The necessity for a technique to protect intellectual property of a digital content has been increasing, especially for the image/video contents which are the most favorite because of their high information-intensive property. According to this demand, this paper proposed a digital watermarking algorithm, which is recognized as the most promising technique. This algorithm targets MPEG compression system and the watermarking process is to be performed during the compression process. It inserts watermark only in Y components of I-frames. Experimental results showed that the proposed method satisfied both imperceptibility and robustness against various attacks. The PSNR difference between the compressed images(the average compression ratio was about 27:1 with Y:Cb:Cr=4:2:0 color format for TM5-based compression) with and without watermarking was only 1.8dB ($4.2\%$). In each case that the resulting image after an attack was reusable the normalized correlation between the extracted watermark and the original one was above 0.8.
High-quality and low-price digital printing devices are nowadays abused to print or forge official documents and bills. Identifying color laser printers will be a step for media forensics. This paper presents a new method to identify color laser printers with printed color images. Since different printer companies use different manufactural systems, printed documents from different printers have little difference in visual. Analyzing this artifact, we can identify the color laser printers. First, high-frequency components of images are extracted from original images with discrete wavelet transform. After calculating the gray-level co-occurrence matrix of the components, we extract some statistical features. Then, these features are applied to train and classify the support vector machine for identifying the color laser printer. In the experiment, total 2,597 images of 7 printers (HP, Canon, Xerox DCC400, Xerox DCC450, Xerox DCC5560, Xerox DCC6540, Konica), are tested to classify the color laser printer. The results prove that the presented identification method performs well with 96.9% accuracy.
See and feel the emotion recognition is the image of a person variously changed according to the environment, personal disposition. Thus, the image recognition has been focused on the emotional sensibilities computer you want to control the number studies. However, existing emotional computing model is numbered and the objective is clearly insufficient measurement conditions. Thus, through quantifiable image Emotion Recognition and emotion computing, is a study of the situation requires an objective assessment scheme. In this paper, the sensitivity was represented by numbered sizes quantified according to the image recognition calculation emotion. So apply the principal attributes of the color image emotion recognition as a configuration parameter. In addition, in calculating the color sensitivity by applying a digital computing focused research. Image color emotion computing research approach is the color of emotion attribute, brightness, and saturation reflects the weighted according to importance to the emotional scores. And free-degree by applying the sensitivity point to the image sensitivity formula (X), the tone (Y-axis) is calculated as a number system. There pleasure degree (X-axis), the tension and position the position of the image point that the sensitivity of the emotional coordinate crossing (Y-axis). Image color coordinates by applying the core emotional effect of Russell (Core Affect) is based on the 16 main representatives emotion. Thus, the image recognition sensitivity and compares the number size. Depending on the magnitude of the sensitivity scores demonstrate this sensitivity must change. Compare the way the images are divided up the top five of emotion recognition emotion emotions associated with 16 representatives, and representatives analyzed the concentrated emotion sizes. Future studies are needed emotional computing method of calculation to be more similar sensibility and human emotion recognition.
This study empirically demonstrates how the amount of advertising attitude and recall information differs according to the type of art infusion advertising (simple borrowing vs. modification vs. reinterpretation) and engagement level (high vs. low) of digital signage. It is to look into. Factorial design was performed between 3×2 subjects, and the hypothesis was verified through a two-way MANOVA analysis. As a result of the study, first, when simply art infusion of masterpieces in digital signage, both advertisement attitude and recall information were found to be low regardless of the level of engagement. Second, in the case of digital signage art infusion advertising, when the engagement is low, the modification has high advertising attitude and recollection. Third, when the level of engagement of digital signage is high, the attitude and recollection of the reinterpreted famous painting borrowing ads are high.
A preliminary experiment was performed to develop a fast, convenient, and economical semi-quantitative method of analyzing amphetamine-like amines from images of derivatives. These were generated from the reaction (in situ, co-spot) of three amphetamine-like compounds with three derivatization reagents on a TLC plate. The attempt was made to optimize the reaction conditions for an efficient derivatization reaction, and TLC images taken by a digital camera were analyzed using two types of image analysis program (CP Atlas 2.0 and ImageJ) for repeatability (RSD, %) and linearity (R2). Then, their results were compared. For efficient derivatization, the reaction conditions needed to be modified. The results of image analysis of each of the samples at two different concentrations (0.5 mg/mL and 0.01 mg/mL) showed that the RSD values for reaction repeatability were in the range of 0.69-5.50%. From the calibration curves between the area of the derivative and the concentration of amines, the R2 values (R2 > 0.9906) for good linear correlation were found to be high, in a concentration range of 0.1-0.005 mg/mL of amines. In addition, the two programs demonstrated little difference in the analysis of repeatability and linearity of the derivatization, so that the current method has the potential to be used for the semi-quantitative analysis of amines.

