Home network is a network composed of devices in home and is being expanded by evolving devices. Also, The number of digital contents in home network has been increasing steadily. But it is difficult to continually protect the rights of digital contents due to lack of interoperability among contents devices. Besides, a license has to be re-issued by DRM sever for contents transfer between devices. Thus, this paper proposes framework which can freely transfer and contents to another device through mutual device authentication and a system that can decrease overload of license management of the DRM sever and that enable device outside home network to use contents through user authentication.

To verify correct operation of measuring instruments, we request the verification of measuring instrument to the agency that holds inspection devices. This works requires time and cost to the company. For this reason. We proposed "Smart Network Interface Card Model" for remote control of measuring instruments. Our model based on Web adapter, can add, delete and change the program to an existing web adapter from remote system. Furthermore, more than one program can be loaded, and can be updated from the remote system of internet. And also we can change the verification requirement of measuring instrument, hence it makes more good quality and competitive power of instruments.

With the development of modem communication and networking technology, more and more computing and communication facilities, automation equipments, hone information appliances and different type of networking terminals come into home all over the world. The user can control information appliances in home environments. The home environment can communicate with the external network via phone line, wired LAN, wireless LAN, or mixed. However, home information appliances that are connected to the external network are under attack and need to be secured. So specifying suitable security requirements and policies for digital home environment is critical in hone networking environments. This paper analyzes the possible vulnerability to home network, and specifies the security requirements derived from the vulnerability analysis for digital home environment

Given social problems of social network service (SNS) addiction, it is critical to understand user's formation mechanism of SNS addiction. Since a number of studies have demonstrated the negative outcomes of excessive SNS use, the researchers examined important antecedents of SNS addiction as SNS habit that is considered as a key driver of SNS addiction. Moreover, the effects of self-expression, network management, and information search on SNS addition formation were investigated. The proposed theoretical model was empirically tested by using longitudinal survey data collected from 206 Facebook users. The analysis results indicate that SNS habit plays an important role in forming SNS addiction. Further, self-expression, network management, and information search influence SNS addiction through SNS habit. The analysis results offer some in-depth perspectives to SNS providers and government that establish policies or digital convergence strategies to induce healthy SNS use.

최근 경세성장과 함께 생활수준의 향상으로 인하여 에너지 수요는 매년 증가하고 있으며 그 중에서 하나인 전력수요도 역시 급격히 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 이와 더불어 투자자원 및 입지확보의 어려움, 환경제약의 문제로 전력 공급의 어려움은 날로 증가되고 있다. 따라서 수요증가를 전력공급 능력의 증진뿐만 아니라 수요관리 측면에서도 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 전력선 통신은 전력선을 매체로 하기 때문에 신규선로의 포설 없이 가전기기 및 정보화 서비스 모뎀들의 네트워크화에 용이할 뿐만 아니라 커버리지 확장에도 뛰어나서 디지털 가전, 원격검침, 전력설비 감시제어, 국가 재난 감시 시스템 등의 기본 통신 방식으로 가장 유력한 기술로써 디지털 가전을 포함한 유비쿼터스 전기설비 네트워크 구성에서 필수적 기술로 채택되고 있기 때문에 지능형 홈 네트워크, 전력IT 부가서비스, 설비감시 네트워크, 유비쿼터스 네트워크 관련 기술에 대한 파급 효과가 매우 크며, 디지털 가전의 기본 통신 방식으로 가장 유력한 기술로써 디지털 가전 구성에서 필수적 기술로 채택되고 있기 때문에 지능형 홈 네트워크 관련 기술에 대한 파급 효과가 매우 크다. 본 연구에서는 전력선통신모뎀을 이용하여 가전기기의 전력 소비를 감지할 수 있는 센서를 내장한 전력선 통신기반의 전력 감시 모듈을 개발하여 실시간 원격 모니터링을 통해 소비전력 패턴을 작성한다. 그리고 전력감시 모듈에 연결된 가전기기의 소비전력 패턴 분석을 통해 전력소비 이상 유무를 감지할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발, 탑재하여 이상유무를 판단하고 전력소비가 급증할 시 자동으로 전력을 차단하여 화재나 누전의 위험을 방지한다. 이에 본 연구는 전력선통신을 이용하여 전력소비감시 및 이상전력차단에 관한 연구에 관한 것이다.

In order to support the mobility of the wireless devices, at least two APs (Access Points) must be arranged in a single AP area to maintain communication area. In the WLAN (Wireless LAN) environment, seamless handover is one of the most important issues in terms of effective utilization of wireless networks and maximization of services for users. On the other hand, SDN (Software-Defined Networking), which is emerging rapidly in recent years, is revolutionizing network management in terms of flexibility, fine control, and convenience. SDN originally reduces latency time or increases network robustness by real-time flow table control reducing or bypassing paths between switches in LAN-based data centers. In this study, we apply OpenFlow, a SDN platform focused on wired LAN, to a dense WLAN environment using legacy APs to implement and evaluate seamless handover for streaming services of digital contents.

1990년대 후반 이후 등장한 N세대 N generation라는 신조어는 넓게는 '10대 후반과 20대 초반의 새로운 세대'라는 'new'의 개념에서의 N세대 new generation를, 좁게는 '네트워크 network를 자유자재로 다루는 세대' 또는 '네트워크 속에서 생활하는 세대' 라는 '디지털 유저 digital user'의 개념에서의 N세대 network generation를 의미한다. 다시 말해, N세대는 디지털 디바이스의 정보와 지식을 바탕으로 자유롭게 디지털 세상을 넘나드는 젊은 디지털 유저 층이다. 본 연구의 목적은 디지털 디바이스 프로덕트 광고의 한 사례를 기호학적으로 분석하여 '"디지털 디바이스+ N세대=디지털 코드"라는 광고공식'과 '외연과 내연이 합해져 "기술적 시니피앙과 감성적 시니피에"의 상호작용적 조합 interaction'을 찾아보는 것에 있다. 여기서는 광고 분석의 사례로써 삼성 KENOX V4 광고를 이용한다. KENOX V4 는 N세대를 겨냥한 디지털 디바이스 프로덕트이며, 이 광고는 '외국 브랜드를 제압하는 의미의 V'라는 코드를 사용하고 있다. 자기만의 주장을 당당하게 할 줄 아는 N세대가 소년기에 가졌던 한국이라는 자부심이 그가 성인기에 들어선 이후에도 V라는 승리의 표상으로 나타나고 있는 것이다. V4 광고의 이미지는 N세대를 상징하는 강력한 '디지털 코드digital code'를 담아내고 있으며, 그 V4의 메시지는 '4백만 화소'라는 '기술적 시니피앙 technological significant'과 '4가지 승리'라는 '감성적 시니피에 emotional signifie'의 상호작용적 조합을 구성하고 있다.

As there are few documents about how to design and implement a sensor network with Z-Stack, developers can get information from developer's community on Internet. That takes longer time to develop the network. This paper presents how to design and implement a range measuring sensor network with Z-Stack's Generic application and ultrasonic sensors based on CC2530, and then show experimental results through the implemented network. This work will make less time for a developer to implement a sensor network with Z-Stack.
