  • In the present age, a vehicle works important part in our lives and economical domain that transport people, freights, and everything. And both of its number and value are increasing more and more. But user's convenience, control system could not be archived improvement than technological success. In this paper, we suggest some kinds of administrative agendas; simplifying executive processes, designing vehicle information system using by RFID which includes Ubiquitous skill and optical communication network. Especially, this paper suggests public vehicle control model which can simplify every executive processes of vehicle's life in the newest method. There are many kinds of RFID applicative products about transportation. And a dual invest should be interrupted for economical purpose. So this paper also proposes some way for problems of these types.

  • Autonomous driving technology is shaping the future of personalized travel, encouraging personalized travel, and traffic impact could be influenced by individualized travel behavior during the transition of driving entity from human to machine. In order to evaluate traffic impact, it is necessary to estimate the total number of trips based on an understanding of individual travel characteristics. The Activity-based model(ABM), which allows for the reflection of individual travel characteristics, deals with all travel sequences of an individual. Understanding the relationship between travel and travel must be important for assessing traffic impact using ABM. However, the ABM has a limitation in the data hunger model. It is difficult to adjust in the actual demand forecasting. Therefore, we utilized a Tour-based model that can explain the relationship between travels based on household travel survey data instead. After that, vehicle registration and population data were used for correction. The result showed that, compared to the KTDB one, the traffic generation exhibited a 13% increase in total trips and approximately 9% reduction in working trips, valid within an acceptable margin of error. As a result, it can be used as a generation correction method based on Tour, which can reflect individual travel characteristics, prior to building an activity-based model to predict demand due to the introduction of autonomous vehicles in terms of road operation, which is the ultimate goal of this study.

  • In this paper, we describe certificate policy and characteristics in cooperation condition with Cooperative intelligent transport system and autonomous driving vehicle. Among the authentication functions of the vehicle, there is a pseudonym authentication function. This pseudonymity is provided for the purpose of protecting the privacy of information that identifies the vehicle driver, passenger or vehicle. Therefore, the purpose of the pseudonym certificate is to be used for reporting on BSM authentication or misbehavior. However, this pseudonym certificate is used in the OBE of the vehicle and does not have a cryptographic key. In this paper, we consider a method for managing a pseudonym authentication function, which is a key feature of the pseudonym certificate, such as location privacy protection, pseudonym function, disposition of linkage value or CRL, request shuffling processing by registry, butterfly key processing, The authentication policy and its characteristics are examined in detail. In connection with the management of pseudonymes of the vehicle, the attacker must record the BSM transmission and trace the driver or vehicle. In this respect, the results of this study are contributing.

  • VANET(Vehicular Ad-hoc Network) is a kind of ad hoc networks consist of intelligence vehicular ad nodes, and has become a hot emerging research project in many field. It provide traffic safety, cooperative driving and etc. but has also some security problems that can be occurred in general ad hoc networks. Also, in VANET, vehicles shoul d be able to authenticate each other to securely communicate with network-based infrastructure, and their locations and identifiers should not be exposed from the communication messages. This paper proposes V2I(Vehicular to Infra structure) authentication protocol that anonymity and untraceability of vehicular using Error Correcting Code that ge nerate encoding certification using generation matrix. The proposed scheme based on ECC resolves overhead problems of vehicular secure key management of KDC.

  • 최근 증강현실의 관심이 높아짐에 따라 다양한 분야에 증강현실을 접목시키려는 시도가 일어나고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일 증강현실을 이용하여 이용자에게 차량 부품에 대한 정보와 간단한 정비 방법을 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다. 구현에 있어서 Unity 3D와 증강현실 라이브러리 Vuforia를 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 알고리즘의 복잡도가 낮고 안정적이며 구현이 간편한 마커를 사용하여 3D 좌표를 추출한다. 사전에 차량 각 부품에 맞게 마커를 제작하여 등록한 뒤 부착된 마커를 모바일 카메라로 인식하여 지정된 3D 좌표에 텍스트, 이미지 및 동영상을 띄워 제공한다. 이렇게 제작된 시스템은 어플리케이션 사용자에게 보다 직관적으로 자동차에 대한 정보와 간단한 정비 방법 등을 제공할 수 있으며 나아가 차량 정비 교육 등에도 충분히 활용 가능할 것으로 예상된다.