Diagnosis on setteability based on human operator's experimental knowledge, which could be established by long term operation, is a limit factor to construction of automation control system in wastewater treatment plant. On-line SVI(Sludge Volume Index) analyzer was developed which can measure SV30 automatically by image capture and image analysis method. In this paper, information got by settling process was studied using On-line SVI analyzer for better operation & management of WWTPs. First, SV30 detection algorithm was developed using image capture and image analysis for settling test and it showed that automatic detection is feasible even if deflocculation and bulking was occurred. Second, turbidity assessment model was developed using image analysis.
Emotion recognition and regular controls are concentrated interest in computer studies to emotional changes. Thus, the quantified by objective assessment methods are essential for application of color sensibility computing situations. In this paper, it is applied to a digital color image emotion emotional computing calculations numbered recognized as one representation. Emotional computing research approach consists of a color attribute to the image recognition focused sensibility and emotional attributes of color is the color, brightness and saturation separated by. Computes the sensitivity weighted according to the score and the percentage increase or decrease in the sensitivity property tone applied to emotional expression. Sensitivity calculation is free-degree (X), and calculates the tension (Y-axis). And free-level (X-axis) coordinate of emotion, which is located the intersection of the tension (Y-axis) as a sensitivity point. The emotional effect of the Russell coordinates are utilizing the core (Core Affect). Tue numbers represent the size and sensitivity in the emotional relationship between emotional point location and quantified by computing the color sensibility.
This study has significance in terms of its intent to contribute to the increase in hospital revisits by proposing measures to enhance name awareness through an examination of the relationship between the name awareness of public medical institutions and patients' revisit, and its corresponding influences. The study findings were drawn by employing analysis methods such as frequency analysis, reliability and exploratory factor analysis, t-tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results of the correlation analysis showed statistically significant correlations between all independent variables and the patients' revisit or not. The perception of service quality and the environmental factor of medical treatment increased the explanatory power of independent variables, thereby exhibiting a high correlation with the revisit to medical institutions. The usual image, medical service, and medical treatment environment were revealed to have a positive influence on the patient's intent to revisit. This study could confirm a correlation between the name awareness of medical public institutions and the patients' revisit or not. Consequently, to improve the quality and infrastructure of their medical services, public medical institutions are required to perform studies on measures to increase the revisits of patients by identifying their image, medical services, and treatment environment on a consistent basis.
Various documents, images, videos and other materials on the web has been increasing rapidly. Efficient search of those things has become an important topic. From keyword-based search, internet search has been transformed to semantic search which finds the implications and the relations between data elements. Many annotation processing systems manipulating the metadata for semantic search have been proposed. However, annotation data generated by different methods and forms are difficult to process integrated search between those systems. In this study, in order to resolve this problem, we categorized levels of many annotation documents, and we proposed the method to measure the similarity between the annotation documents. Similarity measure between annotation documents can be used for searching similar or related documents, images, and videos regardless of the forms of the source data.
The aim of this study was to validate the suitability of an digital image analysis (DIA) method to measure the degree of saturation in the unsaturated conditions. This study was carried out on the Joo-Mun-Jin standard sand. A one-dimensional sand column test was used in the constant water level condition to get the correlation equation between the color number ($C_n$) and the measured degree of saturation (5). In addition, the hanging wale. column technique to determine the soil-water charactenstic curve (SWCC) was performed in a Buchner funnel. The average degree of saturation ($S_{ave}$) in the SWCC could be obtained by substituting average color number at each suction head value with the $C_n\;-\;S$ correlation equation. Comparisons were made between the measured results by the hanging water column test and those obtained from DIA method. Results showed that the DIA method tested here provided fairly good saturation distribution values in the drying and wetting processes.
