Rating system, which generated by struggling and negotiating of many social groups, helps us to anyalyze plenty of social factors. With this point of view this article attempts to examine the game rating system of Iran, that started in 2009. At the beginning, the nubmber and ratio of prohibited games were very high. Most prohibited games have contents of violence with religious distortion or women's nudity. But recently the case of prohibition is not seen and the ratio of age rate is changed to that of other countries. The system and operation of ESRA is influenced by multiple factors like the willingness to support game industry of government, the understanding of industrial value, the acknowledgement of cultural effect of game and etc.

While the United States and Japan have non-government film rating system, Korea and France are still maintaining governmental control process. But the restrict showing rate in Korea does possibly violate the Constitution with no theatre for the movies of that rate right now. No other visual media including broadcasting have any outer classification process before their showing. So we need to improve our system by replacing it with non-governmental system. To establish independent non-government rating system, first of all, the major companies of film industry should get together to set up Korean Classification and Rating Association, to support the Film Rating Board. The most important thing is that the board operates independently. Government can support art cinemas financially with rating fee. Juvenile protection groups have to keep watch on the process of the board going fairly as well. The chief obstacle for non-governmental rating system is the fact that major companies don't want to get it. But continuing efforts to find any rational way is worthy enough.

Game have become a universal leisure culture for the world. However, not only did the development of the game industry have a positive impact on society, but it also brought about various social problems, such as adversely affecting youth and encouraging criminal acts. In order to minimize these effects, countries around the world operate a game rating system to provide games suitable for age and social values from children and young people to the general public. Since games are new digital content, the limitations of the rating system are still discussed in many studies. Therefore, this study investigates the current status of global game regulation by investigating game rating systems of various countries including Korea. In addition, by comparing and analyzing the game rating system in Korea and the system of other countries, this study suggests a direction to improve our system more appropriately. The results of this study will contribute to securing the effectiveness and standardization of domestic game classification system.

관상피내암종의 조직학적 분류에 있어서 그 기준으로써 공통적으로 사용된 소견은 핵등급, 면포형 괴사 및 성장유형이었다. 그러나 최근의 분류(Tavassoli, 1992; Tavassoli and Man, 1995; Poller 등, 1994; Holland 등, 1994; Silverstein 등, 1995; Millis, 1996)에서는 핵등급과 면포형 괴사만을 분류의 기준으로 사용하고 있고 성장유형은 포함시키지 않는 경향이 있는 것 같다. 이는 관상피내암종의 성장유형은 너무나 다양하고 혼합형으로 자라는 경우가 많아 관찰자간의 재현성이 떨어지고, 이와 반대로 핵등급이나 면포형 괴사는 관찰자간의 재현성이 비교적 높을 뿐만 아니라 여러 가지 생물학적 표지자와도 관련이 잘 지워지기 때문으로 생각한다. 관상피내암종의 분류나 등급매김에 있어서는 연구자마다 사용하는 용어가 다르고 그들이 정한 등급의 기준이 서로 다르나 대체로 세 등급으로 나뉘어짐을 알 수 있었다. 한편, 국내에서는 유방의 관상피내암종에 대한 연구가 미흡한 실정이므로 이에 대한 지속적인 자료의 축적과 연구가 필요하리라 생각한다.

국내 조종사 자격증명(회전익항공기)은 육상 단발/다발, 수상 단발/다발로 등급이 분류되어 있어 육상 다발 자격증명을 이미 취득한 조종사가 육상단발 헬리콥터 비행을 하기 위해서는 육상 단발 자격증명을 추가로 취득해야 하는 것이 국내 자격증명 제도이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 비행기와는 다른 독특한 헬리콥터 비행특성에 대해 살펴보고 헬리콥터 등급분류인 단발/다발 구분의 필요성에 대해 검토하였다. 또한, 세계 및 국내 민수 헬리콥터 산업의 발전방향과 해외 항공선진국 조종사 자격증명 제도를 비교하여 국내에 적합한 회전익항공기 조종사 자격증명 등급분류에 대한 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다.

Nowadays, digital map plays a role as a container of spatial database.'there have been many researches concerning the improvements of the digital map accuracy. From the user's viewpoint, however, the quality level of digital nap is as important as its accuracy, because fitness-for-use is considered the most important factor to the users. This study aims to find the methodology for determining the grade nか digital map. To accomplish this, we propose two major stages. First, weight factors of the layers are given according to the importance of the functions which must be considered in digital map generation. Scond, weight factors of the components to evaluate the accuracy of the digital map are presented By scoring the components and by summing the scores, the method for determining fitness-for-use is developed.

정보 보안의 요소는 인가되지 않은 사람이 시스템에 액세스(Access)하거나 인가없 이 사용하는 것을 방지하는 액세스 통제이다. 이를 위해서 정보의 기밀정도에 따라 보호정 도를 결정하는 기밀등급분류가 이루어져 정보를 선택관리하는체계가 이루어 져야한다. 정 보를 선택관리하기 위해서는 보호할 만한 정보를 식별하고, 식별된 중요정보를 어떤 방법 으로 유지, 관리, 이용할 것인지를 규정하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 정보 기밀등급 의 체계적인 분류방법에 대해 살펴보기로 한다.

To investigate the distribution of vascular plants growing at Mt. Guryong, we surveyed from March in 2016 to October in 2017. The flora of Mt. Guryong was classified as a total of 526 taxa comprising of 87 families, 298 genus, 449 species, 4 subspecies, 63 varieties, 10 forma. Among them, the endemic plants in Korea were investigated as 10 taxa of including Pseudostellaria coreana (Nakai) Ohwi. The Korean rare plants species were investigated as 16 taxa, among them degree of CR investigated as 1 taxa of Cypripedium macranthum Sw., VU investigated as 5 taxa of including Rhododendron micranthum Turcz., degree of LC investigated 9 taxa of including Clematis koreana Kom., degree of DD investigated 1 taxa of Adenophora grandiflora Nakai. Endemic plants were investigated as 14 taxa of including seudostellaria coreana (Nakai) Ohwi and The floristic special plants were a total of 84 taxa such as 2 taxa in degree V(in cluding Polypodium virginianum L.), 7 taxa in degree IV (including Anemone reflexa Steph. & Willd.), 21 taxa in degree III(including Celtis aurantiaca Nakai), 22 taxa in degree II (including Thelypteris phegopteris (L.) Sloss.) and 31 taxa in degree I (including Cimicifuga simplex (DC.) Turcz.) was carried out to provide basic data. The naturalized plants were investigated as 37 taxa of including Chenopodium ficifolium Smith., Thlaspi arvense L., Rumex crispus L. and the percentage of urbanization index was 11.53%, the naturalized ratio was 6.99% respectively.

This research aims to investigate the difference between game graphics which considers key elements and game systems which do them in the rating classification of adult arcade games during reviews. The case of the supreme court about 'The Golden Porker Castle' last year for 3 years presents the basis whether considers the game graphics or the game system during the review for the game. It implies to identify the gambling game device for the adult arcade game. This research try to find the direction for the scientific, systematic rating classification to enhance the reliability and the validity in it.
