This study is trying to estimate the effect of survey of prior art on the technological performance of national R&D program, with the purpose to enhance understanding on the relationship between utilization of patent information and R&D activities. Patent and Technology Trend Research, one of the survey of prior art which gives the information about existing technology and patent trend to the project team has been carried out since 2005. In this paper, effects which Patent and Technology Trend Research has on the technological performance of national R&D projects are estimated by using multiple regression model considering input factors, characteristics of an agent and supplier of money. The result is that Patent and Technology Trend Research has positive and significant effect on the grant and application of domestic and foreign patent. This result can give an hint that the utilization of patent information make the R&D process efficient and effective.

정보 시각화 기술은 기존 정보검색 기술에 시각화 기술을 통합하여 방대한 인터넷 정보에 대한 이해도를 높임으로써 정보 검색 시 요구되는 시간과 노력을 줄여주며, 검색된 결과 목록이나 결과에 대한 통계치를 시각적으로 보여줌으로써, 검색과정 중에 원하는 정보에 관련된 동향을 파악하는 데 유용하다. 최근 검색시스템에서의 정보 시각화에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 여러 시각화 기술과 검색 기술의 접목에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 검색시스템에서의 정보 시각화 최근 연구동향 및 전망에 대해서 알아본다.

자동적으로 테스트 패턴을 생성하는 방법에는 랜덤 패턴을 이용한 고장 시뮬레이션 기법과 알고리즘적인 테스트 생성 기법이 있다. 본고에서는 알고리즘적인 테스트 생성 기법에 대해서 지금까지 발표된 알고리즘을 위주로 하여 이들에 대한 연구동향 및 최근의 연구 사례에 대해서 기술한다.

본문에서는 항비만 소재에 관한 기술문헌 및 특허정보를 중심으로 조사하여 지난 20년간의 최근 기술동향, 저자, 출원인, 기관 분석을 통한 기술의 우의현황 및 분포도 등을 분석하여 관련 기술개발 방향을 파악하고자 하였다. 단, 본문은 비만관련 연구 전체조사가 아니며, 항비만 관련 신소재만을 조사하여 분석한 것으로 본 결과가 비만관련 연구의 전반적인 동향은 아니다.

차세대 화합물 반도체 플랫폼으로 각광을 받고 있는 GaN 전자소자 글로벌 연구개발 동향에 관하여 기술하고자 한다. GaN 전자소자는 와이드 밴드갭(Eg=3.4eV)과 고온 안정성($700^{\circ}C$) 등 재료적인 특징으로 인하여 고출력 RF 전력증폭기와 고전력용 전력반도체 응용에 큰 장점을 가진다. GaN 전자소자 기술동향에서는 먼저 미국, 유럽, 일본을 중심으로 한 대형 국책 연구프로젝트 분석을 통한 RF 전력증폭기 연구개발 방향을 살펴보고, 후반부에서는 이동통신 기지국, 선박 및 군용 레이더 트랜시버용 고출력 RF 전력증폭기의 응용 분야에 관하여 알아본다. 이러한 총체적인 동향분석을 통하여 차세대 반도체의 신시장 개척과 선진입을 위한 GaN 전자소자의 연구개발 방향과 조기상용화의 중요성을 함께 생각해보고자 한다.

GaN(Gallium Nitride)는 3.4eV의 넓은 에너지 갭으로 인하여 고전압에서 동작이 가능하고, 분극전하를 이용한 캐리어 농도가 높아 높은 전류밀도와 전력밀도를 얻을 수 있으며, 높은 전자 이동도와 포화 속도로부터 고속 동작이 가능하여 고주파 고출력 고효율 소형의 전력증폭기 소자의 재료로 적합하다. 본고에서는 민수 및 군수 겸용 Ku-대역 및 Ka-대역 GaN 고출력 전력증폭기(SSPA: Solid-State Power Amplifier)와 관련된 GaN 전력증폭 소자, GaN 전력증폭기 MMIC(Microwave Monolithic Integrated Circuit), 내부정합 패키지형 GaN 전력증폭기 및 GaN SSPA에 대하여, 국내외 특허 기술동향과 연구개발 기술동향을 중심으로 고찰하고자 한다. 국외의 GaN 고주파 고출력 전력증폭기 기술의 연구동향이나 특허동향을 심층분석하여 연구개발에 활용하고자 한다.

This paper summarizes on the state-of-the-art research on the reinforced concrete (RC) walls for evaluating and predicting the performance of RC walls analytically and experimentally. A brief discussion of the research trends is presented to propose the further research direction of RC walls. In the paper, 102 papers published on the ACI, Engineering Structure, KCI journal, and AIK journal are collected and reviewed.

The purpose of this study was to classify the research trends related to death preparation education in the social welfare field in Korea and in order to present a more systematic and developmental research direction. This study is based on the necessity of death preparation education which is a very important role in social welfare practice value, the total of 34 papers were analyzed the research trends related to death preparation education in Korea for the past 25 years. The papers used in the analysis were mainly composed of 9 papers published in 6 journals and 25 papers in master's and doctoral thesis. For this study, I examined the overall status of the study on death preparation education conducted from 1992 to 2016, research methods and research subjects, research keywords, and applied intervention characteristics. As a result of the analysis, the interest in the research related to the preparation education for death was focused on the elderly people and the trend of the study method was the most frequent with 13 researches, and the research trends of the study subjects were the 21 highest reported on the elderly. The main keyword of research was death anxiety (25), which was the most studied variable, and emotional anxiety about death (20) was the most used variable among the applied structuring classifications. In addition, emotional anxiety about death was the most effective test for the effect of intervention for death preparation education.
