A Device performance analyzing method for appropriate level in hybrid rendering model is suggested. In recent research, we proposed a hybrid rendering model which is applying a proper shading method to each of polygons consisting of an object. The number of polygon for Gouraud shading and that for flat shading should be considered according to a current device performance and system environments. Therefore, this paper suggests the method to calculate automatically a proper resolution of a mesh of object and a proper level of mixture between Gouraud and a flat shading, considering a current device performance and a preference of end-user. The rendering model is so simple that it can be an efficient replacement to reduce a real-time rendering time since it provides automatically multi-level of rendering resolution to an executing environments. Moreover, it can be adopted in real-time adaptive service for 3D graphic contents like a graphic game under various device environments.

Digital accredited certificates issued under the Digital Signature Act provide essential functionalities for online service, so certificates are used for various services such as online banking, e-government. However, certificates can be stolen by hackers and users need to install separate software to use certificates. Recently FIDO, which aims to solve the problems of password-based authentication and the lack of interoperability between authentication methods, is used for biometric authentication and TrustZone, hardware-based secure environment, is used for safe smartphone usage. In this paper, the new service method is suggested which uses FIDO-based biometric authentication and stores certificates in TrustZone. This method can not only improve security and convenience but also be easily applied to the service because it uses built-in functionalities of new smartphones such as biometric sensors and TrustZone. It is expected that people can use certificates in a safe and convenient way with this method.

Digital revolution is switching existing paradigms such as analogue to digital, off-line to on-line. Electronic commerce is the single most significant element to change the economic and social environments. After the middle of 1990's, electronic commerce have introduced two scenes; dramatic change of the existing distribution surroundings ad noticeable achievement of the economic advance and social efficiency. But, in the same scene, electronic commerce can be a threat to business condition, especially logistics management. In this study, we've done an empirical study to the experts who are in the real field; B2C and TPL(third party logistics). By the result of the study, we found five factors which means logistics bottlenecks to electronic commerce between business to consumer(B2C) as like; specialization and information, service quality and service variety, benefit-cost, reliability, and legal and policy factor.

The aim of this study is to investigate influential factors for depression with respect to mental health in the elderly and present the groups in order to develop intervention strategies with human for the prevention of depression and suicide. For this purpose, this study held interviews using a questionnaire targeting normal elderly above the age of 65 who did not use social welfare services living in Seoul, Gyonggi and Jeonnam. The data collected was analysed with the use of a frequency test, a descriptive statistical analysis, a correlation analysis and a multi-regression analysis. The results of the study show that the influence of psychological factors in the subjects on their depression was significant. That is, Depending on your type of psychological factors of family influences the sense of difference of melancholy. Second, the influence of material factors of the subjects on their depression was significant depending on their family type. That is, the influence of material factors in the elderly on their depression differed depending on family type.

The purpose of this study is to provide data for the development of a nursing intervention program by analyzing the concept of prisoner correction. From April 1st, 2016, to July 30th, the research literature on all domestic and international prisoner correction from 2011 to 2015 were searched using PubMed and NDSL RISS. 37 documents were analyzed according to conceptual analysis method procedures by Walker and Avant. In order to promote a positive attitude toward life through internal reflection of prisoner correction, individual characteristics for improvements in problem solving abilities, social adaptation abilities, re-socialization and the protection of the people and society to inmates displaying anti-social and moral behaviors that violated the law. The purpose of this study was to establish a desirable direction for prisoner correction, and provide a theoretical basis for the development of a nursing intervention program.

In this paper, we provide a comprehensive overview and classification on a wide range of the existing location management schemes which have been reported for wireless cellular networks and Mobile IP-based networks, respectively. In addition, from the various previous literature, we derive common key conceptual techniques, their main design goals and performance considerations on them, which can provide a useful guidance for understanding location management schemes regardless of network types. The aim of this paper is not to propose a new scheme for location management, but to highlight the various key design features involved in the design of the existing location management schemes, and to enhance an insight into the fundamental principles and techniques for designing more efficient and optimized location management scheme in future wireless mobile networks. We expect that regardless of network types, these underlying fundamental principles and conceptual techniques could be also easily tailored for more efficient mobility/QoS support in future mobile computing environments.

Creative economy has been characterized by ideas popularized commercialization. So young age of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education, and is easily capable of founding a new culture is created by the right products and services they lead the more outstanding talent in the way of entrepreneurship creates even young and energetic national economy. Such a wide range of system implementation and curriculum development to complete the creative economy with ecology is also a very critical situation. The development of a systematic entrepreneurship curriculum that promote creative thinking and planning ability for creative convergence of economic times is a top priority. The present study considered that the early stages of convergence entrepreneurship program presents a convergence process of entrepreneurship education through a process-oriented research based on statistics.

As industrial technology advances, convenience is also being developed. Many people living in big cities are commuting using transportation such as buses, taxis, cars, etc. and enjoy leisure, so research is needed to reduce the damages caused by traffic accidents. This study deals with estimating road-level rainfall in real-time. A rainfall observation data and radar data provided by the Korea meteorological administration were collected in real-time to create an integrated database, which was estimated as road-level rainfall by universal kriging method. Besides, we conducted a study to interactively visualization of mash-up road traffic information in real-time with integrating rainfall information.

Present study notes that youth poverty is not only an income deficit, but also a deficit in various dimensions of life such as housing, work and health deficit. Multidimensional poverty is measured by four dimensions: income, work, housing and health. The sample is a 2630 one-person household female youth pooled from the Korea Welfare Panel 10-Year Data. The analysis tool used SPSS statistical program, and the analysis framework was the deficiency rate by dimension, the correlation analysis between deficiency dimension, and the overlapping rate of N dimension poverty. As a result, women's youth in Korea had higher deficit rate in terms of work and housing than other dimensions, and the proportion of women youth who were both poor in work and housing at the same time was also relatively higher than in other cases. Based on these results, this study proposes the construction of customized job services, job matching with small and medium-sized enterprises and allocation of one young woman's household among the targets of long-term chartered housing. Female youth's sharing-economy association should be considered as alternatives.

Recently, public certificates issued by nationally-recognized certification bodies have been abolished, and internet companies have issued their own common certificates as certification authority. The Electronic Signature Act was amended in a way to assign responsibility to Internet companies. As the use of a joint certificate issued by Internet companies as a certification authority is allowed, it is expected that the fraud damage caused by the theft of public key certificates will increase. We propose an authentication model that can be used in a security gateway that combines PKI with a blockchain with integrity and security. and to evaluate its practicality, we evaluated the security of the authentication model using Sugeno's hierarchical fuzzy integral, an evaluation method that excludes human subjectivity and importance degree using Delphi method by expert group. The blockchain-based joint certificate is expected to be used as a base technology for services that prevent reckless issuance and misuse of public certificates, and secure security and convenience.
