In the rapidly developing information technology environment, information management organizations need to effectively evaluate their digital maturity and clarify the direction of improvement to effectively respond to rapidly changing environments. This study derived weights for the digital curation maturity model developed by KISTI from the perspective of digital transformation to facilitate effective evaluation and direction setting of information management organizations. Relative importance was derived as a weight in the major and middle categories of the model through the AHP technique. Summarizing the results, when the major categories of the entire model are measured on the basis of 100 points, technology is 27 points, data is 24 points, strategy is 19 points, organization (manpower) is 16 points, and (social) influence is calculated as 14 points. In addition, weights for each subcategory were presented for each major classification based on a perfect score of 100 points. It is expected that a more objective and reasonable evaluation will be possible by applying the weights for each area derived from this study to the digital transformation maturity evaluation model.

월간 [디지털콘텐츠]는 지난간 10년을 반성하고, 앞으로의 10년을 더욱 알차게 준비하기 위해 정기구독자들을 대상으로 잡지 선호도 및 국내 디지털콘텐츠 시장 전망에 대한 설문조사를 실시했다. 독자들은 과연 [디지털콘텐츠]를 어떻게 평가하고 있으며, 디지털콘텐츠 시장을 어떻게 바라보고 있을까? [디지털콘텐츠] 구독자들 가운데 랜덤 샘플링 방식을 통해 800면(응답자 120명)을 추출, 설문조사를 실시했다.

Digital reference services have been a key role in academic libraries in the context of various digital environments. The guidelines for the digital reference service are one of important aspects to improve the quality of services and system design and implement better services. In this study, by case studies and a questionnaire survey for academic librarians, the guideline for the digital reference service is suggested with three phases; plan, operation and evaluation. The guideline for the digital reference services suggested in this study is expected to support digital reference services in academic library environment.

Most of the diagnostic medical radiography are rapidly replaced by digital imaging systems recently. Although with the current transition of analog to digital most of the exposure conditions and parameters are still on the basis of film-screen analog system. Moreover the evaluation of acquired digital radiographic image is not fulfilled normally because of the difficulties in handling the digital raw data. The user friendly windows program for the evaluations of digital radiographic image was developed on the MatLab platform. The program has functions for the calculation of the contrast profile, NPS(noise power spectrum), MTF(modulation transfer function), and NEQ(noise equivalent quanta).

새로운 정보환경과 매체의 발전으로 인하여 오늘날 대학도서관은 인쇄자료와 전자자료, 웹 자원이 공존하여 수집, 가공, 유통되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 도서관 내·외적인 정보환경과 운영환경의 변화 요인을 수용하여 새로운 평가모형을 개발하고자 전통적인 도서관의 기능을 기반으로 하여 디지털 형태 정보의 수집, 가공, 유통을 통합한 하이브리드(Hybrid)형태의 디지털도서관 평가모형을 제안하고자 한다.

최근 디지털 기술의 발전으로 인해 콘텐츠 제작자들은 텍스트, 오디오, 비디오 등의 콘텐츠를 고품질의 디지털 형태로 제작할 수 있게 되었다. 또한 인터넷 확산과 통신 기술의 발전은 컴퓨터 간의 상호 연결성을 증대시켜 디지털 콘텐츠를 쉽게 전파할 수 있게 되면서 디지털 콘텐츠 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 디지털저작권관리 소프트웨어의 분야의 기반 기술을 조사하고 디지털저작권관리 소프트웨어 시장과 표준화 동향을 조사하며 디지털저작권관리 소프트웨어 사용성의 품질평가 메트릭을 개발하였다.

The perception of a fashion product may vary depending on the texture and color of its material. Additionally, the product may appear differently in person versus on a digital screen. Therefore, in the present study, we sought to investigate the differences in visual sensibility evaluation between materials in person and on digital screens. In this study, three pairs of visual sensibility adjectives were tested for 60 samples selected as fashion materials. Fashion materials were divided into colors, embossings, and visual clarity categories. Results showed that each color had the same sense during in-person and digital evaluation. In terms of visual sensibility according to embossing, both in-person and digital evaluations of materials with embossings were found to have the same visual sense, whereas those without embossings looked different between in-person and digital evaluations. Assessments based on visual classification showed that both in-person and digital evaluations had the same sensibility. This study is meaningful in suggesting that when evaluating the visual sense of fashion material, the sensation for the digital screen versus in person may be different in some cases.

디지털방송, DAB 등과 같은 디지털 오디오 방송 서비스를 위한 디지털 시스템을 설계하기 위해서는 오디오 음질을 평가하기 위한 방법이 필수적이다. 기존의 방식은 인간의 귀를 이용한 주관적 방식을 이용함으로서 많은 시간과 비용을 들이게 되며, 음질평가를 하는 사람의 주관적 의견에 많이 좌우하게 된다. 그러나 최근 ITV-R에서는 오디오 음질의 객관적 평가를 위한 BS.1387(PEAQ)를 제안함으로 많은 시간과 비용을 절감하고 신뢰할 수 있는 결과를 얻게 되었다. PEAQ는 인간의 귀에서의 신호의 처리과정과 인식과정을 심리음향모델과 인식모델로 분리하여 구성함으로써 주관적 평가의 SDG(Subjective Difference Grade)에 대응하는 ODG(Objective Difference Grade)를 구하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 PEAQ의 심리음향 모델과 인식 모델을 원리와 과정을 평가 분석하였다.

디지털콘텐츠는 인터넷 기반 사업 분야의 핵심요인으로 인지되어져 왔다. 디지털콘텐츠 산업은 인터넷 등의 매체를 통해 가치 확산이 빠르게 이루어질 수 있으나 유통 과정의 문제로 인해 사업적 성공을 기대하기는 쉽지 않다. 현재까지 제시된 관련 사업모델은 오프라인 상에서 진행되어 온 유형재(Goods)나 서비스 모델을 반영하여 디지털콘텐츠 분야의 성공적인 사업화를 위한 필요요소를 적극적으로 반영하지 못하여 왔다. 본 연구에서는 디지털콘텐츠의 사업적 성과 향상 및 부가가치 창출을 위해 고려하여야 할 요인을 반영한 사업모델과 그 평가방법을 제시하였다. 또한 제시된 사업모델의 성공적 운영을 위한 전략을 환경에 따라 차별적으로 제시하였다

With the advancement of digital technology, a variety of digital materials are being utilized in education. For their appropriate use of digital resources, teachers need to be able to evaluate the quality of digital resource and determine the suitability for teaching. This study explored how preservice teachers evaluate TocToc-Math, an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based math support system. Based on an evaluation framework developed through prior research, preservice teachers evaluated TocToc-Math with evidence-based criteria, including content quality, pedagogy, technology use, and mathematics curriculum alignment. The findings shows that preservice teachers positively evaluated TocToc-Math overall. The evaluation tendencies of preservice teachers were classified into three groups, and the specific characteristics of each factor differed depending on the group. Based on the research results, we suggest implications for improving preservice teachers' evaluation abilities regarding the use of digital technology and AI in mathematics education.
