본 논문에서는 디지털헬스케어의 정의와 핵심기술, 그리고 정보보호 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 디지털 헬스케어 기기·서비스를 대상으로 하여 다양한 취약점에 대하여 사이버공격이 가능하다. 본제안의 경우 인프라공격에 대한 대응뿐만아니라 관리적인 정보보호체계수립을 통하여 보다 효과적이며, 지속적으로 대응할 수 있을 것으로 전망된다.

As the well-being mindset to keep our minds and bodies free and healthy more than anything else in the society we live in is spreading, the meaning of health care has become a key part of the 4th industrial revolution such as big data, IoT, AI, and block chain. The advancement of the advanced medical information service industry is being promoted by utilizing convergence technology. In digital healthcare, the development of intelligent information technology such as artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud is being promoted as a digital transformation of the traditional medical and healthcare industry. In addition, due to rapid development in the convergence of science and technology environment, various issues such as health, medical care, welfare, etc., have been gradually expanded due to social change. Therefore, in this study, first, the general meaning and current status of digital health care medical information is examined, and then, developmental tasks to activate digital health care medical information are analyzed and reviewed. The purpose of this article is to improve usability to fully pursue our human freedom.

근래 지구온난화에 따른 자연재해의 증가와 장기 코로나19의 전염으로 사회적 비대면 필요성이 증대되면서 온라인을 통한 건강관리 및 의료 진단·처방 등 디지털 헬스케어의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어로 기존 병원 진료의 온라인 원격 진료/처방이 지속 증가하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 관련 빅데이터를 모아 개인 건강과 질병 상태 정보를 취합하여 건강 관리 및 치료를 하는 디지털 치료제 개발이 급속 진행되고 있으며 관련 벤처 창업도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 디지털 헬스케어, 디지털 치료제 산업의 활성화는 각 개인의 신체 상태를 상시 측정하고 이 정보를 관련 시스템과 연동 할 수 있는 웨어러블 디바이스, 특히 스마트워치의 보급 증대에 힘입은 바가 크다. 본 연구에서는 스마트워치의 기술혁신이 디지털 헬스케어의 수용성에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 확장된 통합기술수용모델을 적용하여 분석하고, 혁신 사례로 스마트워치를 활용한 디지털 수면 치료제 벤처 개발 현황을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 확인한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 디지털 헬스케어 스마트워치의 개인혁신성, 효용가치, 사용편의 등 ICT 변인들에 대한 기술발전의 매개 영향은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 ICT 변인들과 기술발전 매개변수는 디지털 헬스케에 스마트워치 수용의도에 대부분 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 단 기술발전은 개인혁신성에는 크게 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 혁신기술의 디지털 헬스케어 스마트워치 수용의도 영향 평가 결과는 스마트워치 각종 서비스 상품기획과 마케팅에 유효하게 참조 할 수 있을 것으로 보이며 추후 세분화 연구를 통하여 더욱 소비자 특화된 제품과 서비스를 창출하는데 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 사료 된다.

디지털 헬스케어는 헬스케어 산업과 ICT 기술이 융합되어 개인 건강 및 질환을 관리하는 분야로서 소비자 중심의 서비스 제공을 위해 관련 산업이 크게 발전하고 있다. 최근 감염병 시대에 디지털 건강기술을 활용한 비대면 진료에 대한 요구가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 디지털 헬스케어 플랫폼은 비대면 치아 진단 및 치료 견적 플랫폼으로서 시간적·공간적 제약 없이 충치 환자에게 편리한 구강검진이 가능하게 하고, 직접 치과를 방문하지 않아도 치과 전문의에게 본인의 치아 상태를 검진받을 수 있다. 또한, 여러 치과 전문의에게 본인의 치아 치료 견적을 받고 가격을 비교하여 본인이 원하는 적절한 가격과 방법으로 치료하여 비용을 절약할 수 있도록 한다.

