  • Impact is the most common type of dynamic loading conditions that give rise to impulsive forces and affects the vibrational characteristics of mechanical systems. Since the impact force and response are measured indirectly through the sensors, it is difficult to predict the impact force and acceleration. In this study, contact force model based on the Hertz law is proposed in order to predict the impact force correctly. (omitted)

  • BAZOOKA SPEAKER에 대한 음향특성연구와 중저음 특성강화를 위한 설계인자 변경해석을 위하여 유한요소법과 경계요소법을 사용한 수치해석을 수행하였고, 그 해석결과의 검증과 흡음물성치 산출을 위하여 음향측정실험, 구조물의 동특성실험등을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 내부공간의 음향모드특성, 외부음장에서의 주파수응답특성, 방사패턴, 그리고 음압의 공간 분포특성과 구조물의 동특성을 명확히 규명하였고, 각 음향설계인자 변경에 따른 음향특성을 예측하여 중저음특성강화를 위한 방안을 수립하였다.

  • In this paper, a dynamic model is proposed for multi-axis optical structure of an aircraft. Modal analysis, sine-wave analysis, and random vibration analysis are done using a multi-body dynamic program for the multi-axis optical structure. By applying Al 6061-T6 and two types of CFRP to the camera module, x, y, and z responses are found and compared according to each axis excitation. The results will be used for reducing the weight of the camera module.

  • This study is to develop a technique for micro-vibration analysis and control of concrete slabs to fulfil the vibration criteria for working environments. The proposed technique is for determining the unknown forces from accelerance of two concerned points and the micro-vibration analysis and control of concrete slabs are then validated by numerical model and structural tests. And it is recommended that the natural frequency of structures for micro-vibration control design should be above 25 Hz~30 Hz, and 1.5 times forcing frequency in case of 3~5% structural damping ratio of concrete structures.

  • 본 논문에서는 내부 및 외부 긴장재로 보강된 PSC 거더의 가속도 응답 특성을 이용한 구조건전성 모니터링을 위해 실험 및 수치해석 결과를 비교 분석하는 연구를 수행하였다. 첫 번째로, 내부 및 외부 긴장재로 보강된 모형 PSC 거더를 제작하였다. 두 번째로, 모형 PSC 거더의 형상, 재료 및 경계조건과 긴장재의 배치를 고려하여 초기 유한요소모델을 설계하였다. 세 번째로, 다수의 내부 및 외부 긴장력 조건하의 모형 PSC 거더에 대한 동특성 추출 실험 및 수치해석을 수행하였다. 마지막으로, 실험결과와 수치해석 결과를 비교 분석하여 가속도 응답 특성을 이용한 내부 및 외부 긴장재로 보강된 PSC 거더의 구조건전성 모니터링에 대한 적용성을 검토하였다.

  • In this paper, a method on deducing the capacity spectrum based on nonlinear earthquake response analysis will be introduced. Damage assessment of general building draws the capacity spectrum through the Push-over analysis and the intersection point of capacity spectrum and demand spectrum is seen as performance point. Push-over analysis is the way to perform static analysis by using the equivalent static load changed from the effect of earthquake and predict the behavior of structures by earthquake. But, this method can not be taken into account in the effects of higher mode and the dynamic characteristic. Therefore, in order to calculate the capacity spectrum under dynamic properties of building. A capacity spectrum from going ahead with the nonlinear earthquake response analysis is suggested.

  • For the design of structural systems having the prescribed or optimum dynamic characteristics, some design changes of the initially designed system are required. In these cases, if the sensitivity analysis which can predict the changes of dynamic characteristics due to the changes of design variables is applied, the design changes can be carried out rationally and very efficiently. For many structural systems, it is well known that the analysis by the transfer matrix method(TMM) and the combined finite element-transfer matrix method(FETMM) is more efficient than the analysis by the finite element method. However, most known studies on the sensitivity analysis of structural systems premise using the finite element method. In this paper, the sensitivity analysis methods by the TMM and the FETMM are presented and some numerical investigations on the beam-column with elastically restrained ends and intermediate contraints and the stiffened plate having subsystems are carried out. The results of the numerical examples show good accuracy and computational efficiency of the presented methods, and show that the application of sensitivity analysis in the dynamic characteristic reanalysis give good results within the practically changeable range of design variables.

  • In general, several computational resources are required to perform multiple-loading transient response analyses. In this paper, we present the procedure for multiple-loading transient response analysis using the Krylov subspace model order reduction and Newmark's time integration scheme. We utilized ANSYS MAPDL, Python, and ANSYS ACT to automate the transient response analysis procedure in the ANSYS Workbench environment and studied several engineering numerical examples to demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed approach.

내진벽 강성이 면진시스템의 지진응답에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 개발중인 액체금속로의 면진설계를 위하여 면진층과 원자로용기 사이에 있는 내진벽의 강성이 면진시스템의 지진응답에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 내진벽강성을 고려한 모우드해석을 수행하여 내진벽의 강성변화에 따른 동특성해석을 수행하였으며 면진 및 비면진시스템의 경우에 대하여 지진해석을 수행하였다. 면진 및 비면진시스템에 대한 지진해석결과에서 비면진시스템의 경우에 내진벽강성은 지진응답에 영향을 주지만 면진시스템의 경우에는 그 영향이 매우 작은 것으로 나타났다.

  • 수조실험을 통하여 계류된 플로팅 구조물의 거동을 확인하고자 하였으며, 플로팅 폰툰에 상부골조의 고유주기를 변화시키면서 상부구조물과 함체의 상호작용에 대한 영향을 확인하였다. 입사 파랑의 주기에 대하여 플로팅 폰툰의 피치가속도와 상부구조물의 수평가속도를 구하였으며, 동-수역학 해석을 통하여 실험가속도와 비교하고자 하였다. 입사 파랑의 주기가 커질수록 피치 및 상부구조물의 가속도 응답이 작아지는 양상을 보였다.
