This paper deals with the rise of Islamic scheme of security in Indonesia's longstanding traditions of vigilantism since the fall of Suharto's New Order regime. For that purpose, in comparison with other modes of the securitization process on morality issues that functioned by the end of New Order, I discuss the background that enables Islamic security to launch off, and the process of institutionalization and the practices of Islamic security agenda. I then argue how that scheme relates to power and moral legitimacy, and how it shapes the way of perceiving self and society. Through this ethnographic analysis of the rhetorical and institutional changes to the scheme of security in Indonesia, this paper demonstrates how the social stress in the reform era, which is mediated by the ideas of globalization and Islam, is put into the securitization process, and how Indonesian society imagines its future through the Islamic vehicle of security.

This study investigated the differences between active and inactive TV watching groups, in terms of residential characteristics, of class-oriented drama viewing rate. We compared Flow and Social Comparison Theories to explain the relationship between class-oriented contents in the drama and viewing rate. We collected 110,000 TV viewers data of 4 class-oriented and the other 4 dramas, aired between Feb. 2016 and March 2019, through D-Live local cable service provider. Controlling gender ratio and income level which may affect viewing rate, we found that class-oriented content significantly and positively affects viewing rate in active watching group while the same content significantly and negatively affects viewing rate in inactive watching group. These results imply that Flow and Social Comparison Theories may apply in opposite directions in different watching groups.

The damages caused by landslides are increasing worldwide due to climate change. In Korea, damages from landslides occur frequently, making it necessary to develop the effective response strategies. In particular, there is a lack of countermeasures against landslides in cultural heritage areas. The purpose of this study was to spatially analyze the relationship between Buyeo-gun's cultural heritage and landslide susceptible areas in Buyeo-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, which has a long history. Nine spatial distribution models were used to evaluate the landslide susceptibility, and the ensemble method was applied to reduce the uncertainty of individual model. There were 17 cultural heritages belonging to the landslide susceptible area. As a result of calculating the area ratio of the landslide susceptible area for cultural heritages, the cultural heritages with 100% of the area included in the landslide susceptible area were "Standing statue of Maae in Hongsan Sangcheon-ri" and "Statue of King Seonjo." More than 35% of "Jeungsanseong", "Garimseong", and "Standing stone statue of Maitreya Bodhisattva in Daejosa Temple" belonged to landslide susceptible areas. In order to effectively prevent landslide damage, the application of landslide prevention measures should be prioritized according to the proportion belonging to the landslide susceptible area. Since it is very difficult to restore cultural properties once destroyed, preventive measures are required before landslide damage occurs. The approach and results of this study provide basic data and guidelines for disaster response plans to prevent landslides in Buyeo-gun.

This paper is the UX-based technology strategy research which is a solution to how conversational AI can be ethically evolved in the Metaverse environment. Since conversational AI influences people's on-offline decision-making factors through interaction with people, the Metaverse AI ethics must be reflected. In the machine learning process of conversational AI, cultural codes along with user's personal experience data must be included and considered to reduce the error value of user experience. Through this, the super-personalized Metaverse service can evolve ethically with social values. With above hypothesis as a result of the study, a conceptual model of a forward-looking perspective was developed and proposed by adding user experience data to the machine learning (ML) process for context-based interactive AI in the Metaverse service environment.

Recently because of development of technology the old cultural properties and damaged artworks are stored as digital information using digital technology and produced related contents as well as moving images or digital contents. The regenerated information and contents through digital technology conveys correct information of ancient art and helps audiences appreciate it, as well as it also stores accurate information and can be used for restoration and preservation of the work. In this study, the range of digital restoration was defined in three directions, and the exhibition of digital content with an ancillary role that can be useful the understanding of the heritage of nature and mankind using digital technology was defined as the range of digital restoration. In addition, the Ojukheon Museum in Kangneung and The Museum of Natural History in New York, which installed various digital displays to analyze and compare the types of digital display exhibitions used for digital restoration of the range, were described as examples. Through this, it was discovered that digital display exhibitions for digital restoration can effectively deliver information and stimulate participation and interest of visitors in the museums, which is able to be a positive way to preserve the heritage of nature and mankind.