The Significance of Registration Convention and its Future Challenges in Space Law (등록협약의 우주법상 의의와 미래과제에 관한 연구)

  • The adoption and entering into force of the Registration Convention was another achievement in expanding and strengthening the corpus iuris spatialis. It was the fourth treaty negotiated by the member states of the UNCOPUOS and it elaborates further Articles 5 and 8 of the Outer Space Treaty(OST). The Registration Convention also complements and strengthens the Article 11 of the OST, which stipulates an obligation of state parties to inform the UN Secretary-General of the nature, conduct, locations, and results of their space activities in order to promote international cooperation. The prevailing purposes of the Registration Convention is the clarification of "jurisdiction and control" as a comprehensive concept mentioned in Article 5 8 of the OST. In addition to its overriding objective, the Registration Convention also contributes to the promotion and the exploration and use of outer space for peaceful purposes. Establishing and maintaining a public register reduces the possibility of the existence of unidentified space objects and thereby lowers the risk such as, for example, putting the weapons of mass destruction secretly into orbit. And furthermore it could serve for a better space traffic management. The Registration Convention is a treaty established to implement Article 5 of OST for the rescue and return of astronaut in more detail. In this respect, if OST is a general law, the Registration Convention would be said to be in a special law. If two laws conflict the principle of lex specialis will be applied. Countries that have not joined the Registration Convention will have to follow the rules concerning the registration of paragraph 7 of the Declaration by the United Nations General Assembly resolution 1721 (X V I) in 1961. UN Resolution 1721 (XVI) is essentially non-binding, but appears to have evolved into the norm of customary international law requiring all States launching space objects into orbit or beyond to promptly provide information about their launchings for registration to the United Nations. However, the nature and scope of the information to be supplied is left to the discretion of the notifying State. The Registration Convention is a treaty created for compulsory registration of space objects by nations, but in reality it is a treaty that does not deviate from existing practice because it is based on voluntary registration. With the situation of dealing with new problems due to the commercialization and privatization of the space market, issues related to the definition of a 'space object', including matter of the registry state of new state that purchased space objects and space debris matter caused by the suspension of space objects launched by the registry state should be considered as matters when amendments, additional protocols or new Registration Convention are established. Also the question of registration of a flight vehicle in the commercial space market using a space vehicle traveling in a sub-orbital in a short time should be considered.

  • 차량 번호판 인식 시스템의 번호판 인식과정은 영상획득 및 번호판 영역 추출, 개별문자 추출, 문자 인식의 3가지 핵심부분으로 구성된다. 이 중에서도 번호판 추출의 정확성은 시스템 전체의 결과에 영향을 줄 수 있는 부분이며 다양한 주변 환경에도 정확한 추출과 빠른 수행 시간을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 검출 시간의 단축을 위하여 명암값의 차이와 사전정보를 이용하여 먼저 인식대상의 주목표인 등록번호의 위치를 추출 및 검증하고 등록번호에 대한 지역명의 상대적인 위치 정보를 이용하여 문자의 대략적인 위치를 선정, 각 요소들의 외곽 근접 선들의 투영(protection)과 이동을 통하여 번호판의 모든 문자 요소의 위치를 추출한다.

  • Security is essential to make use of application service securely in VANET environments. This paper proposes payment protocol which supports user's anonymity. The proposed protocol is designed to use a charge card as a payment method and performs pre-registration, renewal and payment phase. The user's anonymity and disclosure of charge card information is protected through the pre-registration and renewal phase, and also fast computing operation is supported by minimizing the computational load on vehicles.

  • 공공기관에서 발간하는 통계자료들을 살펴보면 대부분 관찰값으로 빈도수나 또는 전체를 기준으로 하여 그 빈도수가 차지하는 퍼센트정도로 나타나 있다. 그러나 우리는 꾸준히 변하는 사회에 살고 있는데 객관적인 자료는 쉽게 설명되지 않으며 이해하기 어렵다. 예를 들어 모든 자동차 사고 가운데 승용차의 사고는 다른 종류보다 제일 많은 60%이상을 차지한다. 그러나 승용차는 등록된 모든 차량종류에서 70% 이상을 점유하고 있으므로 다른 차종보다 사고율은 제일 낮다. 따라서 교통사고 건수가 제일 많은 승용차가 다른 차종에 비하여 제일 사고율이 낮고 가장 안전한 차종이라는 것을 경험할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 1991년부터 발표된 교통사고에 대한 일반적인 통계자료를 우리들의 생활 속에서 느낄 수 있는 위험 인지도로 바꾸어 계산하여 분석하였다. 차종별, 지역별, 연령별, 도로종류별, 사고 유형별, 교통수단별, 시간별, 법규위반별로 구분된 교통사고의 위험에 대한 인지도를 총 인구수(시도별)와 등록된 여러 종류의 자동차의 대수 또는 여러 종류의 도로 길이 등과 같은 요인들을 고려하여 비교 분석하였다.
