본 연구는 닭고기의 품질 등급을 설정하기 위한 기초 자료로 이용하기 위하여 시중 도계 장을 대, 중, 소로 구분하여 생산 관리 책임자들을 대상으로 닭고기 등급제 적용에 따른 도계 장 및 유통업소 및 판매장 조사를 통하여 등급판정 방법, 표본 수 선발 방법 등을 설정하여 설문지에 의한 방문 조사를 실시한 결과는 다음과 같았다. 도계 장 설문조사에서 등급제 적용 시 적용 단위는 대부분의 도계 장에서 농가단위보다는 롯트 단위를 선호하였다. 닭고기 등급제 조사방법은 대부분의 도계 장에서 전수조사보다는 샘플조사를 선호하였다. 닭고기 등급제 시행초기에는 도계 장에서 요청한 물량에 대해서만 등급판정을 실시하는 것을 선호하였다. 통닭 뿐 만 아니라 부분 육에 대해서도 등급제를 적용해야 된다는 의견이 많았다. 닭고기 등급제 적용시의 중량의 범위는 대규모 도계 장에서는 $8^{\sim}12$호에 대해서 등급 판정을 선호하였다.

The aim of the study was to explore the effects of parental media mediation types on adolescents' perception of the usefulness of the broadcasting rating system. A total of 520 middle school students participated in the survey. Results showed a higher utility of 'autonomy-supportive restriction' strategy by the parents led to more positive perception of the usefulness of the rating system. This study argues that parents need to pursue a mediation strategy in which a rationale for prohibiting media contents use should be provided and in which the perspective of the adolescent is taken seriously.

우리나라에 축산물등급제가 시작된 것은 1990년대 초반 소 돼지고기에 대해 등급판정을 적용한 이후, 2000년대 초 양계산물로 확대 운영되기 시작하였다. 계란등급제는 2001년 12월 당시 대구경북양계농협(현 한국양계농협)을 시범사업으로 국내에 정착되기 시작하였다. 계란등급제는 2004년 기준 40개 업체(농가)에서 9억2천만개를 처리해 국내 전체 계란생산량의 6.3%의 시장을 확보하고 있다. 축산물등급판정소(현 축산물품질평가원)에서 많은 노력을 기울여 홍보하고 확대를 유도했음에도 불구하고 계란등급제가 쉽게 정착하지 않는 이유는 무엇일까? 본고는 본지 창간호를 통해 계란등급제의 현실을 직시해 보고 발전방안을 제시코자 한다. 참고로 본 원고는 필자가 한국가금학회지(2015년도 가금학회지 42-3호)에 투고한 내용을 기초로 작성하였음을 밝힌다.

Eggs are an important source of protein for the human diet. Consumers want fresher, more delicious and more sanitary eggs. In Korea, the Shell Egg Grading system (EGS) was employed in 2001. The portion of graded shell eggs has increased every year, but graded shell eggs account for only 6% of all eggs. The EGS should satisfy producers, distributors and consumers. However, the EGS does not have an official function because of many problems. Consumers cannot select various graded shell eggs in the market, and producers do not receive enough profit even though they produce top-quality graded shell eggs. There are few studies on the EGS, Therefore, this study was performed to improve the EGS. We surveyed the EGS, GP Centers and farmers. Large companies (farmers) are more satisfied than small companies with the EGS. There was a high tendency for the companies (farmers) that are not involved with the EGS to think that graded and ungraded shell eggs are similar, in contrast to the companies (farmers) connected to the EGS. We should have to change the grading system of grade shell eggs, establish of the cold chain system, change of the law for the school meals, minimize payment for the grading shell eggs for developing EGS. Based on this study, the egg industry can benefit through the improvement of the EGS.

This study was conducted to establish a comprehensive grading guideline for poultry. Guidelines for sampling size and grading were determined on the basis of survey data obtained from chicken processing house. Results were summarized as follows : For application unit, most chicken processing house preferred lot unit to farm unit. Most processing house did not want the total survey method, but selection sampling. At the beginning of the grading system, chicken processing house wanted to apply the system to a particular lots for which the company requests. There were much suggestions for grading not only portion meat, but also whole chicken. Bigger processing house preferred no. $8\~12$ to be graded. Most of large-scale processing houses used more than 81 volts for stunning and cooling tanks by soaking. For shipping chicken, Large-scale processing houses used both individual and box packing while small ones only used box packing.

인터넷은 지역이나 시간에 구애받지 않기 때문에 정보의 확산 속도가 무척 빠르다. 이에 따른 좋은 점도 많이 있지만 반면에 유해한 정보도 범람하고 있어 사회적 문제를 발생시키고 있다. 따라서 유해 정보 차단에 대한 연구 및 개발의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 유해 정보 차단 기술중 하나인 HTML 문서를 일정한 기준에 따라 등급을 매기는 내용등급 제는 등급 및 범주가 복잡하여 등급설정에 어려움이 많아 제대로 실용이 안되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 내용등급제의 실용성을 높이기 위한 내용등급 및 범주를 제시하고자 한다.

지난 4월 1일부터 닭고기 등급판정 시범사업이 실시되고 있다. 9월 현재 체리부로, 농협계육가공분사, 하림 3개 업체가 참여하고 있다. 이들 업체들은 닭고기 등급제 참여로 국내산 닭고기의 위생적인 가공처리와 품질 고급화를 촉진하는 전환점이 되며 고품질을 요구하는 소비자들의 신규 창출 및 유통업체와 소비자간 믿을 수 있는 거래 기회를 제공할 것으로 기대하고 있다. 닭고기 등급판정 시범사업이 시작된 지 5개월이 지났는데 이런 참여업체들의 반응을 점검해 보았다.
