The aim of this article was to review various methods used to evaluate the accuracy of digital dental models. When evaluating the accuracy of digital models, the errors can be reduced by educating examiners and using artificial landmarks. The accuracy evaluation methods of digital dental models are divided into linear measurement, 2-dimensional cross-sectional analysis, and 3-dimensional best fit measurement. As the technology of scanners develops, many studies have been conducted to compare the accuracy of digital impression and conventional impression. According to improvement of scan technologies and development of 3-dimensional model analysis software, the ability to evaluate the accuracy of digital models is becoming more efficient. In this article, we describe the methods for evaluating the accuracy of a digital model and investigate effective accuracy analysis methods for each situation.

The purpose of this article is to evaluate the quality of digital libraries which Korean society has built with. To the end, first discussed is the operational definition of digital library, which has a variety of meanings and definitions. For the quality evaluation, 10 criteria were developed on the basis of both literature review and user survey. Followed was a thorough investigation to identify the present status of digital library construction. Then, we selected the most representative digital libraries in Korea, and conducted the quality verification on the basis of previously developed 10 criteria. The conclusion includes both major causes of low quality and some strategies for improving the low quality of digital libraries at the national level.

Digital content industry is expected to grow due to the development of new devices and technologies, convergence between genres and technologies. However, Financial support system for the field of digital content has not been activated due to the digital content industry has the characteristics of a lot of initial investment costs and an uncertain profitability. This paper deals with the financial plan of activation of digital content businesses using technology evaluation. For this purpose, first, examine status of digital content businesses(status and sales financing, etc). Second, discuss development methods of digital contents finance based on the analysis of the digital content industry. This study is useful for deriving the development methods of digital contents finance using the technology valuation.

The purpose of this study is to review recent studies on the service quality evaluation of digital libraries and to derive from research trends and several suggestions. Specifically, this paper compared and analyzed recent literatures on e-service quality evaluation of digital libraries in Korea with regard to service quality evaluation models and measure methodologies. Finally, this study offered two important suggestions. The one is the necessity of developing a standardized service quality evaluation model for digital libraries which is customized in korean environment and the other is establishment of development guideline of service quality evaluation for digital libraries.

디지털 워터마킹 기법 평가를 위한 다양한 시도가 행해지고 있다. 특히 디지털 영상에 대한 공격기법을 도구화한 것중에 Matlab으로 구현된 Checkmark가 개발되어 있다. 특히 디지털 영상에 대한 워터마킹 수행모듈(삽입, 추출포함)은 평가를 위한 공격모듈과 별개로 분리할 수밖에 없는 실정이었다. Checkmark는 특별히 워터마킹의 추출과정을 사용자가 설정하여 Checkmark 수행 모듈에 포함시킬 수 있도록 배려하였다. 이러한 시도는 새로운 워터마킹 알고리즘의 개발 과정에 상당히 효율적인 부분이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 점을 중심으로 Checkmark의 사용자 설정 모듈을 소개하고자 한다.

With the acceleration of information digitization caused by fast growth of Information Technology, the application of digital forensics has increased but it is underestimated because digital evidence is easy to forge. Especially, the evaluation of the reliability of digital forensics organization is judged only by judges domestically because there is no objective verification system or evaluation method of the capability of digital forensics organization. Therefore, the evaluation model and indices of the capability of digital forensics concentrated on the digital forensics organization, personnel, technology, facilities and the procedure in domestic justice system was presented in this research after reviewing the domestic and foreign evaluation method and the standard of the capability of digital forensics and information security. The standard for judicial evaluation of digital evidence and composition, management, evaluation of digital forensics organization would be presented based on this research.

The digital content industry, purred by the growth of high technology content digitization is growing in demand for content technology. The development of the digital content industry and competitive technology ensure that superior digital content is essential. National policy development through business support enables the digital content industry to pursue technology development, transfer and trade, export and industrial use of digital content and value creation to maximize the time required for project. To this end, significant public and corporate funds to strengthen competitiveness for digital content on research and development. Companies perform research and development for effective decision-making, and invest in an archive to check the efficiency and soundness of technology valuation systems in place. This research studies the development of digital content, technology, and the old methods of technology commercialization to facilitate the growth and development of digital content throughout the business world. In order to assess the value of this support, a technology valuation framework has been developed and applied to this case to validate its usefulness.

The study aims to explore the alternatives through case analysis in the UK, which is quickly responding with appraisal policies and guidelines appropriate to the digital age. Through a theoretical study, it was confirmed that the concept of appraisal in the digital age was extended to decisions on which records to be created and acquired, and in this context, that the value of records needed to be determined at the earliest point in their life cycle. Furthermore, the advantages of macro-appraisal methods and the inevitability of expanding appraisal groups were outlined. Based on this discussion, the change in the British public record appraisal policy was discussed from a policy perspective, and the current British public record appraisal system was analyzed. Based on the analysis of various policy statements and guidelines, general appraisal criteria, 60 operation selection policies and appraisal processes were discussed. As a conclusion, this study discusses various alternatives to appraisal policies in the digital age.

인터넷과 디지털 환경은 지금까지 운영되어 왔던 학술정보시스템에 대한 재검토를 요구하고 있다. 도서관 운영에 있어서도 새로운 정보환경과 매체의 발전으로 인하여 자료의 수집에서 서비스 정보에 이르기까지 변화된 정보환경에 부합하는 평가모형의 개발을 요하고 있다. 따라서 새로운 정보환경과 매체 변화에 적합한 도서관의 운영과 서비스를 창출하기 위하여 국내외의 평가기준을 분석하여 디지털 환경에 적합한 대학도서관의 평가 항목과 평과 지표를 제안하고자 한다.
