This study aims to localize the national policies of SMART education for regional educational development in Jeollanamdo province. To achieve the goal, this study analyzed the current status of ICT use in education in the province through a survey, interviews, and the existing relevant policies in national and international levels. The suggested policies were validated by experts from the field of education. As a result, 20 tasks in educational policies of 4 domains were suggested for the Jeollanamdo SMART education. Among them, the development of SMART educational models, building a professional development of teachers for successful implementation, and the development of online performance support system were prioritized for successful educational innovation for Jeollanamdo.

This study show that the policy direction to invigorate smart education for special education based on the view of parents of students with disability through AHP methodology. The result show that development of smart contents, supporting infrastructure, supporting teaching and learning, arrangement for legal basis and building smart education network are relatively important policy ordered by weights. The analysis of weights of sub-factors indicates that various smart contents development considering inability characteristics, the developments of smart devices considering accessibility and preparing legal basis for financial support are important to invigorate smart education for special students ordered by weights.

This study examines the digital divide, one of the main issues in digital media environment, in relation with the digital literacy on the perspective of audience welfare. The study explores the current state of audience welfare policy with regard to the issue of digital divide which can be seen as the dark side of this flourishing digital technology society. The barriers and enablers of the digital divide are discussed with the question of how these factors are related with the digital literacy competence of audience. It has been criticized that both the research efforts and the policy implementations on the digital divide had been set within the limitation of physical access to the digital equipment and technology. Recent studies suggested that the digital divide should be viewed in dynamic interaction of a variety of factors such as psychological dispositions, inner attitudes toward digital media, competence and ability of audiences as well as socio-economic status of individuals. Despite the recent inclusive discussion, however, the role of digital literacy in the digital divide remains unexplored. It should be noted that the question of access is not just to do with equipment, but with skills and knowledge that are required to use equipment. This notion suggests an important implication for the digital divide policy establishment. This study proposes a two-stage solution for reducing the digital divide, in which the first stage focuses on physical access and technology education and the second stage on the digital literacy education.

In this paper, we analyzed about type of related convergence industry in considering of local area specialization industry, and in center of education contents, reviewed about convergency eduction distinction direction in each university. Also in center of domestic convergency industry policy, it analyzed status of recruitment demand in each convergency area. In addition, we were examined major curriculum of the convergency field.

본 연구에서는 미 운송부 산하 고속도로교통안전국에서 규정한 EMT-I 의 미 국립표준교과과정을 알아본 뒤, 기존 피츠버그 의과대학 응급의료센터에서 제공되는 교육과정의 구성과 내용에 대하여 소개하고 미 국립 응급구조사 협회의 연차보고서를 토대로 EMT-I 자격의 미국 내 시행실태를 파악하였다 또한. 각 주별로 제공되는 교육과정의 내용과 EMT-I 구급대원의 활동범위에 대하여는 응급 의료시스템 잡지의 주 별 현황조사를 실시하였다. 끝으로 장기적인 추진과제인 Paramedic 과정 개설에 관하여 제언하였다.

인터넷의 성장과 더불어 e-learning 을 통한 교육의 기회가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 e-learning을 통한 고교의 보충수업이 사교육시장에 미치는 영향을 분석함에 있다. 올해부터 시작된 EBS의 수능교육은 TV와 인터넷을 통하여 이루어지며, 사교육시장에 작지 않은 변화를 가져올 것으로 보인다. 연구방법으로는 EBS의 수능교육의 수요자인 고교생을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다.

