The purpose of this study is to find the mediative effects of social capital in the effective path of the satisfaction of education welfare project on school adaptation, and to find out the path difference between elementary and middle school students. We surveyed 153 elementary and 124 middle school students in Gangwondo. These data analyzed by multiple group analysis of structural equation. Elementary school students realized that social capital has an effect on school adaptation. Middle school students realized that the satisfaction of education welfare project has an effect on school adaptation, and social capital has an effect on school adaptation. There is not a mediative effect of school capital on the effect of the satisfaction on school adaptation for two groups. Based on these results, implications to improve the school adaptation for elementary and middle school students were suggested.

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationships between online and offline social capital and psychological well-being of university students. Data came from 236 university students who attended 4-year universities in Seoul and had used Social Network Service. The results of this study indicated that only offline social capital was statistically significant to predict psychological well-being including depression and happiness when both online and offline social capital variables were entered. In detail, the university students' depression was associated with their gender, satisfaction with their economic status, and offline bridging social capital. In addition the students' happiness was associated with their satisfaction with their economic status, offline bridging, and bonding social capital. These results indicate that offline social capital is more important for improving psychological well-being of university students compared to online social capital. Policy implications for improving psychological well-being of university students are discussed.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the causal relationship between positive emotions, positive psychological capital, and organizational identification, and to examine the double mediating effect. In this study, 369 social workers in 10 social welfare facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were sampled. The results of this study show that compassion experienced by the social workers has a positive effect on positive emotion and organizational identification, and positive psychological capital has a significant effect on the organization identification. In addition, double mediating effect of positive emotion and positive psychological capital were also shown to be significant in the relationship between compassion and organizational identification. Therefore, this study has the theoretical implication that double mediating effect of positive emotion and positive psychological capital are demonstrated in the relationship between compassion and organization identification. In future research, sample collection should be done for the generalization of the sample, and the mediating effect of positive organizational identity should also be performed.

In this study, the correlation between convergence factors including social, environmental, psychological and physical factors and the health-related quality of life was examined using a structural equation model to find a practical alternative for improving the quality of life in the elderly people living alone. This study targeted 13,771 seniors from single households aged 65 and over, who were subject to the community health survey in 2014. Social capitals, stress, subjective health conditions and EQ-5D of the subjects were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The analysis findings are as follows. The results of the model fit was good value with CFI=.906, GFI=.955, RMSEA=.074. In conclusion, these results demonstrate that for maintaining health and improving the quality of life in the elderly people living alone, families and local communities need to increase social capitals by providing care service for the elderly people living alone and grounds that they can participate in.

Industrialization and urbanization have caused health inequality between rural areas and cities. Health care in rural area is insufficient comparing to urban areas. This study examined the effects of social capital, Health Information, and medical communication factors on Health status in rural community using structural equation modeling. First, social capital has an effect on medical communication with physicians and medical communication impacts on health status. Second, health information orientation has an impact on health behavior and Internet health information. Lastly, health information orientation influenced by Internet health information as a mediator affects health status. As a whole, this study contributes to theoretical explanation about determinants of health status in communities by examining structural path of the effects of social factors and communication factors on health status in rural area.

This research applied the concepts of IT architecture and IT governance for managing with an integrated computing environment and organized structure, which base a digital library's management and operation. It also aims to analyze the structural system between information technology of human resources and strategy alignment elements of business, which both constitute the core content. Social network analysis software was used to investigate the complicated relationship between IT and business-related strategy alignment elements. The following is the results of carrying out this research on the social network structure and features of strategy alignment elements for a digital library. First, analysis indexes for strategy alignment elements and social network of a digital library were developed. Second, an analysis model was designed based on the analysis index for social network as to strategy alignment elements. Analysis model was appraised by collecting social network datasets for such strategy alignment elements as Communications, Competency and Value, Governance, Partnership, Scope and Architecture, and Skills against the Business strategy, Information strategy, Business and Technology of a digital library. As for the content of analysis, social network structure and specific features were analyzed in relation to a digital library's (1) General social network, (2) Structure of strategy alignment elements, (3) Strategy fit and Functional integration.

본고에서는 미래 스마트 사회(Smart Society) 국가 ICT 인프라 전략으로 스마트 인프라 추진방향을 제시한다. 스마트 인프라는 스마트 인적역량, 법제도, 거버넌스, 네트워크 인프라 등으로 구성되는 디지털 사회간접자본으로서 국가사회 전반의 정보화 하부구조를 이루게 된다. 이에 미래 스마트 사회로의 변화에 따른 스마트 인프라 구성요소별 추진방향을 제안하고, 현재 ICT정책 추진현황에 대한 고찰을 기반으로 스마트 네트워크 중심의 스마트 인프라 추진방향을 제시한다.

정보화 시대의 도래와 함께 원자력발전소 등 사회 간접자본의 중요 시설에서 운영되는 각종 장치들 역시 디지털화되면서 기존에 존재하지 않았던 사이버 공격에 대한 위협이 현실화되고 있다. 이러한 중요 사회 간접자본 등의 운영에 위협을 가하는 행위는 사회적으로 경제적으로 매우 큰 재난을 발생시킬 수 있기 때문에 공격 발생 이전에 사전 방어 체계를 구축해야 하는데, 이때, 실질적으로 위협이 되는 취약점의 존재 여부를 사전 인지하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 원자력발전소의 계측제어계통에서 운영되는 국산화된 디지털 장치에 대하여 관련 취약점을 확인하고 확인된 취약점의 실질적인 위험도를 장치의 운영환경 특징을 반영하여 도출하며, 주요 기기의 운영 규제지침의 준수 여부를 점검하는 도구의 개발 결과를 소개한다. 본 논문은 원자력발전소 상에서 운영되는 시스템을 주요 대상으로 작성되었다.

The purpose of this study is to consider the effect of the volunteer participation motivation of the elderly on the convergence formation of the social capital. This study is based on the quantitative research of 390 older adults who have participated on the volunteer programs run by welfare center and culture center for the elderly at Incheon area. The results are as follows. First, social responsibility and self-realization (independent variables) have effect on social trust(dependent variable). Second, self-realization(independent variable) has effect on social participation(dependent variable). Third, but social activity(independent variables) have not effect on social trust and social participation(dependent variable). This study can be use to propose policies related to the social activity for the elder's good life.

The purpose of this study is to elaborate the underlying mechanism by which information competency of those with disabilities influences their level of life satisfaction through a mediator, social capital built up through online and offline activities. To this end, the research conducts mediation analysis, comprised of three sets of regression by using the data of the "2018 Report on the Digital Divide." The results demonstrate that the information competency of those with disabilities has a significant effect on their level of life satisfaction; the higher the information competency, the greater the social capital. In addition, social capital partially mediates the relationship between information competency and life satisfaction. The policy implications from this study indicate that the efforts to improve information competency of those with disabilities should be made in a way that facilitates social interactions and community participation.
