국토해양부의 국토지반정보 DB구축사업은 건설현장에서 발생하는 지반조사성과를 전산화하여 재활용할 수 있도록 DB구축, 시스템 보급, 센터 운영 등을 주요수행사업으로 '00년부터 현재까지 10년 이상 지속적으로 추진되고 있다. '07년부터 "지반조사성과전산화및활용에관한지침"이 국토해양부 훈령으로 제정 시행되면서 건설현장에서 발생하는 지반조사성과에 대한 전산화는 건설사가 직접 입력 제출하고 있다. 지침 시행과 함께 국토해양부에서는 국토지반정보 통합DB센터(한국건설기술연구원) 중심으로 지반정보 유통프로세스를 확립하고 지반정보 생산을 위한 지반정보 입력시스템, 검수 등록을 위한 검수등록시스템, 지반정보 유통을 위한 웹유통시스템으로 구성된 국토지반정보 유통시스템을 구축 운영하고 있다. 보급 활용 중인 국토지반정보 유통시스템에 대하여 지반정보 생산자 및 활용자들의 지속적인 개선요구사항들을 수렴하고 있으며, '11년도 사업을 통하여 사용자 중심의 국토지반정보 유통시스템으로 개선 및 추가개발을 추진하였다. 본 연구에서는 건설현장의 의견을 수렴하여 사용자 중심으로 개선한 국토지반정보 유통시스템의 주요 연구내용을 소개한다.

ebXML은 기업간의 전자상거래를 위한 글로벌 표준으로 비즈니스 프로세스 및 문서, 메시지 서비스, 기업의 공용 등록소 및 저장소, 거래 약정 등에 관련된 세부 표준들로 구성되어 있다. 기업간에 혐의된 비즈니스 프로세스에 따라 상대 기업과 문서를 주고받고자 할 때에는, 비즈니스 응용 프로그램은 전송하고자 하는 문서와 메시지를 생성하고 전송하는데 필요한 파라미터들을 메시지 전송 모듈에 전달해야 한다. 본 논문에서는, 비즈니스 응용 프로그램과 메시지 전송 모듈 사이에 메시지 서비스 인터페이스를 제공할 때의 문제점을 정의하고, 이에 대한 해결책으로 효율적인 메시지 서비스 인터페이스인 메시지 채널을 제안한다. 더불어, 메시지 채널을 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 메시지 채널을 사용함으로써 비즈니스 응용 프로그램은 메시지를 전송하는데 필요한 파라미터들을 프로그램 내에 하드 코딩하지 않고 효율적으로 전달할 수 있다.

Game Designs & Developers that system designs improve, the product and the change of tasks to all developers are essential in achieving On-Line Game project. Existent Or-line Game project management designs supper the definition and the change of project activities, and configuration management designs support version check, workspace management, build management, etc. In this paper. the proposed Design defines Game component based development process model, and achieves recording of process progression, processing the request of change, reporting the progression of each task, product registering and change, version recording, artifact or form search, etc. using UML. Furthermore, study on the stake holders get the systematic management and standardization by sharing information that are necessary in Game design & development and configuration management in distributed environment using the system integrated management design.

UDDI는 웹 서비스를 위한 웹 기반 분산 레지스트리의 표준이며, 또한 비즈니스들이 제공하는 웹 서비스에 대한 정보를 등록하고 다른 비즈니스들이 이를 검색하고 이용할 수 있도록 구현한 시스템이다. UDDI에 의해 관리는 유용한 정보는 다수의 호스트 상에 복제되어 제공됨으로써 가용성과 신뢰성을 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 그룹통신 기반의 UDDI 레지스트리 개발에 관하여 기술한다. 제안된 시스템은 신뢰성 있는 그룹통신 시스템을 이용하여 일시적인 네트워크 단절이나 프로세스의 실패가 일어나는 상황에서도 UDDI 서비스에 참여하는 개별 노드들의 레지스트리 상태를 일관성 있게 유지할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 e-비즈니스 공용프레임워크 국제 표준인 ebXML 환경에서 레지트리에 등록되어 있는 XML로 표현한 비즈니스 프로세스들과 비즈니스 문서들을 재사용하여 e-비즈니스 시스템을 효과적으로 개발할 수 있는 방법에 관하여 기술함으로써 전세계 e-비즈니스 시스템과 상호 운영 가능한 비즈니스 시스템을 개발하는데 기여하고자 한다.

The amount of audio-visual records production is growing rapidly and its formats are various. However, the audio-visual records are hardly managed and transferred. There are four different problems for checking how to transfer and manage audio-visual records of the central government: production and register, management and utilization, transfer, and dedicated program management. For solving these problems, the study proposes the development of process tools for audio-visual records, such as dedicated processes and S/W; the standardization of audio-visual records' management; the changes of audio-visual records officer's recognition; the need to educate dedicated audio-visual records managers; the recruitment of professionals dedicated to audio-visual records in the National Archives of Korea. Additionally, it is necessary to make an effort into practical use and preservation of audio-visual records.

It is not simple to manage software quality, because software development process and product itself are very complex. Recently ISO/IEC 15504- international standard for software process improvement, capability determination and development - was completed and applied to many local trials, and their results are being reported as registered local trials. The first step of software process assessment is established by examining whether its base practices are performed and which level they are achieved. And as far as assessment responsibility and credibility are concerned, assessment is generally performed by team-based assessors. Therefore assessment team construction and its preference of practice importances have a great effect on the credibility and the objectivity of assessment. In this paper, we analyse a SPICE-based software process assessment trial by comparing base practice importances of assessed processes, which are expressed through a real assessment, with its final rating results. Survey data are collected from assessors and interviewees who were engaged in the SPICE trial that was performed by ISO/IEC 15504, and final data analysis are derived from the factor analysis method. It is convinced that the result of this paper is able to enhance the credibility of software process assessment by provisions of objective and rational criteria and preference information for assessment team construction and base practice importances in future.

The Records Centers' key institution is that ensure the continuity of custodys until records produced by the Office are transferred to the Archives. The transfer of records is the main works that the records center carries out annually. The introduction of the business management system in 2008 established electronic prodcuction and management of records. And Non-digital records have been registered and managed electronicallly on the system. This study analyzed the transfer procedure of non-digital records and the Transfer List between 2017 and 2019 by the Hamyang Office of Education Records Center. This study proposed improvement of transfer works by idnetifing and measuring the status of electronic management of non-digital records.
