The purpose of this paper is to analyze the legality of the restructuring and the using of the library data by corpus, the linguistic analysis data. In the process of the analysis, the definition of corpus is tried and its possible application areas are mentioned. It is also proved how its applications are related to the copyright. In addition the problems in the present interpretations of the copyright for the library materials are analyzed in terms of to be read by machine rather than to be read by mankind, especially when the data is stored in the forms of the digital data.

Electronic Copyright Management System is the technical solution to protect copyright and to manage the distribution of digital contents in network environment. This paper examined the theoretical plane of Electronic Copyright Management System and analyzed the characteristics and the protection technologies of some of the commercial systems. And this paper investigated the essential protection technologies and payment systems that is needed to develop and manage the successful system in the future. Finally this study suggested the fundamental function model of Electronic Copyright Management System.

냅스터와 소리바다와 같은 P2P기술을 이용한 파일 공유 서비스를 통해 컨텐츠의 불법사용이 급속하게 확산됨에 따라 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 불법복제방지 및 저작권 보호·관리를 위한 DRM기술에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 DRM 기술에 대해 알아보고 국내·외 DRM 개발현황을 살펴보기 위해 국내·외 DRM 관련 제품 현황, 특허현황, 표준화현황 등을 위주로 조사하여 비교·분석하고자 한다.

The Internet presents a unique platform for disseminating digital content such as music, video, games, software, text, business and proprietary corporate information. It promises ubiquitous access, while at the same time fundamentally challenging the traditional rules of ownership and distribution of content. In such environment, safe protection and proper delivery of digital content would be a crucial requirement toward a new e-business model. Research on the Digital Rights Management (DRM) focuses on filling this functional vacancy of the market transition by providing a more viable business model based. XrML(eXtensible Rights Markup Language) provides a universal tool for specification of rights, fees, and issuing conditions(licenses) associated with the use and protection of digital content. ContentGuard has developed XrML to unify the Digital Rights Management(DRM) specifications and encourage interoperability. It seems that all working groups of DRM agree to use XrMl for their right description language.

Therefore, MPEG-21 framework proposed the REL(Right Expression Language) based on XML(extensible Markup Language) by rights expression language for rights management. We designed and implemented of the REL document editing system that rights creation and edit are available efficiently about contents easily without comprehension of MPEG-21 framework and client system that present consumption method of REL document.

MPEG-4 has mediocrity Standing encoding personality to process multimedia data including audio and video etc in the Internet and computer. It can use extensively without being limited to one territory of communication, computer, broadcasting, Mobile etc. Like this, according as digital contents do fetters to MPEG-4 is circulated, copyright problem was risen. So, people had a lot of interests to protect and manage copyright. Hereupon, MPEG of the ISO/IEC established IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection) standard, and supplements and corrects continuously standard. Therefore, existing system does fetters to MPEG-4 need system that process IPMP information. Hereupon, in this paper, designed system module that is processed by IPMP extension standard that progress now, and embodied copyright protection and management system that user can insert and update IPMP information efficiently within whole or specification part of MPEG-4 digital contents.

Current DRM system has limitation in protection of user's privacy Therefore, many troubles are expected in service providing if it comes into the ubiquitous times of context-aware environment. HKUST Proposed a watermark-based web service DRM system. However, the relevant study does not consider ubiquitous environment and cannot provide service that considered a context. And privacy protection of a user is impossible. On the other hand, Netherlands Phillips laboratory indicated a privacy problem of a DRM system and they proposed an alternative method about this. However, in relevant study, a Sniffing/Replay attack is possible if communicated authentication information are exposed between a user and device. We designed web services adaptable privacy-aware DRM architecture which supplements these disadvantages. Our architecture can secure user authentication mechanism for sniffing/Replay attack and keep anonymity and protect privacy Therefore , we can implement the privacy-aware considered web service DRM system in Context-Aware environment.

Various studies to increase customer satisfaction of a web based system are performed actively. Also in recent days an interest about the personalization that supporting a order type service on customer's viewpoint was raised. So the studies supporting the personalization is required in a web-based marketing system. In this study, we designed an intelligent recommendation system which supporting one to one web marketing using cross selling. The proposed system used an intelligent data mining method as a concurrent cross selling and a sequential cross selling. Also, In experiment on the prototype, we show a proposed system was usable in an practical system applying the mining result.

정보통신기술의 발달로 학술정보가 디지털화되고 온라인으로 유통이 이뤄지면서 영리 출판사를 통한 신속하고 광범위한 배포가 활발해졌다. 그러나 이 과정에서 불명확한 저작권 귀속 규정으로 인한 저작권 침해 문제가 부각되었다. 이 연구에서는 국내 학술지의 저작권 귀속 규정과 저작권 양도 동의서의 현황에 대해 살펴보고, 학술정보 유통 채널의 유형 간 원문 제공 빈도를 비교하고 분석하였다. 본 고는 분석 결과를 통해 현행 저작권 귀속 규정의 문제점을 도출하고, 향후 진행될 저작권 동의서 표준안 개발의 연구 방향을 설정하는 것으로 제한한다.