This study investigates the IPI (Information Protection Intention) of DHS (Digital Healthcare Service) providers by introducing PMT (Protection Motivation Theory). This study examines the effects of protection motivation, such as threat appraisal and coping appraisal, on IPI, such as ICI(Induction Control Intention) and SDI(Self Defense Intention). The research model, based on the PMT, adopted severity, vulnerability, reaction efficacy and self-efficacy as independent variables. The research model was validated through quantitative research, a survey of 222 DHS providers in South Korea, using structural equation modeling. The results show that (1) a clear awareness of the consequences of security threats increases the understanding of DHS providers on the severity of closure of healthcare information, and thus may decreases abuse of DHS by providers; (2) user confidence and satisfaction on the security system may make them be confident that they can handle the closure of healthcare information by themselves; and (3) although DHS providers are realizing the consequences of closure of healthcare information, they think that they are unlikely to encounter such situations. As a result of this study, venture companies that provide DHS need to provide contents that can continuously increase providers' security level in order to increase providers' information protection intention. It suggests that IPI is important through trust of healthcare service providers.

최근 중대재해처벌법 등 근로자의 안전 및 건강관리를 위한 인식이 확산되며, 기업들의 근로자 건강관리 솔루션으로 디지털헬스케어의 건강관리서비스 플랫폼이 주목받고 있다. 그러나 국내 디지털헬스케어 시장에서 건강관리서비스 플랫폼은 사업화 단계에서 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개인건강기록에 기반한 맞춤형 건강관리서비스 플랫폼의 성공요인의 우선순위를 도출하여 효과적인 운영을 위한 실질적 전략의 시사점을 제시하였다. AHP 방법론을 통한 플랫폼 공급자와 수요자 측면 전문가 집단 연구 결과 법/제도, 데이터 분석 및 플랫폼 설계, 시스템 보안성, 시스템 안정성순으로 나타났다, 본 연구의 우선순위 결과를 통해 건강관리서비스 플랫폼, 나아가 국내 디지털헬스케어의 활성화 및 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

최근 4차 산업시대 도래, 정보통신기술(ICT)의 발전, 코로나19의 여파로 전 세계적으로 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 중요성과 산업의 전망이 높아지고 있다. 한국에서도 디지털헬스케어관련 정책들이 지속적으로 발표되고 있으나 아직까지 많은 중소기업과 스타트업 기업들이 연구 인력, 인프라, 자금 부족 등으로 새로운 정책을 따라가기 어려운 실정에 놓여 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 문헌 연구를 통해 디지털 헬스케어 관련 세계 및 국내 변화요인을 파악하고, SWOT분석을 실시하여 국내 중소기업을 위한 경영전략을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 중소기업이 산업 경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 전략적 대응 및 우선순위 수립 시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The changes in the medical and healthcare are started from the digital technology. The new field of digital healthcare has started fused with existing healthcare, medical technology, and digital technology. It can increase the service effect and reduce healthcare costs by applying ICT skills such as ICBM(Internet of Things, Cloud, Big data and Mobile), artificial intelligence, robotics, virtual, augmented reality, and wearable devices to healthcare services including healthcare, disease management. Recently there has been grafted an artificial intelligence technologies such as AlphaGo of Google and Watson of IBM onto the healthcare area. In this study, we analyze the main technology, ecosystem, platforms for digital healthcare, and lastly future changes in health care services and issues of digital healthcare.

Healthcare is on the verge of a paradigm shift towards an emphasis on wellbeing, integrative health, and prevention of disease, while the traditional medical model focuses solely on end-point treatment. The development of digital technologies has played a major role in this change as digital technology and health have converged. Therefore, many developed countries promote the digital healthcare industry as a new economic growth engine, and Korea is no exception. To promote the digital healthcare industry, the Korean government provides institutional support by improving the legal and regulatory system for medical devices and health data. However, Korea still has an underdeveloped legal and regulatory framework for digital healthcare compared with other countries. In this study, we review the relevant regulatory systems in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan. We then explore newspaper articles and conduct expert interviews to analyze the regulatory situation in Korea and the problems the digital healthcare industry faces. In conclusion, we discuss a regulatory reform plan for development of the digital healthcare industry in Korea.
