The Digital Right Management from illegal copy protects the various digital contents, the use self-admiration which is lawful does to make the contents use, payment leads about use and is a system which protects a copyright voluntary right and a profit the contents free reproduction permits, illegality use the fact that closes thoroughly is goal. Portability rating will lead and as the technique will be able to induce the quality increase of Digital Right Management S/W the strategic engineering development which accommodates an international standard there is a possibility which an objectivity and an application degree will raise. In order to evaluate Portability of Digital Right Management S/W from the research which sees proposed the tentative metric. Also, measured a quality and the result according to the standard which is appropriate accomplished presented clearly presented a research about the method which decides and an evaluation instance and a evaluation method.

Changes in internet and network environment make it possible to provide high-quality content services in real time. As demand for digital content is increased, problems related to intellectual property rights are getting more important. Streaming service like video-on-demand solved this problem by preventing content from being saved. But, as the advent of several tools able to save streamed content, the streamed content is not free from these problems any more. So, with security countermeasure like access control, new technologies to control and manage rights for content are needed. One of the solutions is DRM In this paper, we describe a DRM-based streaming service that can send the ASF stream which is the multimedia file format of Microsoft.

1995년 12월 유럽의회(European Parriament)는 EC내부시장위원회(Internal Market Council)가 제시한 데이터베이스의 법적보호에 관한 유럽의회 및 유럽연합회의의 지침안을 마련하였다. 1996년초에 이 위원회는 이 지침을 공식적으로 채택할 것으로 예상되며, 이 초안에는 각 회원국이 1998년초부터는 이 지침을 이행해야 함을 규정하고 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 데이터베이스의 법적보호에 대한 유럽의회 및 유럽연합회의의 지침을 번역 게재하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠의 암호화키를 Puzzle기법을 사용하여 Puzzle을 재배치하고 재배치한 조합도를 공개키로 암호화 하여 유선을 통하여 전송하고, 조합을 위해 사용된 해쉬값을 OTP를 생성하여 무선으로 사용자에게 전송하는 알고리즘을 제안하고, 재배치된 Puzzl 및 OTP를 E-mail과 Mobile phone을 이용하여 높은 수준의 안전성을 제안하였다. 제안 시스템을 설계하고 구현한 후 성능 평가를 위해 다양한 콘텐츠 파일을 이용하여 실험을 수행하여 제안한 시스템이 기존 시스템에 비해 높은 보안성을 검증하였다.

멀티미디어 기술의 발달과 기반 통신 시설의 발달에 따라 네트워크를 통한 디지털 데이터의 유통이 빈번해졌다. 하지만 이러한 네트워크를 기반으로 한 콘텐츠 시장이 활성화되기 이전에 콘텐츠가 의도된 목적과 콘텐츠에 대한 합법적이고 정당한 권리를 산 사용자에 의해서만 유통되어야 하는 메커니즘이 먼저 확고하게 놓여야 한다. 그러한 메커니즘을 위해서 최근 들어 DRM이나 디지털 워터마킹 같은 기술들이 많이 연구되고 있다. 디지털 핑거프린팅은 디지털 워터마킹 기술을 기반으로 한 새로운 형태의 멀티미디어 저작권 보호의 한 방법이다. 본 고에서는 계산량과 안전성을 개선하기 위해 연구되어 온 디지털 핑거프린팅과 판매자/구매자 워터마킹 기술에 대한 주요 연구들을 살펴본다.

Current certification system use serial key for protect copyright of software and digital contents. But It is not efficient system, because It is not protect copyright through create virtual key or use public key. So we research on various cryptology for prevent illegal copy of serial key, but It is not enough protection of copyright that use software technology only. In this paper, we propose certification system using smart card for protect copyright of software and digital contents.

In ubiquitous environment, more small, lightweight, cheap and movable device is used than one device used in wired network environment. Multimedia service which is anytime, anywhere, is provided by device. However, it does not ensure the fair use of multimedia contents and causes damage to the contents providers because of illegal copy and distribution and indiscriminate use of digital contents. For solving this problems, DRM is applied to wired network but it has the problems does not protect stored license and manage license completely because of depending on simple protection such as device authentication and cryptographic algorithm. This paper proposes the license management model using digital forensic and DRM that prevents contents and licenses from distributing illegally and also enables the creation of evidence for legal countermeasure and the protection of license in whole life cycle.

2012년 지상파 방송은 아날로그 송출을 종료하고 디지털 방송으로 전환된다. 이렇게 전환되는 지상파 디지털 방송은 무료로 누구나 시청할 수 있는 보편적 서비스를 지향하기 때문에, 케이블TV, 위성TV, IPTV 등의 다른 매체와는 달리 기술적 보호조치 없이 방송되고 있다. 또한 DTV 방송프로그램은 원본과 똑같은 화질로 개인이 쉽게 저장할 수 있고 인터넷을 통하여 누구나 쉽게 접근이 가능하기 때문에, DTV 방송프로그램의 무단복제와 인터넷을 통한 불법재배포는 큰 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 불법 대량배포는 방송프로그램의 저작권을 심각히 침해할 뿐만 아니라, 방송사의 고품질의 방송프로그램을 제작환경을 더욱 열악하게 만들고 있다. 또한 일반 사용자는 인식하지 못하는 사이에 인터넷을 통해 불법 콘텐츠를 사용하게 되는 악순환에 빠지게 된다. 이에 본 논문은 KBS에서 추진하고 있는 여러 콘텐츠 보호 기술들을 하나의 보호 고리로 연결하는 KBS 보호기술 체계를 소개하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 KBS는 아래의 3가지 보호 기술을 개발하여 체계적으로 연결하여 적용하고 있다. 첫째, 프로그램의 저작권과 배포 정보를 나타내는 프로그램 보호신호(PPI, Program Protection Information)와 워터마크를 방송 신호에 삽입하여 수신기에서의 프로그램 보호를 추진한다, 둘째, 인터넷 OSP(Online Service Provider)와의 제휴를 통하여 콘텐츠 필터링 기술을 도입하여 프로그램 불법 업로드, 다운로드를 방지한다. 셋째, KBS 저작물 인터넷 모니터링 시스템을 개발하여 인터넷 상의 불법 프로그램 배포정보를 획득하여 불법배포가 진행되는 사이트에 보호를 요청한다.

An electronic commerce model is proposed which distributes digital content in mobile environment. This model resolves the problems caused by various digital content and complex distribution structure. The online distribution systems under the wireless environment include many different factors from the conventional offline and wired networks. Furthermore, the multimedia content may be propagated more easily and illegally. The scheme to protect the rights and profits of people related to the copyrights of digital content is needed. In this paper a framework for electronic commerce of content distribution under the wireless environment based on MPEG-21 is proposed. This model can be applied to the digital rights management system and utilized to protect the rights of trading entities in online distribution of electronic commerce.
