VLSI 설계시 응용되는 CAD 기술중 배선과 관련된 내용에 대해 기술동향을 소개하였다. 특히, 미로법, 선분탐색법, 채널배선법에 대하여 연구의 발전과정, 연구내용, 현황 등을 상세히 기술하였으며, 반주문형 설계시 많이 이용되는 개략 배선법에 대해서도 기술하였다.

ICT is the main driving force of Korea's economic growth. Korea has the world's best ICT competitiveness, and several policies are being implemented to maintain it. However, for successful policy implementation, it is crucial to understand ICT trends accurately. Therefore, this study analyzes the trends of 18 core technologies in the ICT field. In particular, the degree of scientific development and commercialization by technology are investigated through research paper analysis and patent analysis, respectively. Then, the trends shown by document type are compared based on the two analysis results. As a result, artificial intelligence and virtual reality are at the stage where commercialization is actively taking place after scientific development, and at the same time, since research is being conducted, it is expected to develop continuously. On the other hand, quantum computer and implantable device are in the basic research stage. It is necessary to understand the current research status and determine the direction of future support. The results of the ICT trend analysis conducted in this study can be used as a criterion for determining the future direction of Korean policy.

기존의 사이버 공격은 특정 호스트나 서버를 목표로 하여 정보의 탈취 및 변경 등에 집중되었으나, 현재는 직접 혹은 간접적으로 과다 트래픽을 유발하여 네트워크 서비스를 마비시키는 방향으로 그 경향이 변하고 있다. 이런 사이버 공격을 방지하여 네트워크의 안정적인 서비스의 제공을 위해서는 해당 공격에 대한 적절한 대응을 수행하여야하며 이를 위해서는 관리 도메인 상에서 발생하는 보안 이벤트들을 분석하여 현재의 보안 상황에 대한 파악이 필수적으로 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 보안상황 분석을 위해 보안이벤트간 연관성 분석 기술에 대한 일반적 동향과 이벤트 연관성 분석의 특정 분야로써 현재 활발이 연구가 진행중인 이벤트의 시각화를 통한 보안상황 분석에 대한 연구 동향을 다루도록 한다.

정보 시각화 기술은 기존 정보검색 기술에 시각화 기술을 통합하여 방대한 인터넷 정보에 대한 이해도를 높임으로써 정보 검색 시 요구되는 시간과 노력을 줄여주며, 검색된 결과 목록이나 결과에 대한 통계치를 시각적으로 보여줌으로써, 검색과정 중에 원하는 정보에 관련된 동향을 파악하는 데 유용하다. 최근 검색시스템에서의 정보 시각화에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 여러 시각화 기술과 검색 기술의 접목에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 검색시스템에서의 정보 시각화 최근 연구동향 및 전망에 대해서 알아본다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the extent of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)-related research in the field of entrepreneurship globally since the adoption of the SDGs at the UN General Assembly, and to compare international and domestic research trends in order to determine the direction of SDGs-related research in entrepreneurship in Korea. Utilizing three databases-Web of Science (WoS), KCI, and DBpia- SDGs-related studies in entrepreneurship were extracted by employing specific search terms. After data purification, a total of 356 studies abroad and 4 studies in Korea were used for analysis. After data purification, a total of 356 international studies and 4 Korean studies were analyzed. Due to the limited number of domestic studies, the research trends were examined by conducting frequency analysis and keyword network analysis on international studies alone. Frequency analysis revealed that SDGs research in entrepreneurship primarily focused on sustainability-related terms and was conducted in conjunction with business models, innovation, entrepreneurship education, and strategies. Furthermore, yearly frequency analysis demonstrated an expansion of topics to encompass research on entrepreneurship and SDGs policies, the roles and capabilities of female entrepreneurs in SDGs implementation, energy start-ups and SDGs, directions for implementing SDGs in business schools and SDGs education, indicators for SDGs implementation and evaluation, and technologies for sustainability. The keyword network analysis identified central topics such as business, sustainability, SDGs, innovation, entrepreneurship, business models, and education, with research areas extending to entrepreneurship ecosystems, change and strategy, ethics, and climate. This study holds significance in establishing a foundation for SDGs research in entrepreneurship, which is currently an underexplored area in Korea, by presenting emerging research trends related to SDGs in entrepreneurship.

This study aims to understand the trends and characteristics of elementary science textbook research. For this purpose, among the papers published in science-related journals from 2001 to 2021, 156 studies related to elementary science textbooks were analyzed to examine the research trends on textbook analysis. The analysis criteria consisted of two major categories, 'outward feature' and 'topic.' The subcategories of 'outward feature' consist of 'year of publication,' 'target curriculum,' 'target grade,' 'science content area,' 'subject of study,' and 'publishing institution.' The sub-categories of 'topic' consist of 'comparison,' 'content,' 'illustration,' 'inquiry activity,' 'perception of textbooks,' and 'others.' As a result of the analysis on 'outer feature,' textbook-related research was conducted almost every year, and the research on the 2009 revised science curriculum, on the 3-6 grades, and on the whole field of science had the most. The science textbook researches were published not only in science education-related journals but also in other areas' journals. As a result of the analysis of the 'topic,' the number of papers was higher in the order of comparative research, content analysis, illustration, inquiry activities, and perception of textbooks. Implications for accredited textbook system of elementary science were discussed based on the analyses on the elementary science textbook research trends.

Recent research on information and communication technology and Internet-of-Things indicates that convergence and integration facilitate the development of various technologies. Similarly, related academic theories and technologies have also gained attention. This paradigm shift facilitated the convergence and integration of academic disciplines. In particular, information systems have become initiators of change. However, only a limited number of studies have been conducted on information systems. To address this gap, this study explores the future direction of information systems based on the core concepts and results of the comparative analysis conducted on research trends. We considered 48,102 data obtained from international top journals from 1980 to 2015. We analyzed journal titles, authors, abstracts, and keywords. We conducted the network analysis on existing collaborative studies and performed comparative analysis to visualize the results. The results provide an in-depth understanding of information systems and provides directions for future research on this area.

The purpose of this article is to give the consideration to possible future research trends and methodological trends of library and information science in Korea. In order to do that, it reviews 10 research papers that are associated with research trends and methodological trends in library and information science and have been published since 1990 in Korea. These 10 papers are divided by three groups for the analysis. The results show that relatively new and various research methods as well as traditional ones should be provided to library and information science. In addition. the research-based knowledge for the library and information science professionals and research method standards for them should be developed.

Patent contains meaningful technical achievement. There are many cases explaining technology trends from the analysis of frequency of term. Term sometimes has different meaning on fields. In this paper, words from patent titles of US, Japan, Korea PCT and EPO are collected by the 5 categories of WIPO. Frequency changes rate of each word were calculated and high ranked words of 5 categories were analyzed to find relationship between patent and technology development as well as technology trends.

This study conducted a patent analysis to explore the trend of technology development in the field of smart car security. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that along with the growth of the smart car market, the development of smart car security related technology is also increasing. In particular, as related technology development has been rapidly taking place in recent years, it has been confirmed that competition among leading smart car countries and major companies is also expanding due to the commercialization of smart car. This study is meaningful in that it examines trends related to smart car security through quantitative analysis using patent data and presents implications accordingly.
