A Case Study on the Effective University Presentation Education - In the case of Writing and Communication Classes at Seoul National University of Science and Technology (효과적인 대학 프레젠테이션 교육을 위한 사례 연구 -서울과학기술대학교 <글쓰기와 의사소통>을 중심으로)

  • Nowadays, the importance of presentations is emphasized more and more. But the university presentation education has not met the today's needs. So this study is focused on showing effective practice methods and finding development directions of the university presentation education, by having a correct understanding of presentation as a process of convergence communication. To accomplish purpose of study, I analyzed and criticized the case of Writing and Communication classes at Seoul National University of Science and Technology which has carried out practical presentation education based on former learners presentation outcomes. As a result, I suggested actually helpful presentation education method by dividing and explaining presentation process into two stages which were 'contents planning' and 'expression&communication'. To properly actualize the university presentation education, It will have to operate as convergence program and activate more learner interactions, the communications between Instructor and learners.

  • This paper is to research on the characteristics of the recipient furniture design that requires changes reflected in the contemporary socio-cultural factors in the convergence culture, as represented by the digital and IT. The purpose of this study is, as specific methods therefore, to research in both perspectives the design of the after industrial revolution of functionalism and the case of the Memphis group which is expressed the appearance of diverse social atmosphere of the 20th century. Based on this, it will illuminate the appearance of the furniture designs recipient requires changes in universal modern society of values of complex convergence. To reveal that sociocultural factors that accept values of society are important in predicting the future of furniture design is the object of this study. It recognizes that a key element of modern furniture design will be based on a broad and deep study.

  • Image availability evaluated by the degree of agreement and sensitive using the process improve visualization according to the Algorithm modification in Image Post-Processing. Reliability measured by the Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System. 172 patients visit same period divided by BI-RADS, category five stages, and contents of breast parenchyma into Calcification, Nodule and Mass. Evaluated the TE/PV image reliability, visualization sensitive, agreement of diagnosis. Convergence analysis was an in various fields. According to the result of this research, PV has higher sensitive and accuracy about lesions than TE visual and there is a difference insensitive by contents of breast parenchyma. Therefore, practical use of Algorithm Modification(Tissue Equalization: TE, Premium View: PV) is expected to improve more accurate, useful diagnosis, which has not been easy until now.

  • Convergent education is essential to develop consilient thinking skills, ability to recreate information and knowledge, and problem-solving skills which are demanded in society of convergent knowledge. Accordingly, this study is going to develop a convergent class model of augmented reality and art based on consilient knowledge. Teaching model is designed based on the ADDIE model, which was operated by opening a real class in order to verify the validity. The result showed a high satisfaction of learners showed the ability to adapt to the major areas associated with the cultivation of learners. Characteristics of augmented reality medium were found to enable learners to analyze a new phenomenon and to fuse the necessary knowledge by inducing them to actively interact by the their intention in learning. Therefore, it is possible to cultivate creative and convergent persons of ability equipped with more flexible and creative thinking ability and discernment through deepened education for recognizing and understanding convergent cases between art and scientific technology. There is a study on the validation and the convergence of different subjects in terms of a variety of aspects, left behind of this study.

Convergence Study on the Influencing Factors of Problem Drinking by Job Type of Economically Active Female Population in Korea (우리나라 경제활동여성인구의 직종별 문제음주 영향요인에 관한 융복합 연구)

  • This study aims to analyze economically active females' factors influencing problematic drinking, by their jobs. It examined the socio-demographic and health-related characteristics and problematic drinking status of economically active females over 19, by using data from the 6th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. They were analyzed by using IBM SPSS 25.0 and the complex sampling design. The findings show that the problematic drinking rates of economically active females were varied by their jobs: 19.1% for office job; 24.8% for manufacturing job; 12.3% for service job. The factors influencing problematic drinking were also differed by jobs: subjective heath status for office job; marital status and smoking for service job; marital status for manufacturing job. They suggest that convergent drinking management programs customized to jobs should be developed by considering the characteristics of females' physical and emotional traits and their jobs, to reduce their problematic drinking rates.

We use products included a word "smart" such as smart phone, smart TV, smart grid, smart key. These products were made by "smart technology". We know that our society is evolution to IT conversions.   • The Journal of Digital Policy & Management. This space is for the abstract of your study in English. In this paper, we propose a u-convergence Tourist Information 3.0 System using Flow Theory. It generates a sense of u-challenge and u-skills to maximize the enjoyment of tourists is u-convergence Tourist Information 3.0. This is a challenge to good sense and adjust the rating of the Convergence Contents information quality(CCIQ) analysis to maximize the enjoyment of tourists. Convergence Contents information quality(CCIQ) of the conductive continuity of the content closed antecedents u-conductive sense, the tourist synchronization adequacy may generate data that can be analyzed. Content Information Quality of rating is the leading factor in the ability of the u-skill mastery of tourists, can generate data availability. The result is to create a meta-model is referred to as content information to reach the best quality maximize enjoyment. Design a sense of u-challenge the skill of the information quality of the tourist information content has the advantage of being able to identify the data formation has the pleasure of tourists. By applying to future national competent standard it is expected to maximize the enjoyment of the job.

  • Because mass of activity records of individuals and organizations are accumulated in the digital space and amount of information is also increasing exponentially, the most urgent requirements of users is the tool for 'efficient' acquisition of 'useful' information. This paper try digital convergence to combine a domain specific technology with real time issue detection and grouping based on Web media. To derive core functionalities, we collect and analyze user requirements of national defense issue detection services. By utilizing linguistic resources specialized on national defence area and discovering features for measuring issue importance, we try to seek differentiation domain specific issue detection method. Finally we compare our detection results based on the development outputs of prototype.

  • Education using smart mobile devices has become part of current children's art education activities. Today's release of pen-equipped mobile devices and smart tablet PC's allows users to painting and coloring with digital devices. Today, art content for children is downloaded and can be educated at any time as an application. However, coloring games that give children the effect of art education are extremely rare, and the content elements in the games are similar to all games and lack the ability to express themselves. The study recognizes the importance of developing coloring game content for children's art education that can help children's coloring activities and improve creativity and imagination, and focuses on the direction and elements of developing children's coloring game content using smart mobile devices that fit digital coloring functions.
