The purpose of this paper is to suggest guidelines for building up an integrated information network(IIN) model that enable to enhance production, flow and use of knowledge and information. The IIN consists of five areas of key infrastructure, such as, education, R&D, labor market, school-industry cooperation, and lifelong education information infrastructure. Based on the analysis of current situations and problems of each information infrastructure, this paper raises variety of issues and solution for the IIN model. Directions for building up the IIN includes both information base infrastructure and information support infrastructure.

Performance of software development is measured by two major criteria - roductivity and quality. Although the criteria is empirically tested in software engineering research, they often present with a limited way under consideration of a few factors or contexts for developers to focus on the either productivity facets or quality facets. Analyzing data on software development performance collected over a 13-year period from 20 countries, we investigated how major software development factors - development type, development platform, development technique, language type, DBMS, methodology, methodology acquisition, CASE,, summary of work effort, resource level, max team size, affect the performance of software development. The results suggest that productivity and quality of software development are affected by different factors and context: function points, line of code, extreme defects, major defects, or minor defects. This research provides the empirical evidence that the two performance criteria require for software developer to have careful attention to find the optimal balance between the two performance criteria.

This study aims to emphasize the importance and activation of citizen oral history. As is well known, research on oral history gradually began in earnest in Korea from the 1980s. Until now, citizen interviews by researchers and elite interviews by researchers have steadily increased in quantity. However, citizen interviews by citizens are insignificant. The "Digital Life-history Archiving" project, which has been under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism since 2021, is a new and meaningful attempt. Citizens are educated on archiving and oral history to conduct interviews and produce archives. It is producing high-quality oral archives, securing citizens' archiving capabilities, and building local cultural resources. Based on the experience of participating in this project in 2021, I evaluated the performance and limitations and looked at the implications. I expect it to help reduce trial and error in the future. I also proposed a plan to actively produce and utilize citizen oral archives. To this end, specific cooperation between oral-history institutions and oral archives platforms were also proposed.

4차 산업혁명의 시대적 요구에 따라 스마트워크, 원격진료, 메타버스 등 원격 접속 기반의 사회 인프라 환경이 확산되고 있으며, 코로나19는 이와 같은 원격접속 환경을 가속화하였다. 원격 접속 환경에서는 공간, 시간, 단말 등의 제약으로부터 비교적 자유롭게 기업 내부의 중요 자원 및 서비스를 이용할 수 있기 때문에 노동 생산성을 증대시킨다는 이점은 있으나, 충분히 검증받지 않은 작업 환경이기 때문에 보안적 측면에서는 문제를 야기시킬 수 있다. 또한 전통적인 정보보호 관리체계에서는 원격접속 환경은 허용하지 않거나 최소화한다는 기본 사상을 바탕으로 설계되어 있기 정보보호 전략적 한계가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 정보보호 전략적 한계를 개선하기 위해 제로 트러스트 아키텍처 기반의 정보보호 관리체계 구축에 대한 방안을 제언한다.

There is a strong correlation between library resources and research productivity, as measured by publications and researcher honors. Therefore, first-class information resources of the academic and research libraries are essential to a productive research infrastructure in Korea. The principal aim of this paper is to develop a structure and framework of KORLIN (Korean Research Library Network) for providing seamless access to the analogue and digital information resources of university and research libraries from workstations of researchers.

본 연구에서는 증권사 정보시스템의 아웃소싱 성과에 영향을 미치는 기업특성적 변인에 대해 파악하고자, 아웃소싱 수혜기업인 증권사의 조직 및 부문적 특성이 아웃소싱 정도의 매개효과를 통해 아웃소싱 성과(업무효용성, 업무능률성, 업무생산성, 예산감소율)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 검증하였다. 증권사의 조직적 특성(경쟁전략, 재무능력)이 아웃소싱 정도를 매개로 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 가설 1과 증권사의 부문적 특성(업무특수성, IT 자원, IT 역량)이 아웃소싱 정도를 매개로 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 가설 2를 실증분석한 결과, 경쟁전략, 재무능력, 업무특수성, IT 자원, IT 역량의 요인들이 아웃소싱 정도를 통해 업무효용성과 예산감소율에 영향을 주는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 재무능력, IT 역량 등이 업무효용성, 예산감소율과 같은 정보시스템 아웃소싱의 성과에 상대적으로 많은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정보시스템 아웃소싱 정도의 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다.

전통적인 마이닝 기법은 다양한 디지털 매체와 센서 등에서 생산되는 빅데이터를 처리하기 어려울 뿐 아니라 신규 데이터 누적시 전체 데이터를 재분석 해야하는 비효율성과 대용량의 문서를 학습함에 있어 메모리부족 문제, 학습 소요시간 문제 등이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 자질축소 기법에 의존하지 않고 대량의 문서를 자유롭게 학습하고 부분적인 자질 추가 변경 시에 변경요소만을 추가 반영할 수 있는 범용적이고 일반적인 분류기의 구조설계 방법을 설계 및 구현하였다. 점진적 학습 모듈은 일반적인 학습 방법이 데이터의 추가 및 변동시마다 모든 데이터를 재학습하는 데 반해, 기존의 학습 결과에 증분된 데이터만 재처리 없이 추가적으로 학습한다. 재학습을 위해 사용자는 작업 수행 중 자원 관리를 통해 기존에 처리된 데이터를 자유롭게 가져와서 새로운 데이터와 병합이 가능하다. 이러한 점직적 학습 효율성은 빅데이터 기반 데이터 처리에 주요한 특성인 데이터 생산 속도를 극복하기 위한 좋은 대안이 될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Digital-twin technology is emerging as an innovative solution for all industries, including manufacturing and production lines. Therefore, this paper optimizes all the energy used in a biomass plant based on unused resources. We will then implement a digital-twin prototype for biomass plants and evaluate its performance in order to improve the efficiency of plant operations. The proposed digital-twin prototype applies a standard communication platform between the framework and the gateway and is implemented to enable real-time collaboration. and, define the message sequence between the client server and the gateway. Therefore, an interface is implemented to enable communication with the host server. In order to verify the performance of the proposed prototype, we set up a virtual environment to collect data from the server and perform a data collection evaluation. As a result, it was confirmed that the proposed framework can contribute to energy optimization and improvement of operational efficiency when applied to biomass plants.

Information Technology (IT) has contributed much to Korea's economic growth and has helped the innovation of social paradigm. It helps the improvement of productivity, efficiency, convenience and communication, and also helps the critical changes of life style. IT convergence with other technologies or industries has appeared and it promotes new changes and innovations. In major countries, including Korea, the resources and capabilities has focused selectively into this new industry. In this paper, we try to develop advanced national strategy for this new industry. Finally, we suggest some Empowerment Factors of IT Convergence industries in Korea based on experts' survey results.

It is the convergence of IT advancement and other areas of technology development, and it promotes and creates new industries. In major countries, including Korea, the resources and capabilities has focused selectively into this new industry. In this paper, we try to study IT integration strategy and technology development trends and to evaluate the level of IT integration capabilities in Korea based on experts survey results. In the conclusion, we suggest some Strategic Recommendations for developing and leading the new IT Convergence industries.