The purpose of this study is to provide a cultural and artistic content guide service that can provide customized guides according to the disability status of the disabled who consume cultural and artistic contents. It is designed to provide a more individualized service through user input of disability information including the type and degree of disability of the disabled, the type of cultural and artistic content desired by the disabled, and information on the cultural and artistic level of the disabled. In addition, it is not limited by time and place, and it has the distinction of providing appreciation of cultural and artistic contents and commentary information of the corresponding cultural and artistic contents in various ways on the application. In particular, to provide cultural and artistic contents differently by identifying the type or degree of disability of the user, or to provide cultural and artistic contents with different expertise in consideration of the user's cultural level and taste, and to improve the cultural level. The most special feature is that it provides recommended content in consideration of the difficulty of art content. User analysis was conducted through in-depth interviews and persona techniques. As a result of the analysis, the needs for the enjoyment of culture and arts are also increasing among the disabled, while the services that reflect those needs are very insufficient. Therefore, all interviewees stated that they are willing to actively utilize these services if they are released. In the future, it is necessary to increase the accessibility of the disabled to culture and arts by developing various services using new ICT technologies.

This study is based on social needs for green healing spaces assumed to enhance mental health in a city. This study proposes development directions through the analysis of modern social recognition factors for neighborhood gardens. As a research method, web information data was collected using Textom among big data tools. Text Mining was conducted to extract elements and analyze their relationship through keyword analysis, network analysis, and cluster analysis. As a result, first, the healing space and the healing environment were creating an eco-friendly healthy environment in a space close to the neighborhood within the city. Second, neighborhood gardens included projects and activities that involved government, local administration, and citizens by linking facilities as well as living culture and urban environments. These gardens have been reinforced through green welfare and service programs. In conclusion, friendly gardens in the neighborhood for the purpose of public interest, which are beneficial to mental health, are green infrastructures as a healing environment that can produce positive effects.

With the advent of deep learning and the rapid development of ICT (Information and Communication Technology), research using artificial intelligence is being actively conducted in various fields of society such as politics, economy, and culture and so on. Deep learning-based artificial intelligence technology is subdivided into various domains such as natural language processing, image processing, speech processing, and recommendation system. In particular, as the industry is advanced, the need for a recommendation system that analyzes market trends and individual characteristics and recommends them to consumers is increasingly required. In line with these technological developments, this paper extracts and classifies attribute information from structured or unstructured text and image big data through deep learning-based technology development of 'language processing intelligence' and 'image processing intelligence', and We propose an artificial intelligence-based 'customized fashion advisor' service integration system that analyzes trends and new materials, discovers 'market-consumer' insights through consumer taste analysis, and can recommend style, virtual fitting, and design support.

Each country has its preferred image and how to convey it effectively. The study aims to find traditional Korean makeup methods and ways to effectively convey a preferred image. Among the ancient manuscripts of Joseon Dynasty, the book " Galgap Collection " has ten ancestors who express their favorite eyebrows in the form of a grandfather. In this study, we applied tens of thousands of words to the actual model to solve the problem and make up the methods of literature, the Internet, and example. The model stimuli were measured by conducting a street experiment of 10 makeup experts and 70 men and women's blinds. The result was that the " Gaewon- .aemi " type seemed to be the best, attractive and most consistent with the shape of the thinking eyebrows and the current fashion of eyebrows. In a variety of nonverbal ways expressed in the classics, the study looked at ways to use visual poetry to communicate effectively. This research will help transform design ideas and help understand cultural trends of different times.

Because the movie has the characteristics of a cultural product where experience is important, a promotional strategy is used to convert viewers into movie audiences by providing indirect experiences of movies through professional movie information programs. Considering that the movie information program is a strategic publicity medium that raises the audience's intention to watch a movie, a study on the data service that provides useful additional information to the viewer in conjunction with the movie information program is meaningful. Against this background, this study contains the core research contents in the development of data service linked with movie information program. Specifically, additional information of the movie information program was defined. And to provide the additional information to the data service, the digital broadcasting international standard DVB-SI-based additional information transmission method was devised.
