시스템 다이내믹스는 인과지도(Causal map)를 통한 시스템 이해를 그 출발점으로 한다. 특히 시스템 사고(systems thinking)는 저량-유량 흐름도를 통한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하지 않고서 인과지도 분석만을 통한 시스템의 이해를 시도한다. 그러나 과연 인파지도만을 가지고 시스템을 동태적 변화를 이해/예측할 수 있는가에 관하여는 낙관적 전망과 부정적 전망이 혼재되어 있는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 인과지도 구축을 통하여 시스템의 변화를 이해하는 데 있어서 어떠한 인지적 편향(bias)이 개입되는지를 탐색하고자 한다. 만일 심리적 편향이 존재한다면. 시스템 사고는 오류로부터 자유로울 수 없을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 오류의 존재를 탐색함으로써 시스템 사고의 제한정과 그 극복방안에 관하여 논의하고자 한다.(중략)

In this paper, system dynamics considering dynamics and time was examined to study the changes in system structure according to reinforcement (policy intervention) of regulation and punishment for fishing boats, and the strategizing directions were analyzed. Until now, regulations and punishments on fishing boats have been conducted temporarily and short-term as a precautionary measure to prevent accidents and imposed penalties. However, due to various anomalous side effects, the expected results were not achieved, negligent accidents occurred constantly, and follow-up measures were repeated. Resultantly, the regulation and punishment of fishing boats is a reinforced safety standard, and there is a necessity to improve facilities, equipment, and industry, and develop technology (including time delay) to prevent accidents. However, as the negative (illegal) activities continue without immediate and significant resistance, the safety blind spot for accident prevention cannot be minimized. Thus, policy intervention based on linear thinking without sufficiently considering variables of the dynamic mechanism and time can distort the basic values pursued by the policy. For the regulation and punishment of fishing boats, a strategy to supplement the mechanism should be prepared prior to the preparation of reinforced safety standards. Improvement and development of related technologies, mandatory training hours for anglers, fishing industry, and related organizations, proposal of specific action plan for Fishing Management and Promotion Act for growing fishing-related industries.

본 논문에서는 시스템 사고를 이용한 이러닝 서비스의 정보보호관리를 제안하였다. 이러닝 활용이 증가되면서 이러닝 시스템에 불법적인 접근을 통한 정보의 유출, 변조, 삭제 등 다양한 위협 요인도 병존하고 있기 때문에 정보자산에 대한 위협 및 위험요소에 대한 체계적인 대책과 지속적인 관리의 중요성이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 현재 이러닝 운영 기관에서 정보자산을 보호하기위해 다양한 정보보호 활동과 노력을 하고 있으나, 하루가 다르게 변화하고 있는 IT 환경에서는 조직의 운영 환경과 여건에 맞게 정보자산을 보호하기 위해서 시스템 사고를 활용한 동태적인 관리가 종합적이고 지속적인 정보보호관리체계 수립을 위해서 필요하다.

본 논문에서는 시스템 사고를 이용한 이러닝 운영 관리를 제안하였다. 효과적이고 체계적인 이러닝 운영관리는 사용자 만족과 밀접한 관계를 가진다. 사용자 만족을 통한 학습 성과의 극대화, 유지보수 노력의 절감, 생산성 향상 및 품질수준의 향상을 위해서는 시스템 사고의 도입이 필요하다. 일반적인 학습 전 단계, 학습 중 단계, 학습 후 단계로 관리되는 운영 프로세스 관리를 확장하여 자산관리, 보안관리, 백업관리, 장애관리, 업무 연속성 관리, 변경관리, 교직원 및 학습자를 포함한 이해관계자 관리 등을 포함하여 동태적인 운영관리가 필요하다. 특히 이러닝 운영관리가 교육성과에 미치는 영향이 크므로 운영관리에 대한 다각적인 접근이 필요하며 운영상의 활발한 정보 공유로 지속적인 서비스 품질 향상이 이루어져야 한다.

대부분의 기업들이 시장에서의 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위하여 끊임없이 시장을 분석하고 이에 기초한 시장전략을 수립하고 있다. 그러나 기업의 전략적 의사결정은 종종 잘못된 시장분석으로 인하여 전혀 예상하지 못한 결과를 가져오는 경우가 있다. 이는 전체적인 시각에서 시장의 구조적 특성을 분석하기보다는 현상을 조사하는 수준에 머물거나 현재의 상황만을 고려할 뿐 시간의 흐름에 따른 동태적 변화와 지연된 피드백의 효과를 반영하지 못한 채 단기적 관점에서 시장 전략을 수립하는데 그 원인이 있다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 자치단체 서버 시장을 대상으로 모 기업이 시장 전략을 수립하는 과정을 사례로 시스템 사고와 시뮬레이션 모델이 이러한 문제를 해결하는데 얼마나 효과적인지 설명하고자 한다.

A study was conducted to analyze the oil spill dynamic state using system dynamics method, and to developed regional risk program based on oil spill history for better judgement of the situation at the early stage of oil spill. Results were obtained as follows: Firstly, various variables were calculated by a score based on raw data of oil spill history in Korea. Regional oil spill risk was also calculated in a quantitative way. Secondly, calculated regional oil spill risk was analyzed and programmed with a help of smart-device for better use. Thirdly, comparison of oil spill risk between regions became possible and regional oil spill risk program proved to be useful in prompt decision under urgent situation in response to oil spill at sea. Convenient and quick oil spill risk without special restrictions have been able to determine. and it can help in anticipative preparation (strategy) for oil spills.

The purpose of this paper is to review relationship between spatial characteristics of compact city and urban sustainabiliy from system dynamics perspective using causal loop analysis. It has been argued that spatial characteristics of compact city, high population density and mixed land use, are positively related to urban sustainability. However, research results that are not consistent with pros of compact city argument have been accumulated too. It is especially true when spatial characteristics of compact city are examined with regard to each dimension of sustainablility: economic, social, and environmental sustainability. Reviewing each dimension of sustainability with regard to spatial characteristics based on causal loop analysis, this paper provides more clear understanding on relationship between compact city and sustainability. Also this paper provides a base for system dynamics simulation for future study.

This paper studies dynamic relationship between cash market, forward market, and options market, from the perspective of systems thinking. It is shown that an exogenous shock to forward market can yield almost the same impact to the cash market, given a practically reasonable condition, but not vice versa. As far as options market is concerned, it matters what kind of options we deal with, who are long the option, and whether the option market maker performs dynamic hedging or not. In some cases, it is possible for the spot price to become unstable and diverge rather violently due to a strong negative feedback between the markets.

The purpose of this paper is to review relationship between social integration and social capital in the residential redevelopment districts based on the system thinking perspective using causal loop analysis. The results are as follows. First, social exclusion phenomena brings about relative deprivation for rental housing occupants feeling left out and close by area residents. This acts as a motive triggering antisocial activities for the rental housing occupants. Second, rental housing and housing for installment should be mix-developed to improve social exclusion phenomenon issues. Third, increase of creating work program in the relationship between residential redevelopment districts and social capital boosts employments, individual earnings, and local area investments. The conclusion provides some research implications and future research direction.
