience (39.98). There is a negative correlation (r =.226, p=.001) between the post-traumatic stress syndrome and the self-resilience. Based on the result, since working conditions of nurses caused psychological stress and nurses with high self-resilience eased the degree of post-traumatic stress, in terms of the personnel management of hospitals, a psychological intervention strategy should be considered.
