Comparative analysis of methods for digital simulation (디지털 전산모사를 위한 방법론 비교분석)

  • Computer simulation plays an important role for a theoretical foundation in convergence technology and the interpolation is to know the unknown values from known values on grid points. Therefore it is an important problem to select an interpolation method for digital simulation. The aim of this paper is to compare analysis of interpolation methods for digital simulation. we test six different interpolation methods namely: Quartic-Lagrangian, Cubic Spline, Fourier, Hermit, PWENO and SL-WENO. Through digital simulation of a linear advection equation, we analyse pros and cons for each method. In order to compare performance, we introduce accuracy computing and Error functions. The accuracy computing is used well-known $L^1-norm$ and the Error functions are dispersion function, dissipation function and total error function. High-order methods well apply to computer simulation, unfortunately, side-effects (Oscillation) happen.

  • Study about existence of illusion which human beings feel from imitated image based reality have been continuing by copy theory and conventionalism for a long time. Traditional copy theory which had controlled representation theory from plato have explained illusion by similarity of image and representation objects. According to copy theory, image is natural sign unlike language but the late in the 20th century, conventionalism from N, Goodman insists they are not any special similarity between image and representation objects. They insist image and conventional sign just as language. These opposit theory rearranged conventionalism by the entrance on the cognitive science. The copy theory couldn't explain the problem of representational gap between reality and duplication, but photo media makes new paradigm about theory of the illusion. The problem of representational gap was disappeared by CGI images on the base of digital media. We are exposed exquisite duplication for a example, movie, advertisement, printings. Sometimes duplications are more real than the original works. Digital is a non-material object by 0 and 1. Specially real lighting skill and mechanism are copied perfectly by photon mapping skills and the duplications are produced more real than the original works. By disappearance of representational gap, we need new theory model for explaining of digital illusion and copy theory can be the key.

  • 본 연구에서는 광섬유 자이로(Fiber Optic Gyro)의 광학부 간섭계를 모사하고자 한다. 디지털 신호처리를 이용하여 광섬유 고리의 응답특성을 모사한다. 디지털 신호의 1bit 분해능으로 0.1deg/hr의 성능을 내는 광섬유 자이로를 모사하기엔 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 Random Noise를 활용하여 분해능을 높임으로써 광섬유 고리의 성능을 정확히 모사하고자 한다. 입력 레이트에 Random Noise를 실어줌으로써 1bit 분해능의 성능을 높일 수 있다. 1bit 사이의 값들이 랜덤노이즈로 인해 1bit 더해지거나 빼짐으로써 정확한 값을 갖을 수 있다.

  • 최근에 들어 디지털 트윈에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있다. 디지털 트윈은 컴퓨터 기반 시뮬레이션을 통해 물리적 사물이나 현상을 모사함으로써 대상을 최적화하는 기술이다. 그러나 기존의 독립된 디지털 트윈으로는 현실의 복합적인 상호작용을 분석할 수 없다는 한계가 존재한다. 이를 극복하고자 도입된 개념이 연합 디지털 트윈이다. 본 논문에서는 연합 디지털 트윈의 기술적 정의를 살펴보고, 이를 활용한 디지털 트윈의 모듈화 기법을 제안한다.

  • In this study, we propose an algorithm of the method of recovering quickly find the location of the error encountered during separate operations in the functional structure of complex digital circuits by mimicking the self-healing function of the cell. By the digital circuit was divided by 9 function block unit of function, proposes a method that It can quickly detect and recover the error position. It was the detection and recovery algorithms for the error location in the digital circuit of a complicated structure and could extended the number of function block for the $3{\times}3$ matrix structure on the digital circuit.

  • 생명을 지니는 세포는 생성 및 소멸의 과정을 거치게 된다. 본 논문에서는 세포가 지니는 자가복구 기능을 모사한 디지털 시스템 설계에서의 설계 방향에 대해 연구한다. 세포의 본래 구조인 3차원 배열이 아닌 FPGA를 이용하여 Cell들을 2차원 구조로 설계하기 때문에 차이가 있지만 시스템 세부 블록간의 연결 구조를 3차원적인 배열 형태의 구조로 설계 하였다.

  • In this study, we propose an algorithm to simulate the function of the coupling structure and having two neurons to find out exactly recover the temporary or permanent position errors that can occur during operation in a digital circuit was separated by function, a 3x3 array. If any particular part in the combined cells are differentiated cells have a problem that function to other cells caused an error and perform the same function are subjected to a step of apoptosis by the surrounding cells. Designed as a function block in the function and the internal structure having a cell structure of this digital circuit proposes an algorithm.

  • 'Eojin', king's portraits, had been produced during the Joseon dynasty. The portrait of King Taejo, the founder of the Joseon dynasty, remain at National Palace Museum of Korea and Gyeonggijeon portrait hall in Jeonju and Junwonjeon portrait hall in North Korea that has been recorded in original glass plate photo in 1911. Many replica of Eojin have been made since it is important to preserve and protect original one. In this study, the portrait of King Taejo, which is possessed by National Palace Museum of Korea, was researched for making replication standard version of the original form. It was focused on derivations of each artefacts and drawing lines those had been described on the picture including comparison among three portraits of King Taejo. Producing the replication standard version of King Taejo's portrait, the digital restoration techniques by the method of partition area scanning was applied. Accurate and precise detail result that is taken by digital imaging technique gives additional information regarding the relations among three portraits of King Taejo.

  • 본 연구에서는 다용도 구동 모사 장치인 VDS(versatile driving simulator)를 이용하여 기존에 상용되고 있는 AC-PDP의 파형 분석 및 구동 파형 최적화를 위한 기초 연구 결과들을 소개한다. 일반적으로 PDP, FED, LCD 등의 평판 표시장치들은 패널 자체의 특성 뿐만 아니라 패널에 인가되는 전압 파형과 구동 방법에 따라 효율 및 화질을 포함한 전체 성능이 크게 좌우된다. 따라서 각 표시장치에 가장 적합한 파형과 구동법을 연구하는 것은 매우 중요한 과제이다. 특히 PDP의 경우 구동 파형이 효율과 화질에 미치는 영향은 절대적이라 해도 과언이 아니다. 그러나 이들 평판 표시장치를 구동하는 상용회로들은 스위칭 회로를 이용한 것이 대부분으로 한 개의 파형 당 한 부분의 회로가 담당하는 형태로 되어 있다. 즉 자유도가 매우 제한되어 있다. 따라서 파형 변화에 따른, 그리고 구동법의 변화에 따른 연구를 하기 위해서는 많은 인력과 시간이 소요된다는 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 새로운 개념의 구동모사 장치 VDS(versatile driving simulator)를 개발하였다. VDS 시스템은 디지털 기술과 아날로그 기술을 통합하여 제작된 구동 모사장치로써 평판 표시 장치에 인가되는 실제 파형 및 구동법을 손쉽게 변화시킬 수 있으며 이의 결과를 빠르게 확인할 수 있도록 설계되었다.