최근 인터넷이 발전하면서 교육과 학습의 적용에 관심을 보여 이러닝의 보급과 확산이 화두로 떠오르고 있다. 때에 맞추어 선진국을 비롯한 각국은 플랫폼 독립과 컨텐츠 재사용성 제고를 위한 정보기술 표준활동에 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 교육이라는 특수성과 나라 사이의 정보기술의 격차 때문에 국가 별로 표준에 임하는 입장 차이가 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 본 논문은 이에 관하여 북미, 유럽, 일본, 중국 및 싱가포르에서 추진중인 E-Learning 관련 단체에 대한 현재까지의 활동과 움직임을 분석하고 조명함으로써, 향후 우리가 준비해야 할 정보기술 측면과 교육설계구조 측면에서 전략적이고 실천적인 대응방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 우리나라 청소년들의 경제교육을 좀더 효과적이며 내실 있는 교육방법을 찾는 데에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 세계적 무한경쟁시대(無限競爭時代)에 주역이 되어야 할 우리나라 청소년들에게 어릴 때부터 체계적인 경제 지식과 마인드를 심어줌으로써 미래지향적이고 세계주도적인 인재로 성장할 수 있는 기틀을 잡아주고, 어떻게 교육하는 것이 가장 효과적이며 내실 있는 방법인가를 고찰하였다. 현재 우리나라 초 중 고에서의 경제교육에 관한 현황을 살펴보고, 실태조사를 바탕으로 경제교육의 방향과 활성화에 시사점을 두었으며, 특히 디지털 매스미디어를 중심으로 한 교육방법을 살펴보았다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 디지털 시대의 청소년 경제교육 방향을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청년실업자의 활용이라는 측면에서 청소년경제교육을 직접 지도할 수 있는 전문가를 양성하여야 한다. 정년실업자를 청소년 경제교육에 관한 skill 교육을 통해 전문경제교육자로 양성한 후 현장에 투입하여 활용하는 방안이다. 현재 학교교육에서의 경제교육을 전문적으로 도와줄 수 있는 전문가의 부재를 청년실업자를 바탕으로 정책적, 민간기관의 지원을 바탕으로 자격증을 취득한 전문경제교육자를 현장에서 활용하는 것이다. 둘째, 청소년들의 환경에서 가장 큰 영향력을 행사하는 디지털 매스미디어를 경제교육의 도구로 활용하는 웹 활용교육(WBI)이 되어야 한다. 디지털을 이용한 경제교육의 매력은 매스미디어에 대한 청소년들의 거부감이 없다는데 있다. 그리고 웹 활용 교육(WBI)과 프로그램 개발을 통하여 인터넷과 홈페이지 그리고 다양한 경제교육과 학교 수업에 효율적으로 사용될 수 있다.식품으로서 사료의 위생적인 생산을 가져올 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 서비스에 대한 인지된 유용성과 UI의 편의성은 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 정보 품질, 서비스 연계성, 흥미 성, 시스템 품질은 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정보 품질과 시스템 품질의 결과는 유의 수준에서 크게 넘어가지 않는 결과가 나와 반드시 영향을 미치지 못하는 것은 아니라고 조사되었다. 본 연구는 검색 서비스라는 특정 서비스에 대해서 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 이는 학문적인 측면에서 기존의 통합적인 웹사이트 평가에 대한 연구의 확장을 가능케 하였고, 개인사용자 측면에서는 좀더 좋은 정보를 제공하는 검색 서비스에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있는 계기가 되었다고 할 수 있다. did not showed any characterized sign of acute or subacute liver damage or intestine lesion. 정보기술의 발달에 따라 교육분야의 변화는 교수자 중심에서 배우는 학습자 중심으로 전환되어 가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 변화하는 사업환경의 요소들 중 기업교육에서 웹 기반온라인교육에 대한효과를 조사 하고자하였다. 또한 웹 기반교육의 수강생, 교육환경 요소, 학습자료와의 상호작용을 통한 교육의 영향을 파악하려고 한다. 본 연구결과는 강의의 구성내용과 기술적인 지원은 수강생에 따라 교육실현 정도와 연구 성취도에 영향을 미치고, 강의의 구성을 통하여 교육의 만족도와 효과에 대하여 빠른 학습 능력을 발휘하고, 수강생이 온라인 교육에 대하여 긍정적인 태도를 가진다면 교육효과에 긍정적인 영향을 발휘하고, 수업의 만족도에 대해서도 긍정적인 영향을 발휘한다는 것을 알았다.

The goal of this study is to identify factors that influence on the persistent information security compliance intention of employees. Antecedents suggested in research model are security awareness training and perceived effectiveness of information security policy. Research results show that security awareness training has a positive effect on persistent information security compliance intention as well as effectiveness of information security policy. While policy breadth, which is one of the effectiveness of information security policy, influences on persistent information security compliance attitude and intention, policy brevity does not effect on persistent information security compliance intention. Conclusions and implications are discussed.
